Maria Melinn’s Latest Publicity Stunt

On a warm sunny mother’s day, one family grieves and the other is laughing and plotting over the greatest heartbreak a mother can experience–the loss of her child.

The mother who is laughing and plotting is none other than Maria Bauer Melinn.

Those who grieve are her victims, her children, and those sincerely devastated by the death of Michael Melinn–Maria’s own son. Instead of honoring Michael’s memory this Mother’s Day, Maria Melinn is laughing (we don’t understand why!) and plotting ways to drum up more publicity for herself, and further exploit her children–who have been dragged into Maria Melinn’s never-ending campaign of self promotion.

After Maria Melinn “blitz attacked” Fox 17 Grand Rapids, they interviewed Melinn for an episode on people who have lost a child to suicide.?

For all those tuning into Maria’s bogus interview on Fox, here is what you need to know…

Who gets arrested on felonious assault charges for trying to run her ex over with the car in full view of her children and yet claims to be a domestic violence advocate/expert?
Answer: abuser Maria Melinn!!

Who is laughing and talking about being “camera ready” when being interviewed about their own child’s suicide? Answer: abuser Maria Melinn!!!

Who files a $10 million dollar lawsuit for Michael’s wrongful death, served on the grieving family on the anniversary of his suicide? Answer: abuser Maria Melin!!!

We completely understand how some abused mothers are not getting justice in court. However, documented proof shows Maria is NOT one of these mothers yet she continues to pretend to be a victim of family court corruption to draw attention to herself, and in the process she continues to damage her children–and put unwanted attention on them. Maria has shown little concern for her children’s safety and privacy, these are not the actions of a sincere protective mother.

Michigan’s Domestic Violence First Offender Program
If you have committed a Domestic Violence for the first time you may be eligible to get your case dismissed under Michigan’s Domestic Violence First Offender Program (the Spousal Abuse Act MCL §769.4a). Regardless of whether the alleged victim consents, the prosecutor must consent or the judge lacks power to impose this program.

Generally the Defendant is placed on probation and the court will dismiss the case upon successful completion. Many times probation in Michigan’s Domestic Violence First Offender Program includes: no contact with the victim, domestic violence classes, paying fines and costs and other provisions

Because as soon as we got wind of it, we contacted every news outlet in Grand Rapids and provided them with the truth about Maria Bauer Melinn, along with all documentation showing her history of spousal abuse (in front of the children), larceny (for which she has an order to seize property in excess of 19K) and negligent and abusive parenting of her children (police reports, pictures, parenting assessments, court transcripts, etc). Her begged for “spot” was immediately yanked by FOX, and we can nearly assure you not a news outlet in that area will be interested in hearing what she has to say again.…Maria’s reign of terror over the Melinn family and her children is coming to an end.
