CHAPTER 2: Maria inserts herself into the Women’s Suffrage Movement, highjacks the name of a legitimate organization, the National Women’s Party, and then. uses it for her own selfish purposes. Maria compares herself to Susan B. Anthony and other notable women, inserting herself into the spotlight of women’s history.

Let’s be clear, Maria stole the National Women’s Party’s name, historical images, and written descriptions of its history and leaders then made this significant organization that has contributed to increasing the rights and equality of women, ALL ABOUT HERSELF!

Anne Frank was a teenager who was murdered in the Holocaust, perishing in a concentration camp with her sister—and most of her family. If Maria does not have respect for Anne’s memory, and how the Frank family has chosen to honor Anne’s life—then how can Maria be trusted to advocate for anyone else or protect her own children?

 

CHAPTER 4: March 2012, Maria becomes president of the American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), an organization created by fellow narcissists who strive to be the center of attention, attempting to alter reality if necessary.

Just two examples, Lorraine Tipton aka Mama Liberty compares herself to a gun toting Statute of Liberty.

Chapter… Do you really want another chapter? History repeats itself until we learn from its mistakes.

 

Look at the pattern of Maria’s actions; that proves she has a strong need to seek attention without any remorse for using people or hurting people in the process. She even goes so far to steal historical names and the identity of historical figures to feed her own ego. And yet so many people come to Maria, and the others like her for help—Claudine, Lorraine, AMPP, Abused Swan and Mothers of Lost Children (MOLC) etc.

 

What can be learned from this?

*If you have a history of abuse or trauma, you could be vulnerable to attracting other abusers into your life while missing the red flags. This does NOT mean that you are a bad person but that abuse has left its mark on you, and you must be more diligent in educating yourself or seeking support to protect yourself.

*Just because someone portrays themselves as an “advocate” does not make them one. And just because an advocate is a female does not mean she is a trustworthy person. Abusers can be male or female, come from all backgrounds and cultures, and are skilled at manipulation to hide who they really are. You have to look at actions and patterns of behavior to determine if a person can be trusted.

This is just a sample of documented acts of online bullying and cyberstalking committed by Lorraine Tipton; her criminal actions well exceed this list, and ATW will continue to reveal the truth about abusers in the Mother’s Movement.

As you read, ask yourself: “Are these the actions of a concerned abuse advocate or a dangerous abuser?” The Mother’s Movement and its leaders have been presented with the same question, as evidence of AMPP’s criminal stalking and harassment has been made public, and victims are voicing complaints…their response has so far been silence and denial, which has enabled the abuse to continue, and failed to protect the victims and vulnerable moms seeking help.

—2009 to the Present: Protective Mothers Alliance International, co-founded by author and domestic violence expert, Lundy Bancroft, and protective mom and advocate, Janice Levinson, say the American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) initiated a campaign of bullying, defamation and harassment against their organization and its members. Lorraine has participated in or instigated many of these vicious attacks.

Some of the outrageous allegations made by AMPP include: Janice Levinson is “very evil” and “very deadly” and “will mercilessly slaughter you and your children”. Lundy Bancroft has been called “the a—hole of the Mother’s Movement” and called a cult leader. Many of the attacks include vulgar and degrading sexual images and language, threats and various false allegations. ONLY an abuser would enjoy destroying and tearing down a woman, and attack those who come to her defense—how can you represent a “mother’s movement” and be an “abuse advocate” when you adopt the tactics of an abuser, and use language, videos and behavior that is clearly cruel and degrading towards women?

Windsor” (why is Claudine impersonating Bill Windsor?!?).

–(2010 -Present) Lorraine wrongly believes that defamation, bullying and hate speech is protected by the First Amendment. The cover of the MamaLiberty blog says, “I am protected by the First Amendment that gives me freedom of speech, so get the f—over yourselves”. Is this the professionalism of an abuse advocate and “leader” in the Mother’s Movement or the gutter mouth of an abuser who does not care how her words and actions affect others???

–(10/22/2010) Lorraine again admits to cyberstalking and terrorizing court officers involved in Claudine’s case, “So they claim that Claudine Dombrowski is everywhere…posting this….posting that….posting on her facebook page…CYBERSTALKING HER or was it HER???”

And “I assure all of the idiots from Shawnee County right now that WE are everywhere…Claudine is our HERO…we love and cherish everyday that she has been in our lives…because we have had our own DIS-honarable Judge Debenhams in our life too….we have had our own court whore like Jill M. What has been posted? ATW has reviewed these hateful blogs that contain disturbing sexual material (accusing one victim of having “the dry vagina hots” for her clients), outrageous false allegations that the supervised visitation facility is involved in child trafficking, identity theft of the victims, swearing and name calling, posting personal contact information about the victims, and worse…these blogs still remain on the internet.

 At this time, ATW will reserve comment on Lorraine’s two custody cases, other than to include these comments that are from her own words, and give insight to the concerns of the Court in Lorraine’s family situation, and parenting ability. Child custody litigation is complex, especially when abuse allegations are involved, and when the case extends over a number of years. ATW would like to express our support to the children involved, we sincerely hope that despite past difficulties, that all of you go on to enjoy happy and successful lives.

 Lorraine has 3 daughters from a first marriage, she lost custody of the children to their father during a divorce and custody ruling in 1997. According to Lorraine, “…Frank Calvert, of Oconto County, (was) the GAL on my divorce/custody proceedings in 1997 who recommended custody to my ex abusive husband-.. It was also Mr. Calvert who made sure that in his recommendations that in order for me to have primary placement with my older three daughters I was to have a “stable living environment away from Craig Hensberger”. http://thesharedparentingdisaster.blogspot.com/2009/10/hero-mother-her-story.html

 Though the ex husband retained custody of the 3 children, Lorraine did have regular visitation. 

Despite the concerns of the Court, Lorraine continued her relationship with Craig Hensberger (they never married) and in 1998, she gave birth to a daughter. Lorraine became involved in an intense custody dispute with Craig . The abuse allegations and reports are ongoing, Lorraine alleges that Craig abuses her daughter and is an alcoholic. Craig has a criminal record, and denies all allegations made by Lorraine.

Lorraine has posted details about the custody case involving her fourth child online, including the legal name of her child, and the graphic details of the abuse allegations. ATW strongly believes that children deserve privacy, and that posting their real name and sensitive details about abuse online for all to see is traumatic, and creates a public history that follows the child, even into adulthood. Anyone going online—potential employers, college recruiters, a potential boy/girlfriend etc—will be able to look up that child’s name, and read details of the parent’s custody battle, and abuse allegations. The child then loses their ability to form their own identity, and becomes defined by the past—as a victim. This is extremely unfair, and takes away the privacy a child deserves. There is a proper place to report abuse, and a proper way to advocate for your child, posting your child’s name/identifying information and revealing graphic details of abuse all over the internet is reckless and dangerous, and only causes more harm to the child.

 Lorraine also went on the “Glenns Cult/Petunia Pig” website to make fun of and “expose” her alleged abuser, Craig Hensberger. At one point, it appears Craig considered filing a libel case against Lorraine because of what was posted on “Glenns Cult”. ATW has to wonder if you are truly afraid of your abuser, who now has custody of your vulnerable child, why would you go online and aggressively post material that would likely provoke his anger and place your child in jeopardy?

CLAUDINE & AMPP: DISMANTLE THE MOTHER’S MOVEMENT

According to Claudine a change is needed in the Mother’s Movement, it should be torn down completely, and she will lead these efforts, along with her hand selected allies “DV orgs, awareness?? seriously?? They need to be dismantled and a new what is needed now– begun.”

As you read Claudine’s delusional letter, it strongly appears that she thought she was able to control Bancroft, and that she was somehow responsible for his success. Those feelings since have transferred to Barry.

This is how Claudine described Bancroft, at the beginning of the Mother’s Movement, when she supported him: “Then he published more books, does speaking, became our voice, the voice of the beaten, trembling, terrified battered mother..” (Note: There is NO indication that Bancroft wanted or asked for any recognition for his advocacy work for battered women, nor did he ever take credit for being “the voice” of battered women.)

What is Barry Goldstein doing? Publishing books, public speaking and promoting his own ideas on how on legal strategy and related issues in family court. Goldstein is also promoting his books at the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) — which what Claudine says is “profiting off the suffering of mothers”.

What is the difference – Goldstein has Claudine’s support, and he offers Claudine support in return. Goldstein is willing to look the other way when the law is broken by Claudine and the Attack Mothers (AMPP). Goldstein looks the other way when mothers and advocates are victimized, even when it is happening on his own Facebook wall.

 

Goldstein endorses Claudine’s vision for tearing down the Mother’s Movement because he has a starring role in it.

Claudine Dombrowski is one of Goldstein’s strongest supporters, and on several of Dombrowksi’s attacking blogs, Goldstein is openly promoted by linking his blog, reposting his article or posting his actual photograph. Claudine has created these attack blogs using the names of targeted victims, publishing their personal information (spouse, home address, e-mail, phone number etc) without their consent. On these blogs, Claudine writes vulgar and defamatory articles about the victim–all the while promoting Goldstein on those very sites! Once again, Goldstein shows he is willing to look the other way, and remain silent while an abuser terrorizes her victims.

The hate sites are mentioned in Bill Windsor’s affidavit against Claudine, “She stalks and defames a number of local attorneys, doctors, and social workers by setting up websites in their names. Note that she publishes all of their personal information – name, address, phone, email, and more. These websites were set up before she and her organization and associates began stalking me. It demonstrates a pattern and practice of wrongful behavior by DOMBROWSKI…” (see #7,

How can Barry Goldstein ignore what is happening –isn’t he a domestic violence advocate? This is abuse!

Bill Windsor states Claudine Dombrowski’s actions constitute stalking and harassment; Claudine responds by giving him the “middle finger”

ATW noticed a similar pattern of behavior on Goldstein’s Facebook wall—with the worst of attacks happening in the Summer of 2013. Several mothers contacted ATW to complain. Publicly, AMPP supporters were attacking moms and advocates, using obscenities and disgusting language. One AMPP supporter even outed a protective mom using an alias, and revealed her true identity. It seemed that AMPP supporters were hovering over Goldstein’s wall, provoking and looking for an opportunity to attack. Goldstein’s response included the following: Deleting comments of those attempting to defend themselves. Leaving comments up of those abusing or harassing others. Ignoring the actual abuse. Choosing to work with, and alongside the abusers. To this day, Claudine and AMPP Attack Mothers continue to post on Barry’s wall, and share his support.

In response to Lundy Bancroft’s letter to denounce abuse in the Mother’s Movement, and stop working with abusers, it appears that Barry Goldstein’s response is to rally support for Claudine—his statement is then reposted on a hate blog she created to viciously attack and slander PMA International co-founder, Janice Levinson.

Barry Goldstein’s support of Claudine Dombrowksi appears on a hate blog that is filled with profanity, disgusting sexual material, defamation and vicious attacks

Barry refers to Claudine as a “legitimate protective mom”. What is that? Under whose standard is a “legitimate protective mom”… or “legitimate rape”?

Barry goes on to say that “good work and sincere people are doing to reform the broken system..”

If we are to believe Barry then “good work” would include this hate site, created using Levinson’s name in the blog address without her consent. The “sincere people” who created this blog “to reform the broken system” use profanity, verbal abuse, disgusting sexual jokes and pictures, defamation, identity theft and steal artwork from the Holocaust Memorial Museum in their campaign of harassment. This disgusting blog became the platform where Barry’s support of Claudine was showcased. Again, a similar pattern as Barry being promoted on Claudine’s other hate blogs—this has been going on for years.

Barry then uses “victim blaming” – a common tactic of abusers where they denigrate and blame the victim, often stating they are deserving of abuse, in order to avoid responsibility for their actions. Barry uses victim blaming by stating that both Bill Windsor (Lawless America) and Janice Levinson are just misunderstanding Claudine. Barry moves on to attack Windsor by stating the abuse is just a “personal issue” on his part. And even though stating Levinson is a “friend”, Barry similarly attacks her by reaffirming Claudine’s comments Levinson is “undermining” the Mother’s Movement. No Barry—abuse “undermines” the Mother’s Movement, and efforts to protect mothers and children.

Almost a year has passed since this post was created, and published all over the internet, and Barry has done nothing to dispute its content. Clearly, Barry supports Claudine and the AMPP Attack Mothers, and supports abuse by allowing his words to justify their criminal behavior and also by allowing his name and professional work to be used on blogs that are clearly created for stalking and harassment—to intimidate and cause fear not only to its victims, but to other protective moms and domestic violence organizations as well.

In the months that have passed, Windsor presented evidence before a court of law, and petitioned for a protective order against Claudine—which was granted. That is to say, a reasonable person looking at Claudine’s actions—including screenshots of her various hate sites, online attacks, death threats, instances of identity theft and worse views these actions as criminal and threatening. A bare bulb swings over a battered wooden table—deals have been made here, alliances forged, things that cannot be mentioned…. From the shadows a gold ring is produced, on which a single goat with ruby eyes and sharply curved horns shines. Goats have been the symbol of this organization for centuries.

(July 18, 2013) After enduring years of abuse and vicious online bullying inflicted by Claudine Dombrowski and her gang of AMPP Attack Mothers, domestic violence speaker and advocate, Lundy Bancroft writes a public letter acknowledging the abuse and online harassment directed towards Protective Mothers Alliance International (PMA) and co-founder, Janice Levinson, is not acceptable, and he will no longer work with those behind the attacks—Claudine Dombrowski of American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) and anyone who supports them.

In a long, rambling letter written much like a funeral eulogy—and too often praising herself, Claudine Dombrowski declares that the esteemed Lundy Bancroft is “such a good kiss ass and good little oppressor”. Actually, you read between the lines, it appears Claudine’s problem with Bancroft is that he does not kiss her ass! It should also be noted that in researching, ATW found no evidence that Bancroft or PMA International has ever taken the role of or taken credit for being “leaders” in the Mother’s Movement. Quite the opposite, Bancroft does not seek media attention or praise for himself, but appears to keep the focus on supporting abused women, and raising awareness of family court failures. And Levinson seems focused on supporting mothers, and raising awareness of family court injustices—not placing emphasis on herself or seeking personal attention.

Maria Bauer Melinn Continues to Exploit her Kids: New Video

Maria Bauer Melinn has launched another exploitive publicity stunt, using her youngest child as bait in her relentless pursuit for attention. In this latest video, Damon Moelter is sending a personal message to Maria’s youngest son.

Damon has been through a very difficult life so far, it is understandable that when invited to advocate for a child in a similar circumstance, he would have a hard time refusing a request, and may even feel a responsibility to speak out. We would hope that adults that are around Damon would try to create, and encourage him, to have a fresh start with his life from this point forward. We would also hope those same adults would be sensitive to his triggers, and possible re-traumatization by exposing or placing Damon in situations where he may be held back from having that fresh start.

Children Exploited by Publicity Seeking Maria

Maria continues to exploit all her children in a public forum revealing their identities and showing a lack of concern about their safety or privacy. Even worse, knowing that this unwanted attention greatly traumatized one of her older children–why would Maria continue on the same course, and put her youngest at risk?

Maria claims to be a victim of abuse, and she will tell you that she is putting this information all over the internet and elsewhere to protect her children. But what is a protective mother, REALLY?? The instinct of a protective mother would be to protect her child from any potential harm, exposure or ridicule. Also, it is a standard cultural rule that minor children are protected by surrounding adults in any given situation, that especially their identity and the use of the minor’s image is shielded from any potentially damaging exposure or attention. Any advocacy group should do the same—and be trained to safeguard the privacy and safety of a child, and to take actions or report if a child is at risk.

Video Suggests Support from Safe Kids International

Obviously, Maria did not create this video on her own—she is likely being supported by Safe Kids International. Damon Moelter is a survivor of family court, who went on the run to avoid living with his abusive biological father and then married at age 16 to become an emancipated adult. Damon’s mother, Cindy Dumas, is the founder of Safe Kids International. It is unreasonable to think this statement was given without the consent or help of Safe Kids International, not to mention the planning and organization need to produce and publish such a video.

Did Safe Kids International do any fact checking before asking Damon to do this video? It was not too long ago that Maria and sidekick Deanna Tarrow Kloostra created another YouTube video featuring this same child, pressuring him into making abuse allegations against his biological father. The video generated so many complaints that it was eventually taken off the web–but not before Maria passed it around, and to several other advocacy organizations. Though the video was removed, it lingers in the minds of those who saw it or heard of it–and this child’s safety and privacy was greatly compromised. Any organization needs to be extremely careful when endorsing anyone to be sure that who they are endorsing is credible.

And look at Maria’s YouTube profile picture next to this video, she strikes a seductive pose with her blouse unbuttoned low and sucking on one finger..is this the representative Safe Kids wants for their organization? To portray a protective mom?

Maria: Protege of American Mothers Political Party (AMPP)

Maria has learned well the art of exploitation, and making a public spectacle of herself. Maria is a protege and former president of the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP). AMPP is abuse advocacy group who claims to be helping protective mothers but whose tactics have shown them to be abusers in disguise. In the name of “advocacy” AMPP has stalked, threatened, harassed and started a campaign of online bullying against court officials as well as fellow advocates and professionals, and other protective moms. AMPP is known for publicizing the stories of protective moms who come to them for help–not only do they encourage moms to go public with very sensitive details of their case but also encourage moms to attack the court officials involved in it. Or anyone they view as an “enemy”. Claudine Dombrowski, co-founder of AMPP, incited a lot of publicity surrounding her own case, often to the detriment of her minor child whose identity and privacy has been completely taken over by her publicity seeking mother. Claudine is now facing criminal charges and has a protective order issued against her due to her criminal behavior–done in the name of advocacy.

Maria is also the motorcycle gal pal of Deanna Tarrow Kloostra, also an AMPP member, and founder of advocacy group Abused Swan. Deanna helped Maria post a video of her youngest son, in which the child was coerced and pressured into making abuse allegations against his biological father. As a result of this video, AMPP supposedly broke ties with Maria but many of its members–as well as other organizations in the Mother’s Movement–continue to work with Maria as well as Deanna Tarrow Kloostra and show support to Abused Swan and her Family Court Workbook.

SCENE 1: Mothers of Lost Children Vigil, Washington D.C.

On a shady street, a motorcycle zooms past, a group of women wearing white t-shirts lettered in black with “Mothers of Lost Children” form a small protest, waving an “Abused Swan” banner.

From a wheelchair, Maria holds one end of the sign, struggling beneath its weight; she poses for a picture, then another and another… groaning “My abuser broke my back”

SCENE 2: Secrets in the Closet

A closet door creaks open, an empty wheelchair is folded inside… Maria is out dancing, without it.

What about her broken back?
Maria’s story is meant to manipulate sympathy, the evidence tells a very different story…

Maria’s statement, taken by the police, states she has fair recollection of the events leading up to the alleged assault but “doesn’t remember much” after her ex allegedly “pushed her back into the apartment and knocked her down”. There is no evidence that Maria suffered an injury which would explain her conveinant memory loss, and inability to recall important details of an “assault” that she would use to catapault herself to fame. Witness statements from the night of the alleged incident refute Maria’s elaborate story—and she is said to have gone out dancing the night after the incident (with pictures to prove it). There is no evidence or medical reports from the night of the incident showing Maria suffered a broken back.

Also, the alleged incident took place in 1998 — Maria was not given a “prescription” for a wheelchair until 2012. That’s 14 years later! Is it a “coincidence” that her back injury resulted after a car accident?

SCENE 3: Shadowy Kitchen

A Bundt cake molds on a Formica countertop, a lone dust ball rolls across the stove… Mothers of Lost Children and Supporters are on a hunger strike “out of solidarity” with Maria. They have not eaten for days!!! Will she know if one of her “Supporters” sneaks just a tiny bite… stomach growls as a skeletal hand reaches for a cold leg of chicken…three days old and still finger lickin’ good, wowza!

SCENE 4: Sunny Day Allegan County Jail, Birds are Singing…

Maria is jailed for violating a court order, and puts on her best dramatic performance yet… she bats her eyes, pouts her lip, and states that Allegan County is racist against “Hebrews” and the jail is like a “concentration camp” in which “Hebrews” are discriminated against and even killed. It is not explained how these “neo Nazis” detected that Maria is a “Hebrew”, nor has any proof been offered of their alleged racism, and no proof there is some kind of genocidal conspiracy happening in Allegan County.

In her bizarre claim of racism, Maria states that the jail denied her of her wheelchair, and other medical treatment, because she is Hebrew. See here the prescription for Maria’s wheelchair, and her claims of being “tortured”.

The authors of this blog claim it is not written by Maria but the story clearly is hers, she clearly relayed this information, and elicited her perspective. No respectable journalist or blogger would publish this trash that lacks proof, lacks independent evidence and is clearly based on a need for retaliation. Not to mention this article is completely disrespectful to the memory of the Holocaust, and is exploitive to it’s victims—offensive on so many levels.

So how did poor Maria fare without her wheelchair? Is she withering away? Crawling on the floor in agony? Banging her food bowl on the steel cold bars, crying out for help??

Real justice begins when the abusers are removed from the Movement so it can focus on the needs of Moms & Kids, and lead by example.

Maria Melinn Calls for Jail Protest – Does She Deserve It?

ATW NOTE: We at ATW clearly understand that that there are systemic failures in family court including gender bias towards Mothers, corruption and general incompetence that occurs. We at ATW acknowledge that there are Mothers jailed every day for unfair, and unjust reasons.

With this in mind we should not be blinded to the truth. We need to take a closer look when the history, patterns of behavior, and documented evidence suggests that certain individuals claiming to be victims (or even advocates) are not being truthful, and may in fact be abusers—not victims. The drama and chaos caused by these
individuals make it very difficult for others to tell if abuse or injustice is present, we understand this.

Clearly Maria Melinn, has shown by her patterns of behavior and the evidence posted in the public domain, that she has a serious lack of regard for her children’s’ safety, personal feelings and overall well-being. Maria repeatedly has put her own needs/wants in front of that of her children. This is a pattern of behavior, with a history behind it, not just a momentary lapse of judgment.

ATW supports mothers facing injustice in family court. We also condemn predator parents ( mothers OR fathers)—including moms like Maria Melinn—who are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Predator Moms are pretending to be victims, pretending to be protective mothers. They exhaust the resources of advocates and organizations who are trying to help the honest victim. They exhaust the advocates’ and organizations’ time, energy and draw attention to themselves, away from honest protective mothers who urgently need help . They are unable or unwilling to focus on their children or making meaningful change because they demand so much attention or create so much chaos. Their needs come first in everything as they seek the spotlight, or manipulate others to do their bidding. When confronted they cry abuse—they never take responsibility, and claim to be the victim to avoid being exposed in their lies and game playing. These Moms exploit pain and tragedy for their own gain.

We understand that once again Maria Bauer Melinn has been thrown in jail by Judge Cronin…she will be required to spend three days a week in jail from now until November 2013.

-Posted on Child Endangerment Alerts, a sister site to “Abused Swan” is a CPS document (from Feb 2009) Maria thought would further her claims of abuse against her ex but instead reveals that Maria sought abuse charges against her ex that were investigated and found to be without merit and that when asked to get a statement from a medical doctor to prove her allegations of abuse, Maria was unable to do so. Also in this report, Mr. Melinn admitted to one act of domestic violence that occurred about 10 years earlier but was found, at this time, to be an appropriate caregiver.

Ms. Melinn had sent this worker documentation from the last 10 years in order to show that Mr. Melinn is an emotionally abusive person. However, there was no report from a doctor.. There was nothing that indicted that Mr. Melinn was abusive or neglectful of his children.”

Also in this report, “This worker informed Ms. Melinn that I would be denying my case as the injuries — sustained all appear to be accidental and that the kids all told me that they were happy living with their dad. Ms. Melinn stated they are just saying that because they are scared of their dad. The worker told her that may be, but I had no evidence to prove that.”

Maria could not get her evidence introduced because she lacked a certified copy of a police report, and the CPS report was found to be heresy so she calls her son to testify and give evidence, pressuring this child (as she later did with her youngest in that infamous video) to make abuse allegations against his father, and take the side of his mother (Maria).

It seems more likely that Maria planned to call her son as a witness all along, because most Courts have a procedure to introduce evidence that includes creating a witness list, and that the child would just be available to testify and just happen to be at the courtroom is very unlikely unless it was planned for him to be there.

The child clearly stated he did not want to be on the witness stand, he did not want to be involved. Instead of respecting his wishes, Maria calls him to the witness stand anyways and says his reluctance must be because he is being abused.

In a bizarre twist, Deanna the court watcher then accuses Mr. Melinn of “parental alienation” and her “proof” is unfounded allegations that Mr. Melinn would drill the child for information regarding what happened in Maria’s home.. and yet Maria is doing exactly this by forcing her child to go on the witness stand and drilling him with questions, and pressuring him to make abuse allegations. Instead of respecting the child’s wishes to be left alone, and kept out of legal proceedings. Maria then goes online posting personal information about her children, using their full legal name and repeating abuse allegations after being asked not to involve her children in this!

Direct Quote: “After her documents were not allowed as evidence Maria called her (second oldest) son — to the stand. Once on the stand, — stated he did not want to be involved. If the child did not want to be involved, what was he doing at the hearing? Maria understands that her children do not tell the truth so that they are not harmed physically or mentally and does not hold anything the child says or does against him.”
