The “formal Battered Mothers Custody Conference” will NOT be held this year…

 

Why the BMCC has declined to host a “formal BMCC” has not been disclosed.  As ATW has reported, the Mother’s Movement has encountered numerous problems throughout the year…many “advocates” in the Mother’s Movement who have promised help, and to reform  family court, have proven to be abusers, shameless self promoters, cyberstalkers and otherwise incompetent. And other leading organizations in the Mother’s Movement have supported, promoted and/or enabled these abusive advocates. The unprofessional behavior of many in the Mother’s Movement has hindered progress toward meaningful family court reform and caused fear and intimidation among those they are supposed to help.

Instead of a “formal conference”, the Battered Mothers and Kids Custody Conference (BMCC) will hold a “mini BMCC” at the George Washington University Law School.

 

The Mother’s Movement is rolling out the Astroturf grass to announce Barry “Goatstein, offering a lecture on “domestic violence advocate training”.

 

Remember, in 2009, the State of New York said about Barry, “his conduct exceeded the bounds of propriety as a courtroom advocate,” and then revoked his license to practice law for 5 years. With Barry’s revocation of his law license, and affiliation with a known abuser,  you have to wonder if he has the judgment and experience to be the domestic violence expert he claims to be? And knowing Barry’s questionable past, should he be lecturing at various domestic violence and family law conferences? Should Barry be offering training to advocates? Should Barry be training and educating family court judges about domestic violence and its harmful effects on children? And should Barry be offering advice to desperate protective mothers?

1) Barry says Goats Are the Best Abuse Advocates because “Of course goats always protect their kids so we can learn from them”.

 

It is insulting that Barry really thinks a goat is more knowledgeable about protecting a child than their own mother, when he claims to be an advocate for mothers and sympathetic to their cause.

 

 

2) According to Barry, Goats Are Now the Symbol “For Our Cause”.

 

3) ARE goats an appropriate symbol for Barry’s cause?? And should abuse advocates, judges and other domestic violence professionals be learning from goats?

 

Goats can be dangerous, and aggressive! ..And have a strange obsession with urine.

 

 

Goats crave the taste of human urine—and will aggressively stalk men to drink their their urine, this has resulted in the death of a hiker who was attacked by wild goats.

4) According to Barry, he is celebrated by the rest of the animal kingdom for his “work to protect goats and kids”…

 

Here Barry receives a fishy breath kiss from Cailey the Dolphin, who can’t keep her fins off him, “Cailley the dolphin found out about my work to protect goats and kids and this was her immediate response.”

 

Barry compares Cailly to the family court judges, and said her kiss is quote “somewhat different from the reactions I have received from the various judges.”   

 

 

5) Barry says criminal cyberstalkers Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton and the attack mothers at American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) “made enormous sacrifices for our movement”…while ignoring the abuse they have inflicted on other protective moms, their harassment towards other organizations working for changes in family court and their long history of cyberbullying and harassment (which continues to this day).

 

And then Barry says Bill Windsor, of Lawless America, is wrong for standing up to Claudine, and filing for a protective order to protect himself from the dangerous behavior and threats posed by Claudine and AMPP. Both Claudine and Lorraine made death threats against Bill Windsor, and also posted an online rant saying they want to “get rid of” domestic violence and family court advocate Janice Levinson (Protective Mothers Alliance International).

4) Barry says Claudine Dombrowski of AMPP, a Serial Stalker and Cyber Bully, is a “Legitimate Protective Mother” (seen screen shot below). What is that supposed to mean?  Is Barry so blindly in support of an abuser that he cannot empathize with the very REAL suffering and trauma of a mother struggling in family court against an abuser, and a system that has failed to uphold her rights and failed to protect her child?

5) Does Barry have any Credibility after his License was Revoked?  In 2009, The Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, State of New York, reviewed 29 charges of professional misconduct against Barry. Of which, 17 charges were upheld, 4 separate charges partly dismissed and 8 charges completely dismissed. The charges involve two separate issues:  A- The main part of Barry’s legal practice, at the time, was representing tenants for a non-profit housing resource center that offers a variety of help to assist families with housing issues, and to restabilize families facing crisis or homelessness. Barry’s actions hurt an organization working hard to help struggling families, and to build stronger neighborhoods–offering help free of charge to needy families.   13 of these charges have to do with Barry mishandling client funds; and specifically that Barry failed to properly manage an escrow account and was inappropriately transferring funds. Barry also failed to keep a separate checkbook for the attorney escrow account, and failed to obtain escrow checks bearing the title “Attorney Escrow Account” or “Attorney Special Account” or “Attorney Trust Account” which would clearly identify where the money was coming from, and who was managing the account.  When asked to respond to the complaint, Barry refused to answer. 

 

B-The second part of the complaint involves how Barry handled a family law case, it should be noted the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) was also involved with this client, and their suggestion that the mother go public with her story, including revealing sensitive details about child abuse, may have had negative impact on her custody outcome. The judge  issued a gag order that the last name of the children should not be revealed in order to protect their privacy, and Barry released the last name in an online article about the case. Barry was found to have made dishonest, false and misleading statements to the Court, and to the public when speaking about this case.

Barry claims he is being attacked by the legal system for coming to the rescue of a protective mom…but where is the proof his statements are true? Where are the affidavits or witness statements in support of Barry? And looking at Barry’s delusional comments, and record of defending abusers—how is anyone supposed to “BELIEVE” anything he has to say?

 

6) Dreams, Barry Goldstein has them… Barry has Psychic Dreams about the Deceased President John F. Kennedy; they walked along the beach, and reminisced about their lives. President Kennedy sympathizes with Barry after reading the story about his court woes, “He said he could tell from the details that this was an injustice and it could not stand.” President Kennedy makes a few phone calls, and voila the Court is apologizing to Barry and reversing its decision!

 

Note the concern Barry shows towards those hurt by his actions–the non-profit and its clients, and the mother in family court are not given even one comment as the whole post is focused on Barry alone. The Grievance Committee noted that Barry showed a “complete lack of remorse” in their findings.

Maria wants us to believe that she is so disabled, and debilitated with life-threatening heart problems that it is impossible for her to serve any time in jail–and this punishment for contempt may endanger her life. Maria has even posted pictures of herself online, showing that she is in a hospital with heart monitors taped to her chest, her face devoid of its usual flirtations. With the last of her failing strength, Maria lifts the cell phone and pushes a button.., snap! snap! A selfie reveals one last valiant stand against “injustice”.

And in a snap, everything can change– but look at this  screen shot, Maria is commenting to another mother who is pro se in a family court matter, offering help. Maria says that she is able to “call a DV shelter on Monday” before she goes to jail. Maria is acting as an advocate and willing to “talk about strategy”.

If Maria is strong enough and of sound mind so that she is able to advocate for other moms, and is able work with other domestic violence organizations in order to “help” another mom with a very difficult and time consuming family court situation… then her claims of being so sick to the point of death are highly suspect.

Maria’s Advice to Moms in Family Court: Take Benadryl!
This mom is pouring her heart out online, giving very sensitive and personal details about her family court situation, which are now made public due to her disclosures. Maria is encouraging this mom to keep talking, and to go public–with little regard for this mom’s safety or privacy, and the possible implications for revealing so much.

Maria’s advice to help this mom cope in family court: “Many Moms find Benadryl helps on court days..”

Possible side effects of Benadryl include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Blurred Vision, Confusion and Irregular or Fast Heartbeat. Allergic reactions to Benadryl can cause seizures, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue and severe dizziness.

What would happen if a mom actually took Maria’s advice and popped some Benadryl right before going into family court, especially a mom who is pro se or acting as her own attorney? Would it look good before the judge if the mom was falling asleep…if she had a sudden change in mood that affected her ability to represent herself…if her tongue swelled and she could not speak for herself in court or even breathe…..if she got dizzy or confused? Or what if the Mom had a drug interaction related to Benadryl and a medication she was already taking? How would the abuser to react to that? How would the Judge respond, the Guardian ad Litem or other court professionals?

ATW finds it alarming, and frankly irresponsible for Maria–who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING and is not a licensed medical provider– to suggest Benadryl to anyone, even worse a vulnerable mom desperate for help. Maria’s advice could potentially 1) endanger the health of a mom taking her advise and 2) have a severe and negative impact on her court case–and the relationship she has with her children if she appears to be impaired or drugged, or is unable to represent herself due to the effects of Benadryl.

Did Benadryl Contribute to Maria’s Heart Problems?
ATW can only speculate, until we have proof, but Maria’s suggestion to take Benadryl, makes you wonder if Maria is also taking Benadryl to cope with her clegal issues. One of the side effects of Benadryl is fast or irregular heartbeat, and once ingested Benadryl is almost impossible to trace.

From a report on Maria:”Domestic violence victim Maria Melinn, an ethnic Hebrew-American (genealogically verified), was subjected to these abuses, in violation of her ADA orders, right here in Allegan County, Michigan this month. She has been denied most of her heart and cholesterol medications by the Jail’s medical staff during the first 6 days of her 60-day unlawful detainment, as well as her physician-mandated mattress, wheelchair, heart monitor (via denial of the charging cord for the unit’s receiver), and physical therapy sessions for her back..As a direct result, Ms. Melinn has had 2 cardiac incidents after only 6 days under these conditions. She had a severe episode of chest pain, angina, and tachycardia on the 3rd day of her unlawful detainment, and another cardiac event on day 6. She was admitted into the progressive intensive care unit of the hospital that evening with severe chest pain and other cardiac symptoms. Her condition was able to be stabilized after nearly 24 hours of in-patient care.”

Benadryl could pose a risk to Maria’s health.. so why would she advise it to someone else?

Maria goes on to offer her unprofessional and uneducated legal assistance to this mom. Keep in mind that Maria has no legal training, no law degree and a majority of her “advocacy” training was given by the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), where Maria once was president. AMPP has been recently exposed for their criminal acts of stalking, harassment and defammation. Their leader, Claudine Dombrowski, is facing criminal charges and has a protective order filed against her (other evidence suggests that Claudine is a serial stalker with a long history of harassment towards others).

Maria implicates Barry Goldstein as being a partner in offering advocacy services for abused women in court, whether this is true or not cannot be validated–but that Maria would use his name so publicly, and so freely could only mean they share a close relationship–or that Maria wishes they had one.

Maria then goes on to offer up the services of Barry Goldstein: “we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”
Barry Goldstein is a former attorney now working as a domestic violence advocate, speaker and author. He does not have a current law license and cannot legally give any legal advise.
Common sense says there is only two ways to look at Maria’s implication of Barry:
1) Maria is dropping Barry’s name to give herself credibility, and to bolster her image as an advocate. And Barry may not be involved or is not aware of her remarks.
2) Barry is actively working with Maria–and the organizations she represents.
Either way this kind of advice presents a real danger for any protective mom who may be fooled into believing that Maria is a qualified advocate, and especially a danger that this advice may be used in court and jeopardize a mom’s case, and her custody/visitation.

How did Claudine Dombrowski get away with cyber stalking, harassment and online bullying for so long?

As tempting as it is to put all the blame on Claudine, she was enabled by sympathizers the Mother’s Movement (including many of those pictured below).

Many organizations in the Mother’s Movement not only looked the other way, and made excuses for Claudine as she continued to bully, harass and terrorize, but in some cases they promoted Claudine and her “Attack Mothers” ( AMPP). Anyone who tried to stand up to Claudine and her abusive ways were swiftly and viciously attacked, or forced into silence.

California Protective Parents Association (CPPA), Center for Judicial Excellence (CJE), Mothers of Lost Children (MOLC) and Safe Child Coalition work very closely together and might be run by the same small group of advocates-( see below; the same advocate who is a Chapter Leader for MOLC is also a Chapter Leader for Safe Child Coalition)

-all who have supported and actively promoted Claudine Dombrowski and AMPP. Their support and promotion continues even when all were aware of Claudine and AMPP’s abuse and cyber bullying towards Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) and Lawless, and others. Also, it is very easy to go online and within seconds, see evidence in the search results that strongly suggest that Claudine has bullied, tormented, and made obscene postings about a number of people, and organizations. How could the Mother’s Movement continue to promote Claudine under these circumstances?

Claudine was a featured speaker at the Battered Mother’s Custody Conference (BMCC), speaking against abuse even as she was a perpetrator of abuse and other criminal acts.

Having her moment under the lights at the BMCC, was so important to Claudine that she canceled a scheduled visit with her daughter. Are these the actions of a mother who would do anything to see her child after a long estrangement?

Kyle Wigglesworth, an AMPP Attack Mother, struggles to defend AMPP on Barry Goldstein’s wall. Kyle has posted many false, misleading and defamatory comments on Barry’s wall against PMA, Bill Windsor and Lawless, and even attacking other protective moms.

These are just a few examples on how many professionals and organizations within the Mother’s Movement promoted Claudine and AMPP (the only exception ATW could find is Protective Mothers Alliance-PMA- International, and they became one of the primary targets of Claudine’s attacks).

That the Mother’s Movement would give refuge to an abuser like Claudine, and look the other way while she has caused real harm to countless victims should make you ask is any mother really safe? These are organizations that promote themselves to be domestic violence experts, advocates for women, and being such domestic violence experts they should know how to discern an abuser from a victim, an abuser from a traumatized woman, and then be able take action to protect and defend the victim. But if these organizations can’t do that within their own movement, how can they be expected and trusted to do that for protective moms in family court???

Breaking News from Mother’s Movement: When Abuse is Acceptable

(As Long As it is Done By “Survivors” and to Professionals)

A popular advocate in the Mother’s Movement (name withheld to protect her privacy) lashes out after Lundy Bancroft issued a statement denouncing Claudine Dombrowski and American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) for their abuse. Anon Advocate was upset that other Protective Moms were voicing concerns about Claudine and AMPP, and the lack of response from the Mother’s Movement–which has become a very public debate which has fueled more vicious attacks, right in front of the eyes of the Mother’s Movement. Even when the proof is pointed out to them, many advocates, professionals and organizations in the Mother’s Movement have chosen to defend/support/make excuses for the abuser and blame the victim for somehow deserving this brutality.

According to Anon Advocate…We should be more understanding when “wounded survivors” attack, threaten and libel others. Claudine & AMPP are connected to this hate blog, and receiving sympathy from the Mother’s Movement even as they call Protective Mom & Advocate, Janice Levinson, a “c–” and a “b—” and post disgusting pictures that say “wild animal sex”. Is this becoming the norm in the Mother’s Movement?

Anon Advocate’s response…support the abusers hiding in the Mother’s Movement, the victims must be more tolerant of these deranged women because, after all, they did survive abuse!

This blog connects directly to the AMPP main site..see how they yell “F– You!” to Lundy Bancroft, call him a “cult leader” who “profits off moms” and states that “Lundy Bancroft is no different than many of our abusers”. The bottom of this Verizon shot reads “Comment As American Mothers..”

According to this Anon Advocate (direct quote) “we are dealing with wounded survivors and everyone deals with trauma in his own way” so basically we need to be more tolerant and understanding of the abusive behavior of attack mothers in the Mother’s Movement, and look the other way as they stalk, terrorize and harass others (many who are Protective Moms or Helping Professionals). In her opinion, the Professionals should not be protected because they are not survivors, and should be able to handle the abuse on their own or get help.

This screenshot (below) gives the new rules on how to deal with abusers, according to this advocate from the Mother’s Movement:

New Rules of Mother’s Movement from Anon Advocate.. Taking a stand against abuse, denouncing the actions of abusive advocates and supporting victims will no longer be “tolerated” because “we are not going to chose sides here”. “Those ‘Professionals” can take care of themselves or get the help they need’. Anon Advocate claims several professionals have reviewed the complaints, and support her in this.

Isn’t it concerning that an advocate Mother’s Movement is “warning” or threatening others to be silent about the abuse, and stating that their concerns will not be “tolerated”?

Anon Advocate even goes so far to say the victim does not have a right to defend themself because “this is about needs of the survivor”. This is an excuse for abuse. The above post by Anon Advocate prompts ATW to ask some logical and hard hitting questions; When does it become okay to frighten, intimidate and harm another person to suit the selfish needs of the abuser? Is this what the Mother’s Movement stands for? Is this the type of mind set and decision making skills “leaders” in the mothers’ movement possess? Are those in the movement unable to “walk their talk”? This person is considered an advocate and leader, really? Is this the best you can offer protective mothers in terms of support and safety? How can you ignore the abuse around you while advocating against abuse in family court?

How can those in the Mother’s Movement justify Claudinine’s extreme behavior and a very obvious threat of harm against Bill Windsor and other protective mothers? And yet those who raise concerns, according to Anon Advocate, and expose the abusive advocate will not be “tolerated”! What will it take for the Mother’s Movement to take a stand against the abusive and threatening actions of some of their “leaders”..or are they changing the rules to excuse abuse, and blame the victims as they are being stalked and terrorized?

NOTE: In going through these screenshots and material of Claudine and AMPP’s abuse, some of our writers have reported nightmares and reacted in traumatic ways due to viewing this disturbing content. We cannot imagine how the victims are suffering, and especially the Protective Mother victims who have no support in the Mother’s Movement. Our heart goes out to them.

ATW exposes these individuals catching them in their lies and revealing the abusers that they are. Although our blog has become wildly popular and has many hits in a short amount of time, we are puzzled by the reaction of some other advocates and professionals within the victim advocacy movement.

Twice ATW posted a link to our blog on a well known professional’s Facebook wall and twice our link was removed.( we have the screen shots to prove it). ATW also posted a link on the BMCC facebook event wall and this was also removed. We ask why is this???

Let us be clear; A.T.W respects these professionals and the work that they do, but we are perplexed with their reluctance to stand up for the truth in this matter. Yet they call others to action and motivate them to stand up for the truth and expose family court corruption. Isn’t their mission to advocate for the truth, and give it a voice? Isn’t their mission to advocate against abuse and abusers?

One of the organizations and professionals being bashed is PMA and Lundy Bancroft. The advocates, leaders and professionals within the victim advocacy movement all have stated many times that they respect and admire Lundy Bancroft. We have recently received a comment by a reader, questioning A.T.W’s intention and motive for this blog. It was implied that we were “trashing” moms. In the interest of truth, transparency and clarity, we have decided to post our response to reinforce for all our readers A.T.W’s intention and purpose. The readers’ comment may be found on our home page.

We thank this reader for her comment.

We at A.T.W are very well aware of the problems faced by moms along with the dynamics of family court and D.V victims. We are also aware of abuse-by-proxy and the damage caused by this type of abuse. We understand many changes need to be made in family court in order to protect the children and their mothers. We take great pains to thoroughly research documented proof before we post information. We post proof in the form of official public court documents, public police records or screen shots that show a statement made in our subject’s own words.We also note sequence of events to further stay true to the truth as we do not want to take an event out of context,which might be confusing and deceiving. We present the truth with proof to back it up and let the reader decide. We are not gender bias. Just because a advocate/ mom says something, does not make it so. Occasionally, a self-proclaimed victim’s advocate and DV “expert” is really an abuser and bully in disguise. We are not blind to the truth, backed up with documented proof because of a person’s gender. We research and provide the proof. We are simply seeking the truth ,regardless of gender, and presenting the documented proof to the readers.
This is not cyber- bullying,or “trashing”- this is factual reporting. In fact some moms exposed on our site have been cyber- bullying innocent victims ( including other moms) in the most vicious ways, on various internet sites for many years.

When the votes came in Vanilla “Ice Ice Baby” creamed Brannon. To his credit, Brannon won the “popular vote” with the dragons… holla!

CLAUDINE DOMBROWSKI interviews herself on the hate blog she created (the blog also links to AMPP). Claudine acts as both reporter & subject, talking to herself. In this deeply disturbing interview with herself, Claudine says A.T.W. is “boring” and “a waste of time, intellect, and air” but keeps visiting the A.T.W, and commenting about us!

Just as Claudine is confused about whether she is the reporter or subject, Claudine confuses “Janice” with the “dog blog”. And confuses dogs with wolves.. what?!? Claudine is also confused about whether she is an advocate or not…(quote)” I am not an advocate, Janice. I am a mother. I have nothing to prove and nothing to defend.”

On the contrary, Claudine you DO have something to prove. You alone took on the responsibility of being an “advocate”. Vulnerable women have trusted you and sought out your advice.. Not to mention co-founder of AMPP, Lorraine Tipton, also claims she is an advocate ::dramatic sting:: So how do you explain this?
Claudine: “Advocates are the same slough of people who have personal agendas – usually none care at all about the victims.”
Does this apply to you, Claudine? Does it apply to the advocates who work alongside you in the Mother’s Movement? And what makes you the judge of these hardworking advocates who have given so much, often volunteers working at their own expense, to help others?

–Lorraine Tipton, co-founder of AMPP, visits the Joeys blog admits that she lives in hell and bashes the BMCC and gossips about those who attended in a three rambling chapters and various comments. Including a disabled mom who she says,” Poor little Shannon had broken her leg in August of 2009 and was STILL in a wheelchair and severely dependent on pain killers. (probably still is)”
AND her Lorraine not only makes fun of this mom but mocks the BMCC speakers ,” So the show went on and it was actually JAY pushing Shannon’s ass all around up and down to eat or to see one of her “idols” speak at certain BMCC events. The only meals I ate were the ones that the Aussie mom bought for me as I had $10 to my name. But man, those pain killers must make ya hungry cuz Shannon got her four squares a day.”
And,” I wasn’t interested in listening to the speakers, the only one I cared to see and did was Barry Goldstein. I regret the night we had to participate with Renee Beeker’s stupid meeting as we had Bancroft sitting directly across from us and staring a hole (why DOES he do that?!)”
Lorraine sums it up that (quote), “The steely cold side of “mother’s rights” unmasked and unedited.”

JOEYS The Flying Monkeys at the Joeysisalittlekid Blog want to be called the “gangsters” but instead having been nicknamed the “Joeys” after a convicted pedophile.
-The Joeys were totally wrong on the outcome of the Allie Overstreet protective order hearing. While they were cheering “Allie!” and fantasizing about Windsor being raped in jail, true justice was handed down in a Lexington, Missouri courtroom when a Judge dismissed the order.
–The Joeys were totally wrong about the Lawless America “Meet Me in DC” event as well, claiming there would be (quote) “cancellations coming in fast and furious” and the event would be a (quote) “catastrophic failure”. AMPP did their best to sabotage the event by calling in false FBI reports and making false claims about Windsor to several Congressmen.
The crystal ball must have been cloudy that day because the Lawless “Meet Me in DC” event by all accounts was peaceful, and made a strong showing of everyday citizens working together to seek justice and address government corruption in DC.

These bullies have been great at fantasizing and making assumptions, without having any facts or proof…and believe these lies to be true while attacking those who defend the truth, and speak up for the victims of their vicious attacks. Because of this, who could believe a word out of their mouth? They have NO credibility! We’re thinking they need to get a new crystal ball, one that works.

Why is CPPA supporting American Mothers Political Party, a known hate group?

California Protective Parents Association (CPPA) is an advocacy organization for abused women and children, and their battles for justice in family court. CPPA is based in California, their leader is Connie Valentine.

When you go to the CPPA website and click on “ACTION”
One of the recommended steps CPPA suggests to (direct quote) ,”Please join us in taking action to improve and reform family court..”
below that is a suggestion (direct quote), “to Join the American Mother’s Political Party”. It includes a link that connects directly to AMPP.

CPPA is pointing these vulnerable, protective moms to the potential threat of being re-victimized once again by Claudine Dombrowski, and AMPP.

SO what makes AMPP a hate group?

1) Our research has revealed that CPPA along with other organizations and professionals behind the Battered Mother’s Custody Conference (BMCC) have been aware for several years about AMPP’s vicious attacks against Protective Mother’s Alliance International(PMA). PMA International is an advocacy organization co-founded by Lundy Bancroft and Janice Levinson, and is a leading international organization within the mothers’ movement. AMPP’s attacks on PMA have continued for many years, with the full knowledge of the BMCC and their related organizations! The attacks have recently escalated, as A.T.W. has shown, with AMPP declaring war on PMA, attempting to discredit Lundy Bancroft and launching several hate filled website targeted at PMA, as well as engaging in verbally abusive attacks across the internet.

Clearly, something is seriously wrong with Claudine–and her actions are no different than that of an abuser. How can California Protective Parents, Battered Mothers’ Custody Conference (BMCC), and the Mother’s Movement as a whole stand by and do nothing!!!??? AMPP’s abuse is being committed right in their midst–and under the guise, as CPPA claims, of “taking action to improve and reform family court”. If the Mother’s Movement and BMCC is not willing to take action to deal with abuse that is happening in their own ranks, how can they effectively deal with abuse reported by protective moms, and abuse in the family courts!??? Knowing this -as they do- how can California Protective Parents Association (CPPA) not only support AMPP but recruit members for this hate group? AMPP Attack Mothers Wage War – Blitzkrieg PMA, Lundy & Janice

You will see evidence that American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) has strategically, and systematically, organized their Flying Monkeys (aka supporters) to viciously attack Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA), Janice Levinson and astoundingly — Lundy Bancroft.

Keep in mind, AMPP is supposed to be part of the Mother’s Movement, and therefore, should be allies with PMA in the fight for family court reform. Lundy Bancroft is a respected leader in the fight for family court reform. Lundy is co-founder (along with Janice Levinson) of Protective Mothers’ Alliance International and has been a leader in the Mother’s Movement for decades. According to his online bio, Bancroft is an author, workshop leader, and consultant on domestic abuse and child maltreatment. He has worked with over a thousand abusers directly as an intervention counselor, and has served as clinical supervisor on another thousand cases. He has also served extensively as a custody evaluator, child abuse investigator, and expert witness in domestic violence and child abuse cases. Bancroft’s books ” Why Does He Do That? Inside The Minds Of Angry And Controlling Men” and “The Batterer as Parent” are considered as “bibles” in the Mother’s Movement. As you can see from this screenshot taken from the PMA page, it vows to be a “No Abuse Zone” (compare that to what AMPP is doing!)

A.T.W. has observed, and researched, that PMA is the ONLY organization in the Mother’s Movement that has stood up to, and took a stand against AMPP’s criminal activity and abuse. As a result, AMPP has escalated their attacks in retaliation. Below you will find a timeline supporting this.

Feb, 18, 2013 (Communication): After enduring vicious online attacks, cyber stalking and other forms of harassment and defamation, Bill Windsor of Lawless America, declares that American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) and their sister group Australian AMPP, are a hate group. He then blocks these groups (as best as he can, the members still make fake online profiles infiltrate, and stalk Windsor online).

Janice Levinson of Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) responds that they have encountered similar problems with a member of Australian AMPP, who is using a fake name.
Direct Quote, “She is vicious and gave PMA, Lundy, and myself lots of problems too. Bill please call me. Need to speak with you.”

The Attack Mothers at AMPP respond by waging an online blitzkrieg against PMA–making false allegations about PMA, Levinson and Bancroft. Feb 20, 2013, 12:03 pm: Levinson and Bancroft are attacked on the Joey blog by an anonymous commentor using personal attacks, profanity and hate speech of the worst kind. The Joey Blog is frequent by AMPP leaders and supporters, and prominently featured on Claudine Dombrowski’s many blogs. We strongly suspect this comment was left by Lorraine Tipton.

Anon 12:03 said Lundy Bancroft wants to start his own religion. So, perhaps that is why he supports LA and allows Janice to run around throwing people under the bus. Feb 20, 2013: A petition is created called “Remove Janice Levinson from Protective Mothers Alliances” that includes more unsubstantiated allegations and attempts to spread rumors to discredit PMA.

It also says, “Since then, Janice Levinson, co-founder/executive director of PMA has aligned with “Lawless America” and has continued on re-victimizing battered mothers while Lundy Bancroft looks the other way or perhaps is not aware of the person in charge of his reputation and credibility is doing to ruin it.
WE DEMAND that Lundy Bancroft take action against the disgusting actions of Levinson and correct the hurts that have caused battered mothers to question WHY HE DOES THAT?“

It is important to note that this harassing “petition” intended to remove Levinson from her position within PMA was derailed as PMA supporters,members,and leaders consumed this “petition” with a large show of respect and support for their leader. They were successful in shutting down the flying monkeys small collective voice of evil lies.

Claudine Dombrowski Pt. 2 – Wizard of Oz Fantasy Decoded

The Oz Obsessed mind of Claudine Dombrowski reveals a startling confession..

If what is being posted is correct, then Claudine had prior knowledge that Allie was filing an order against Bill Windsor, and he would need to appear in court in Missouri. Within the gobleygook of Claudine’s Wizad of Oz Fantasty are some interesting “coincedences”… Claudine first posted at 3:30 am on March 20th. Bill was later served with papers by the sheriff at 10 pm on March 20th. Bill was clearly shocked but Claudine clearly knew what was going to happen, and who is behind the Adult Abuse/Stalking Ex Parte Order of Protection. Bill Windsor has not published any names related to this order. SO One has to wonder what Claudine’s role in this is… See below for more details

1) On March 20th at 3:30 am, Claudine Dombrowski posted on her blog a threatening statement to Bill Windsor,” March 20, 2013 at 3:30 am” and titled,”Claudine Dombrowski Congressional Testimony to the fake Movie Lawless America and CON MAN Bill Windsor.” This article was put in the category of “Domestic law”

 

Bill Windsor, of Lawless America,posted on Facebook the day after , “At 10 pm on March 20, 2013, a sheriff appeared at our front door. I was served with an Adult Abuse/Stalking Ex Parte Order of Protection.”

2) Windsor is obviously shocked to see the sheriff at his door, “This is the first time I have ever had the police come to see me or indicate that I might have ever done anything illegal (other than traffic tickets) in my entire life. I have never been arrested, charged with, or convicted of a crime. I have never been in a jail or prison except as a visitor. I haven’t even had a traffic ticket or parking ticket in over 12 years.”

 

Claudine begins her letter, “Dear Bill (fat boy) Windsor [and your fake Lawless America movie]” and throughout the letter swears at Windsor, calls him names, calls him an “American Terrorist” and calls upon the Joeys for back-up

 

3) Windsor says,“The complaint against me is that I have “bought a gun for use on a group of people” and “One lie after another under penalty of perjury.“

 

Claudine alludes to a weapon in her March 20th letter,”Sue me you fucking freek. I dare you, to bring that fat ass to to the land of OZ. You will need a lot more than target lessons to take me on. You will need an ENTIRE army.You will even have home advantage with the ppl here you are working with.

c’mon…. bring it on”

4) Windsor says his hearing is in Missouri,”If you are anywhere near Lexington, Missouri on Monday March 25, 2013 at 1 pm, please join me in Courtroom B of the Circuit Court of Lafayette County.”

Claudine also mentions Missouri, and specifically states Allie’s Hearing, “Bill, I will see you in Missouri. Allies Hearing… your idle lil threats do not hold a candle to my presence.”

 

5) Claudine also mentions motive.. She is angry over the filming of her testimony in Lawless America.

 

Claudine has publicly declared war on Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) and Janice Levinson, somehow in her twisted and paranoid brain, she believes Bill Windsor and Janice Levinson are the “enemies” and are plotting against her. Claudine justifies her actions, her harassment and various acts of cyber stalking as being part of that war..and her flying monkeys aka the Joeys are her willing henchmen. Claudine seems to invite a confrontation.

 

Claudine concludes with: “American Mothers Political Party. Mothers Supporting Mothers. Because We can.”

 

No Claudine you can not harass, cannot create hate blogs, cannot cyber bully and cannot call the FBI/file false criminal charges against innocent people…that is a crime.
