Here are other examples where Barry again seems to advertise or imply that he is an attorney…

Also, the words of Claudine Dombrowski, American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) also imply that Barry is representing himself as an attorney…

Claudine says about Barry Goldstein offering legal assistance to mothers seeking help, “There is no legal resources or venue through Lundy or PMA, anytime a mother asks for his expert assistance or resources for legal the mothers are quickly shut out ignored. .. Has he or PMA helped any mother? No… Who has? ..Barry Goldstein is one such person. He has tried he continues to assist he knows that we–Mothers need strategy, legal representation, he steadfastly goes with the flow..”

What do Claudine’s comments about Barry mean? According to Claudine a change is needed in the Mother’s Movement, it should be torn down completely, and she will lead these efforts, along with her hand selected allies, which includes Barry Goldstein. Let’s be very clear…Barry Goldstein is NOT a licensed attorney. When Barry did attempt to get his law license reinstated, it was denied. According to the terms of the disciplinary action taken against him, Barry Goldstein cannot give legal advice, cannot offer legal strategy and cannot take on legal cases in the capacity of an attorney pro bono or not.

Disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District:(December 30, 2008, MATTER OF GOLDSTEIN, BARRY L.)

ORDERED that the respondent Barry L. Goldstein, is suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years, commencing January 30, 2009, and continuing until further order of this Court, with leave to the respondent to apply for reinstatement no sooner than six months prior to the expiration of the said period of five years upon furnishing
satisfactory proof that during the said period he
(1) refrained from practicing or attempting to practice law;
(2) fully complied with this order and with the terms and provisions of the written rules governing the conduct of disbarred, suspended, and resigned attorneys (see 22 NYCRR 691.10);

The Ninth Judicial District included in the findings that, “We find the respondent’s utter failure to appreciate the fact that his conduct exceeded the bounds of propriety as a courtroom advocate, his complete lack of remorse, and the pervasive nature of his deceptive conduct to be aggravating factors…”

If Barry is not being honest about the status of his revoked law license, and in the past decisions of the Ninth Judicial District found Barry to be “dishonest” …how are to trust The Quincy Solution?

THE LIE:

1) Barry Goldstein is a “Child advocate Lawyer”, intro

2) Barry Goldstein is a “Mother’s Advocate” and “Child Advocate Lawyer” 2:03. Barry does not refute this initial statement.

3) Gill Trebilcock says “Barry is an attorney from America who is influence very strongly by alot of feminists..” at 2:18. Then goes on to explain “At the moment Barry is not an attorney, because he took on a judge for being unfair. So he is taking a year off. So at the moment he describes himself as no longer an attorney but a good guy.”

The Truth:

2) Barry Goldstein’s law license has been suspended, he is not merely “taking a year off”. Barry made an appeal to re-instate his law license, which was denied.

In 2007, Barry Goldstein was brought up on 29 charges of professional misconduct by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, only 8 charges were dismissed. Some of the charges involve Barry mishandling client funds while representing a non-profit organization, including transferring money in/out of accounts and failing to maintain a separate escrow for the organization he represented.
Barry was also found to have engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation in a family court case he was representing. Also considered in the disciplinary action against Barry, “We find the respondent’s utter failure to appreciate the fact that his conduct exceeded the bounds of propriety as a courtroom advocate, his complete lack of remorse, and the pervasive nature of his deceptive conduct to be aggravating factors…”

Barry’s law license was suspended for 5 years, and has not been reinstated. Barry attempted to get his law license reinstated, which was denied.

Further, “ORDERED that pursuant to Judiciary Law §90, effective immediately, Barry L Goldstein, is commanded to desist and refrain from …(4) holding himself out in any way as an attorney and counselor-at-law..”

Maybe Cancel the Cabal should have read this Facebook post from Barry before making any claims that he is a “Child advocate Lawyer” or “just taking a year off”…these false assertions are only a dream!

Interesting enough, if you go to the Cancel the Cabal website, they do not name Barry as an attorney. You only see that title on the YouTube posted video. Hmmmm

Maria says, “I will talk with you about strategy etc. in the courtroom..we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”

Barry is prohibited from giving legal advise pursuant to Judiciary Law §90, which clearly states that Barry cannot talk strategy as Maria suggests“(3) giving to another an opinion as to the law or its application or any advice in relation thereto..”

Why would Barry attempt to offer help to mothers in family court, or anyone else for that matter?? Because Barry charges astronomical  fees working as a  paid expert witness….and expert witnesses are not subject to oversight by his peers and are not restricted by the previous disciplinary.  This means all the money you will save implementing The Quincy Solution will then be funneled into Barry’s own services, and those in his inner circle of professional colleagues! Bill Windsor has previously issued a statement that he does not charge money to anyone appearing on Lawless America and he has created the documentary for a sincere purpose to help victims of government abuse and corruption, “Lawless America does not charge a plug nickel for anything on our site or any help that we may be able to offer anyone.  I do all of this for no compensation of any type.  I do it out of the goodness of my heart — trying to battle corruption and help victims…”

Bill also explains that those appearing in “Lawless” are asked to provide basic contact information, and are voluntarily asked to provide that information as part of being in the film, this is a standard professional practice and is legally required,“No one will be in the movie unless they provide their name, address phone number, email, and employment status. Anyone who takes the utterly ridiculous position that such information is identity theft needs mental help, in my opinion. These are people out to undermine this movie because the movie has the greatest chance of exposing the corruption and getting something done about it that any of us have yet seen... EVERYONE who appears in the movie will have to sign a release that allows us unlimited use of your likeness in promotion of the movie. Don’t sign the release, and you won’t be in the movie. The Truth: Claudine offers no evidence, documentation or other proof to substantiate this ridiculous claim, one of many lies she has waged against her (quote) “hit list“...she just wants you to take her word. And Claudine’s word so far has involved profanity, death threats, degrading comments about women and defamation. Clearly, Claudine’s word is not to be believed.

And other groups including..

Claudine aka Petunia Pigg is again collecting names for her database, claiming to protect the mothers from “father’s rights”. But who is protecting the mothers from Claudine and AMPP?

We the People supports Father’s Rights, if you visit their website, there is a link to Glenn Sacks; THE Glenn Sacks of Claudine/Petunia’s attack blog–“Glenn’s Cult”.

 In December 2012, We the People Family Preservation was accused of misappropriating the confidential database of “Lawless America”–which means they have gained access to sensitive information about abused women and protective mothers. Claudine/Petunia was made aware of this in the Best Interest group. This is the exact database Claudine herself had been trying to gain access to. Is it a coincidence that Claudine has NEVER raised concern about We The People and never confronted WTP to protect the Mothers who may have been affected? Why isn’t Claudine doing anything to hold We the People accountable for stealing the information of the mothers?

We the People Family Preservation is connected to Roxanne Grinage, who was a keynote speaker at one of their events. Roxanne has attacked Bill Windsor and “Lawless America”  with various lies and allegations, which are hard to make sense of due to her delusional ramblings, as described in the above link.

Roxanne is connected to American Mothers Political Party, and Lorraine Tipton, and has subscribed to the vulgar videos AMPP posted about Bill on YouTube.

Roxanne was also promoted on the Joey’s blog (who are supporters of AMPP and they have joined forces in cyber bullying), where readers were encouraged to contact her,”NinjaMarch 7, 2103 at 10:01 pm   Whoever has the screen shots of Pie man asking for help finding personal information on people and their SS#s should send it to Roxanne.”

What does this mean? There is collusion between the various groups attacking Bill Windsor and “Lawless America” indicating these attacks are well planned, well coordinated and meant to attack Bill on various fronts with the intent to defame, intimidate, stalk, harass and ultimately shut down “Lawless” and with it, silence victims of government and family court abuse.

Sociopaths seek to “win” at any cost, defending themselves to the point of logical absurdity

A Summary of Facts…

1) Claudine is creating a database of the names and confidential information of abused women and protective moms, since at least 2009. Well before Bill Windsor, and “Lawless America” were in the picture.

2) Claudine says she needs this database to protect the mothers

3) Claudine won’t reveal her sources of who is working with her on this database

4) Claudine has openly denounced Father’s Rights groups and activists but at the same time is active, and posting on a page that connects to, and promotes Father’s Rights. And is working with a group that promotes Glenn Sacks, and links to his site from their own page.

5) Claudine is connected to a group that has “misappropriated” the confidential database of Bill Windsor. Instead of confronting those responsible, she attacks the victim–Bill. Instead of protecting those whose information is at risk, she supports the perpetrator.

6) If Claudine were truly protecting abused women and protective mothers, then why do her actions support those who are harming these same women?

How Sick and Disabled is Maria Bauer Melinn??
Maria wants us to believe that she is so disabled, and debilitated with life-threatening heart problems that it is impossible for her to serve any time in jail–and this punishment for contempt may endanger her life. Maria has even posted pictures of herself online, showing that she is in a hospital with heart monitors taped to her chest, her face devoid of its usual flirtations. With the last of her failing strength, Maria lifts the cell phone and pushes a button.., snap! snap! A selfie reveals one last valiant stand against “injustice”.

And in a snap, everything can change– but look at this  screen shot, Maria is commenting to another mother who is pro se in a family court matter, offering help. Maria says that she is able to “call a DV shelter on Monday” before she goes to jail. Maria is acting as an advocate and willing to “talk about strategy”.

If Maria is strong enough and of sound mind so that she is able to advocate for other moms, and is able work with other domestic violence organizations in order to “help” another mom with a very difficult and time consuming family court situation… then her claims of being so sick to the point of death are highly suspect.

Maria’s Advice to Moms in Family Court: Take Benadryl!
This mom is pouring her heart out online, giving very sensitive and personal details about her family court situation, which are now made public due to her disclosures. Maria is encouraging this mom to keep talking, and to go public–with little regard for this mom’s safety or privacy, and the possible implications for revealing so much.

Maria’s advice to help this mom cope in family court: “Many Moms find Benadryl helps on court days..”

Possible side effects of Benadryl include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Blurred Vision, Confusion and Irregular or Fast Heartbeat. Allergic reactions to Benadryl can cause seizures, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue and severe dizziness.

What would happen if a mom actually took Maria’s advice and popped some Benadryl right before going into family court, especially a mom who is pro se or acting as her own attorney? Would it look good before the judge if the mom was falling asleep…if she had a sudden change in mood that affected her ability to represent herself…if her tongue swelled and she could not speak for herself in court or even breathe…..if she got dizzy or confused? Or what if the Mom had a drug interaction related to Benadryl and a medication she was already taking? How would the abuser to react to that? How would the Judge respond, the Guardian ad Litem or other court professionals?

ATW finds it alarming, and frankly irresponsible for Maria–who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING and is not a licensed medical provider– to suggest Benadryl to anyone, even worse a vulnerable mom desperate for help. Maria’s advice could potentially 1) endanger the health of a mom taking her advise and 2) have a severe and negative impact on her court case–and the relationship she has with her children if she appears to be impaired or drugged, or is unable to represent herself due to the effects of Benadryl.

Did Benadryl Contribute to Maria’s Heart Problems?
ATW can only speculate, until we have proof, but Maria’s suggestion to take Benadryl, makes you wonder if Maria is also taking Benadryl to cope with her clegal issues. One of the side effects of Benadryl is fast or irregular heartbeat, and once ingested Benadryl is almost impossible to trace.

From a report on Maria:”Domestic violence victim Maria Melinn, an ethnic Hebrew-American (genealogically verified), was subjected to these abuses, in violation of her ADA orders, right here in Allegan County, Michigan this month. She has been denied most of her heart and cholesterol medications by the Jail’s medical staff during the first 6 days of her 60-day unlawful detainment, as well as her physician-mandated mattress, wheelchair, heart monitor (via denial of the charging cord for the unit’s receiver), and physical therapy sessions for her back..As a direct result, Ms. Melinn has had 2 cardiac incidents after only 6 days under these conditions. She had a severe episode of chest pain, angina, and tachycardia on the 3rd day of her unlawful detainment, and another cardiac event on day 6. She was admitted into the progressive intensive care unit of the hospital that evening with severe chest pain and other cardiac symptoms. Her condition was able to be stabilized after nearly 24 hours of in-patient care.”

Benadryl could pose a risk to Maria’s health.. so why would she advise it to someone else?

Maria Implicates Barry Goldstein
Maria goes on to offer her unprofessional and uneducated legal assistance to this mom. Keep in mind that Maria has no legal training, no law degree and a majority of her “advocacy” training was given by the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), where Maria once was president. AMPP has been recently exposed for their criminal acts of stalking, harassment and defammation. Their leader, Claudine Dombrowski, is facing criminal charges and has a protective order filed against her (other evidence suggests that Claudine is a serial stalker with a long history of harassment towards others).

Maria implicates Barry Goldstein as being a partner in offering advocacy services for abused women in court, whether this is true or not cannot be validated–but that Maria would use his name so publicly, and so freely could only mean they share a close relationship–or that Maria wishes they had one.

Maria then goes on to offer up the services of Barry Goldstein: “we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”
Barry Goldstein is a former attorney now working as a domestic violence advocate, speaker and author. He does not have a current law license and cannot legally give any legal advise.
Common sense says there is only two ways to look at Maria’s implication of Barry:
1) Maria is dropping Barry’s name to give herself credibility, and to bolster her image as an advocate. And Barry may not be involved or is not aware of her remarks.
2) Barry is actively working with Maria–and the organizations she represents.
Either way this kind of advice presents a real danger for any protective mom who may be fooled into believing that Maria is a qualified advocate, and especially a danger that this advice may be used in court and jeopardize a mom’s case, and her custody/visitation.

Maria Bauer Melinn Continues to Exploit her Kids: New Video

Maria Bauer Melinn has launched another exploitive publicity stunt, using her youngest child as bait in her relentless pursuit for attention. In this latest video, Damon Moelter is sending a personal message to Maria’s youngest son.

Damon has been through a very difficult life so far, it is understandable that when invited to advocate for a child in a similar circumstance, he would have a hard time refusing a request, and may even feel a responsibility to speak out. We would hope that adults that are around Damon would try to create, and encourage him, to have a fresh start with his life from this point forward. We would also hope those same adults would be sensitive to his triggers, and possible re-traumatization by exposing or placing Damon in situations where he may be held back from having that fresh start.

Children Exploited by Publicity Seeking Maria

Maria continues to exploit all her children in a public forum revealing their identities and showing a lack of concern about their safety or privacy. Even worse, knowing that this unwanted attention greatly traumatized one of her older children–why would Maria continue on the same course, and put her youngest at risk?

Maria claims to be a victim of abuse, and she will tell you that she is putting this information all over the internet and elsewhere to protect her children. But what is a protective mother, REALLY?? The instinct of a protective mother would be to protect her child from any potential harm, exposure or ridicule. Also, it is a standard cultural rule that minor children are protected by surrounding adults in any given situation, that especially their identity and the use of the minor’s image is shielded from any potentially damaging exposure or attention. Any advocacy group should do the same—and be trained to safeguard the privacy and safety of a child, and to take actions or report if a child is at risk.

Video Suggests Support from Safe Kids International

Obviously, Maria did not create this video on her own—she is likely being supported by Safe Kids International. Damon Moelter is a survivor of family court, who went on the run to avoid living with his abusive biological father and then married at age 16 to become an emancipated adult. Damon’s mother, Cindy Dumas, is the founder of Safe Kids International. It is unreasonable to think this statement was given without the consent or help of Safe Kids International, not to mention the planning and organization need to produce and publish such a video.

Did Safe Kids International do any fact checking before asking Damon to do this video? It was not too long ago that Maria and sidekick Deanna Tarrow Kloostra created another YouTube video featuring this same child, pressuring him into making abuse allegations against his biological father. The video generated so many complaints that it was eventually taken off the web–but not before Maria passed it around, and to several other advocacy organizations. Though the video was removed, it lingers in the minds of those who saw it or heard of it–and this child’s safety and privacy was greatly compromised. Any organization needs to be extremely careful when endorsing anyone to be sure that who they are endorsing is credible.

And look at Maria’s YouTube profile picture next to this video, she strikes a seductive pose with her blouse unbuttoned low and sucking on one finger..is this the representative Safe Kids wants for their organization? To portray a protective mom?

Maria: Protege of American Mothers Political Party (AMPP)


Maria has learned well the art of exploitation, and making a public spectacle of herself. Maria is a protege and former president of the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP). AMPP is abuse advocacy group who claims to be helping protective mothers but whose tactics have shown them to be abusers in disguise. In the name of “advocacy” AMPP has stalked, threatened, harassed and started a campaign of online bullying against court officials as well as fellow advocates and professionals, and other protective moms. AMPP is known for publicizing the stories of protective moms who come to them for help–not only do they encourage moms to go public with very sensitive details of their case but also encourage moms to attack the court officials involved in it. Or anyone they view as an “enemy”. Claudine Dombrowski, co-founder of AMPP, incited a lot of publicity surrounding her own case, often to the detriment of her minor child whose identity and privacy has been completely taken over by her publicity seeking mother. Claudine Attacks Her Supporter; Whose Side is She On!???

ATW has been threatened on the hate blog created by Claudine Dombrowski and American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) that if we do not shut down this blog, and stop offering readers this valuable information and unbiased reporting that they will continue to attack. The writers of ATW did not create this blog so that innocent people would be attacked by bullies. The bullies are responsible for their own behavior and actions–the trademark of a bully is that they blame the victim, and others, for their abusive behavior.

ATW will continue to publish facts backed up with proof. Claudine and AMPP are so obsessed with Janice Levinson that 1) she attacks her own supporter thinking it is Janice and 2) she continues to believe that ATW is Janice. ATW will work hard to expose these, and other lies…as you will see…

This advocate author of the above post ( Not Janice Levinson) is also well known in the Mother’s Movement. The “you wish” implies jealousy ( remember Claudine believes this is Janice Levinson) Claudine once said the author advocate of the above post’s mother is like a sister to her.

Attack #2: “advocate (for abusers) in the Mother’s Movement (name withheld to protect her privacy)..”

This advocate is an abuse survivor. Ironically she has also been the target online attacks unrelated to AMPP.

Attack #3:”Anon Advocate (JANICE LEVINSON) was upset(BECAUSE YOU SLAUGHTER MOTHERS AND YOU ARE UPSET THAT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE..”?)

We have withheld the advocate’s name to protect her privacy, she is NOT Janice Levinson and NOT associated with PMA. Claudine’s attacks against this advocate are totally unprovoked and unwarranted--once again Claudine is proving she is an abuser and is out of control in her obsession with Janice Levinson

Attack #4: “(As your doggy blog just cant seem to stop posting daily the battered mothers names)..”

Once again, ATW is NOT Janice, Lundy or PMA–we are a group of concerned citizens working to expose abusers hiding in victim advocacy groups.

Claudine Dombrowski started her blogs and online postings many years ago, it was her choice and her decision to use her real name, to use the real name of her child and post sensitive details about her case all over the internet. Public court records show that Claudine was asked to stop posting her daughter’s personal information all over the internet–and she refused to the point that the Court refused to allow Claudine to have access to the information because it was endangering her own child.

All Claudine’s actions, (her blogs revealing her real name and internet postings about her court case and child’s private information) took place long before the creation of ATW. For Claudine to accuse ATW, other advocates and groups created AFTER Claudine blogs and online postings, of revealing her and her child’s identity online is simply a blatant lie.

Attack #5:” Even when the proof (the proof that moms are fight back at Windsor- and the proof that YOU JANICE LEVINSON are ASSITING BILL WINDSOR STALK humiliate and degrade COUNTLESS battered mothers) is pointed out to them, many advocates, professionals and organizations in the Mother’s Movement have chosen to defend/support/make excuses for the abuser and blame the victim for somehow deserving this brutality. (No, they just know the truth about you. Actually hurting, placing their very lives in danger, the battered mothers you purport to help)…”

This is yet another excuse for these bullies to abuse and torment, and instead of being held accountable for their criminal actions, they falsely pretend to be “victims”. Bill Windsor has only Legally defended himself against the criminal lies and vicious attacks on him, by certain mothers who just happen to also be in family court . This small group of mothers already revealed their court cases and personal info on the internet. AMPP has encouraged them to do so. Their family court issues are totally separate from the fact that they are cyber bullying, slandering and threatening Janice and Bill’s lives.

Claudine continues to mislead Protective Mothers with her lies and manipulations. She provides no proof for her numerous hateful allegations.

Attack #6: “(Claudine nor AMPP are connected BUT as MOTHERS – BATTERED MOTHERS we know we can and are safe behind the name AMPP- something that you are clueless to. Safety for Mothers)…”

This bizarre statement begins with a link to Claudine’s own blog, and an article she wrote called “Dreams Every Mother Has Them”. As you can clearly see from this screen shot, Claudine hides behind AMPP like a coward rather than taking responsibility for her criminal behavior.

This is another way Claudine abuses Protective Mothers–she gains their sympathy, wins their trust and then throws them under the bus by making her supporters take the fall for her abusive and criminal behavior.

But in a past post -you can see- Claudine says the exact opposite;

Clearly Claudine manipulates the truth depending on her agenda at that moment.

Deanna Kloostra: The Politician Wet her Pants

Deanna Lynn (Tarrow) Kloostra, Grand Rapids, Michigan

Deanna is a mother of three children who has been through a contentious divorce and custody battle. For this article, ATW is not discussing the details of Deanna’s custody case, but rather focusing on her involvement with American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) and the allegations surrounding their battle with Bill Windsor of Lawless America. What this article focuses on is that Deanna claims to be a victim of domestic violence who lost custody of her children due to family court abuse, she sought support from AMPP and with their support, engaged in online bullying and ran for political office under the guise of family court reform.

Deanna and AMPP: AMPP was originally created to be an actual political party NOT an advocacy group–Deanna joined their ranks around 2009. Deanna began her political aspirations when she ran for Kent County Commissioner in 2012 (lost by a landslide) and is now running for the 2018 State Senate.

Tactics used by Deanna that are also common to the members of AMPP’s “internet posse” include the following…
-Deanna has created attack facebook/websites (targeting not only her ex and his attorney but also stating that the judge, guardian ad litem, the supervised visitation center, the court appointed supervisor are participating in a conspiracy against her).

In April 2009, the original circuit court judge assigned to Deanna’s case, Judge Patricia Gardner, requested to be relieved of responsibility, stating that she “has been the target of abuse and criticism by the parties or others,” and that the parties’ “focus … has been the harassment of the judge rather than on the best interest of the children.” Judge Gardner specifically mentioned the websites created by Deanna as part of the “abuse and criticism”. Deanna counters by stating that the Court withheld contact from her children to force her (Deanna) to shut down her websites.

Other AMPP members (Claudine Dombrowski is infamous for this) have created attack websites and social media pages to target named “enemies” and use intimidation and harassment as a means to get what they want.

-Deanna has used her daughter’s picture and name, posting information about her daughter on the internet without little regard to her daughter’s privacy or safety. Deanna used her daughter’s picture on the “Elect Deanna Kloostra” facebook page to gain sympathy votes. Other AMPP members, including Maria Melinn, have similarly exploited their own children to further their personal agenda.

-Deanna has joined AMPP in attacking Bill Windsor. In fact, the conspiracy that AMPP invents about Bill Windsor is similar to the conspiracy its members accuse family court of participating in. These grandiose fantasies of being the persecuted victim break down when you look at the actions and words of AMPP and it’s members who reveal themselves to be bullies and abusers. Victim of abuse and professional advocates do not engage in harassment, libel, threats, attack websites and criminal behavior–abusers do. The documentation ATW has posted and will continue to post will clearly demonstrate this.

Through AMPP, Deanna met her bestie Maria (Bauer) Melinn–former President of AMPP. Deanna founded an “abuse advocacy” groups named for her daughter, Abused Swan. Maria also works with Deanna on Abused Swan, they court watch and socialize together.

Deanna & Lawless:
In summer 2012, Deanna began to work closely with Bill Windsor on the Kent County Lawless Facebook page (updated). DLater, Deanna filmed her own testimony with Bill. At the time Maria Melinn was also closely associated with Lawless. Both have since have been removed from Lawless amid controversy that resulted in attempts to destroy the Lawless documentary, and the credibility of Bill Windsor. Why would two supposed protective moms want to destroy a documentary film project that could give voice to the plight of domestic violence victims fleeing abuse only to encounter further abuse in family court? Why aren’t these moms willing to work with Bill and resolve differences in a professional way? Clearly these abuser moms are using Lawless to gain attention, and win sympathy posing by as victims and then furthering their own selfish interests (in the case of Deanna, that would be her political career)..but is there something bigger at stake?

SO WHAT WENT WRONG???

Deanna and her supporters (which once included AMPP and the Joeys) want you to believe that she is the victim of Bill Windsor, who attacks protective mothers and puts their lives in danger. Deanna would have you believe that Bill Windsor just kicked her out of Lawless, after she slaved on the project, for no reason other than he hates women. But is this true?? AMPP has not provided any credible evidence to back up their claims; they manipulate sympathy and elicit an emotional response so supporters will set aside reason and logic. If no one is questioning AMPP’s outrageous claims (or has been intimidated into silence) or demanding proof, the Attack Moms are unopposed, they can do whatever they want. This is why it is so important that the Mother’s Movement and its professionals pay attention to what is happening within their own ranks, AMPP and other abusers like them need to be held accountable, there should be no place for abusers (even female abusers) working alongside victims in the Movement.

Taking the victim role, Deanna claims that Bill falsely accused her of stealing a password that he (Bill) must have lost and then kicked her out of Lawless for no reason. HOWEVER this story fails to mention that Deanna was attacking Bill Windsor, and Lawless BEFORE the incident with the password. In fact, it seems Bill was unaware that the wolves were circling around Lawless because Deanna was attacking Bill online at a time that she was working with Lawless. So this story about Bill attacking protective moms is just another lie from the abuser moms.

Jan 20, 2013: Lorraine Tipton aka Rainy68 creates a video called “The Pie Man Floateth” mocking The Lawless America documentary and depicting Bill as Hitler. Joining in the nasty comments are Claudine Dombrowski, Diane G (Gochin) and Kimberly W (Wigglesworth)—all who have claimed to be victims then went on to attack and harass Bill and Lawless supporters.

Feb 24, 2013 Lawless Kent County reposts an article written by Deanna on Feb 18 titled “The Most Corrupt Americans” The article concludes by promoting Deanna’s website and asking for donations for this website. Deanna also mentions she is running for US State Senate in 2018 and asks for both votes and donations for the Senate campaign.

“Please donate today to Abused Swan and help them save mothers lives. What you do not know is Deanna Kloostra, the writer of this article and the creator of Abused Swan, will be running for US Senate in 2018. Vote for Deanna or donate to her campaign when the time comes. “

Does Deanna even know where the money is going? Hint: you can’t mix campaign funds with personal business expenditures.

Also appearing on the page is a petition to remove Judge Patricia Gardner.. hmm.. wonder who is behind that?

Clearly Deanna Kloostra attacked Bill Windsor and Lawless America FIRST. Her later claims of being victimized by Bill/Lawless are not valid when you look at the actual evidence, and note the dates/times. AMPP has not provided any real evidence to prove their outrageous claims against Bill, instead they hope you are so offended that you will not question what is going on or why.

When I became a part of the Lawless America project, I spent years learning from the women and men who claim they are victims, and I am closing in on 365 days on the road, face-to-face with thousands. I believe I have interviewed far more people than Goldstein will ever hope to interview. I was devastated to hear stories from women all across America….and then to learn that a number of these women lied. If they will lie about me (as some have), then I can’t possibly believe that they are telling the truth about anything else.

I do everything humanly possible to assist and support genuine protective mothers. But I will also do everything in my power to expose the liars and the lies.

I am about to decide that nothing meaningful will ever be done to correct the problems with family courts, abuse, and domestic violence because virtually all of the groups are haters. There are the father haters and the mother haters. Many who pretend to be for honesty and the children are often little more than actors. People with what they claim are “non-profit associations” are often in it just for the money.

I will not work with anyone who supports Barry Goldstein, the so-called American Mothers Political Party, Clodine Dumbrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Kathleen Russell, the so-called Center for Judicial Excellence, Connie Valentine, the so-called California Protective Parents Association, or the so-called Battered Mothers Custody Conference. What about privacy?
