As you read Claudine’s delusional letter, it strongly appears that she thought she was able to control Bancroft, and that she was somehow responsible for his success. Those feelings since have transferred to Barry.

This is how Claudine described Bancroft, at the beginning of the Mother’s Movement, when she supported him: “Then he published more books, does speaking, became our voice, the voice of the beaten, trembling, terrified battered mother..” (Note: There is NO indication that Bancroft wanted or asked for any recognition for his advocacy work for battered women, nor did he ever take credit for being “the voice” of battered women.)

What is Barry Goldstein doing? Publishing books, public speaking and promoting his own ideas on how on legal strategy and related issues in family court. Goldstein is also promoting his books at the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) — which what Claudine says is “profiting off the suffering of mothers”.

What is the difference – Goldstein has Claudine’s support, and he offers Claudine support in return. Goldstein is willing to look the other way when the law is broken by Claudine and the Attack Mothers (AMPP). Goldstein looks the other way when mothers and advocates are victimized, even when it is happening on his own Facebook wall.

 

Goldstein endorses Claudine’s vision for tearing down the Mother’s Movement because he has a starring role in it.

Claudine Dombrowski is one of Goldstein’s strongest supporters, and on several of Dombrowksi’s attacking blogs, Goldstein is openly promoted by linking his blog, reposting his article or posting his actual photograph. Claudine has created these attack blogs using the names of targeted victims, publishing their personal information (spouse, home address, e-mail, phone number etc) without their consent. On these blogs, Claudine writes vulgar and defamatory articles about the victim–all the while promoting Goldstein on those very sites! Once again, Goldstein shows he is willing to look the other way, and remain silent while an abuser terrorizes her victims.

Note that she publishes all of their personal information – name, address, phone, email, and more. These websites were set up before she and her organization and associates began stalking me. How can Barry Goldstein ignore what is happening –isn’t he a domestic violence advocate? This is abuse!

Bill Windsor states Claudine Dombrowski’s actions constitute stalking and harassment; Claudine responds by giving him the “middle finger”

ATW noticed a similar pattern of behavior on Goldstein’s Facebook wall—with the worst of attacks happening in the Summer of 2013. Several mothers contacted ATW to complain. Publicly, AMPP supporters were attacking moms and advocates, using obscenities and disgusting language. One AMPP supporter even outed a protective mom using an alias, and revealed her true identity. It seemed that AMPP supporters were hovering over Goldstein’s wall, provoking and looking for an opportunity to attack. Goldstein’s response included the following: Deleting comments of those attempting to defend themselves. Leaving comments up of those abusing or harassing others. Ignoring the actual abuse. Choosing to work with, and alongside the abusers. To this day, Claudine and AMPP Attack Mothers continue to post on Barry’s wall, and share his support.

In response to Lundy Bancroft’s letter to denounce abuse in the Mother’s Movement, and stop working with abusers, it appears that Barry Goldstein’s response is to rally support for Claudine—his statement is then reposted on a hate blog she created to viciously attack and slander PMA International co-founder, Janice Levinson.

Barry Goldstein’s support of Claudine Dombrowksi appears on a hate blog that is filled with profanity, disgusting sexual material, defamation and vicious attacks

Barry refers to Claudine as a “legitimate protective mom”. What is that? Under whose standard is a “legitimate protective mom”… or “legitimate rape”?

Barry goes on to say that “good work and sincere people are doing to reform the broken system..”

If we are to believe Barry then “good work” would include this hate site, created using Levinson’s name in the blog address without her consent. The “sincere people” who created this blog “to reform the broken system” use profanity, verbal abuse, disgusting sexual jokes and pictures, defamation, identity theft and steal artwork from the Holocaust Memorial Museum in their campaign of harassment. This disgusting blog became the platform where Barry’s support of Claudine was showcased. Again, a similar pattern as Barry being promoted on Claudine’s other hate blogs—this has been going on for years.

Barry then uses “victim blaming” – a common tactic of abusers where they denigrate and blame the victim, often stating they are deserving of abuse, in order to avoid responsibility for their actions. Barry uses victim blaming by stating that both Bill Windsor (Lawless America) and Janice Levinson are just misunderstanding Claudine. Barry moves on to attack Windsor by stating the abuse is just a “personal issue” on his part. And even though stating Levinson is a “friend”, Barry similarly attacks her by reaffirming Claudine’s comments Levinson is “undermining” the Mother’s Movement. No Barry—abuse “undermines” the Mother’s Movement, and efforts to protect mothers and children.

Almost a year has passed since this post was created, and published all over the internet, and Barry has done nothing to dispute its content. Clearly, Barry supports Claudine and the AMPP Attack Mothers, and supports abuse by allowing his words to justify their criminal behavior and also by allowing his name and professional work to be used on blogs that are clearly created for stalking and harassment—to intimidate and cause fear not only to its victims, but to other protective moms and domestic violence organizations as well.

In the months that have passed, Windsor presented evidence before a court of law, and petitioned for a protective order against Claudine—which was granted. That is to say, a reasonable person looking at Claudine’s actions—including screenshots of her various hate sites, online attacks, death threats, instances of identity theft and worse views these actions as criminal and threatening. Those who support Claudine, support criminal stalking, defamation and harassment.

According to Claudine, the “old” Mother’s Movement “is not good, it is oppressive” and “the movement must change..” Barry Goldstein has followed this need for change, and show strong support of Claudine.

Maria Bauer Melinn reveals her strategy for abused women dealing with traumatic family court procedures: Benadryl! Is Maria qualified to give medical or legal advise? Nope!

How Sick and Disabled is Maria Bauer Melinn??
Maria wants us to believe that she is so disabled, and debilitated with life-threatening heart problems that it is impossible for her to serve any time in jail–and this punishment for contempt may endanger her life. Maria has even posted pictures of herself online, showing that she is in a hospital with heart monitors taped to her chest, her face devoid of its usual flirtations. With the last of her failing strength, Maria lifts the cell phone and pushes a button.., snap! snap! A selfie reveals one last valiant stand against “injustice”.

And in a snap, everything can change– but look at this  screen shot, Maria is commenting to another mother who is pro se in a family court matter, offering help. Maria says that she is able to “call a DV shelter on Monday” before she goes to jail. Maria is acting as an advocate and willing to “talk about strategy”.

If Maria is strong enough and of sound mind so that she is able to advocate for other moms, and is able work with other domestic violence organizations in order to “help” another mom with a very difficult and time consuming family court situation… then her claims of being so sick to the point of death are highly suspect.

Maria’s Advice to Moms in Family Court: Take Benadryl!
This mom is pouring her heart out online, giving very sensitive and personal details about her family court situation, which are now made public due to her disclosures. Maria is encouraging this mom to keep talking, and to go public–with little regard for this mom’s safety or privacy, and the possible implications for revealing so much.

Maria’s advice to help this mom cope in family court: “Many Moms find Benadryl helps on court days..”

Possible side effects of Benadryl include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Blurred Vision, Confusion and Irregular or Fast Heartbeat. Allergic reactions to Benadryl can cause seizures, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue and severe dizziness.

What would happen if a mom actually took Maria’s advice and popped some Benadryl right before going into family court, especially a mom who is pro se or acting as her own attorney? Would it look good before the judge if the mom was falling asleep…if she had a sudden change in mood that affected her ability to represent herself…if her tongue swelled and she could not speak for herself in court or even breathe…..if she got dizzy or confused? Or what if the Mom had a drug interaction related to Benadryl and a medication she was already taking? How would the abuser to react to that? How would the Judge respond, the Guardian ad Litem or other court professionals?

ATW finds it alarming, and frankly irresponsible for Maria–who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING and is not a licensed medical provider– to suggest Benadryl to anyone, even worse a vulnerable mom desperate for help. Maria’s advice could potentially 1) endanger the health of a mom taking her advise and 2) have a severe and negative impact on her court case–and the relationship she has with her children if she appears to be impaired or drugged, or is unable to represent herself due to the effects of Benadryl.

Did Benadryl Contribute to Maria’s Heart Problems?
ATW can only speculate, until we have proof, but Maria’s suggestion to take Benadryl, makes you wonder if Maria is also taking Benadryl to cope with her clegal issues. One of the side effects of Benadryl is fast or irregular heartbeat, and once ingested Benadryl is almost impossible to trace.

From a report on Maria:”Domestic violence victim Maria Melinn, an ethnic Hebrew-American (genealogically verified), was subjected to these abuses, in violation of her ADA orders, right here in Allegan County, Michigan this month. She has been denied most of her heart and cholesterol medications by the Jail’s medical staff during the first 6 days of her 60-day unlawful detainment, as well as her physician-mandated mattress, wheelchair, heart monitor (via denial of the charging cord for the unit’s receiver), and physical therapy sessions for her back..As a direct result, Ms. Melinn has had 2 cardiac incidents after only 6 days under these conditions. She had a severe episode of chest pain, angina, and tachycardia on the 3rd day of her unlawful detainment, and another cardiac event on day 6. She was admitted into the progressive intensive care unit of the hospital that evening with severe chest pain and other cardiac symptoms. Her condition was able to be stabilized after nearly 24 hours of in-patient care.”

Benadryl could pose a risk to Maria’s health.. so why would she advise it to someone else?

Maria goes on to offer her unprofessional and uneducated legal assistance to this mom. Keep in mind that Maria has no legal training, no law degree and a majority of her “advocacy” training was given by the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), where Maria once was president. AMPP has been recently exposed for their criminal acts of stalking, harassment and defammation. Their leader, Claudine Dombrowski, is facing criminal charges and has a protective order filed against her (other evidence suggests that Claudine is a serial stalker with a long history of harassment towards others).

Maria implicates Barry Goldstein as being a partner in offering advocacy services for abused women in court, whether this is true or not cannot be validated–but that Maria would use his name so publicly, and so freely could only mean they share a close relationship–or that Maria wishes they had one.

Maria then goes on to offer up the services of Barry Goldstein: “we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”
Barry Goldstein is a former attorney now working as a domestic violence advocate, speaker and author. He does not have a current law license and cannot legally give any legal advise.
Common sense says there is only two ways to look at Maria’s implication of Barry:
1) Maria is dropping Barry’s name to give herself credibility, and to bolster her image as an advocate. And Barry may not be involved or is not aware of her remarks.
2) Barry is actively working with Maria–and the organizations she represents.
Either way this kind of advice presents a real danger for any protective mom who may be fooled into believing that Maria is a qualified advocate, and especially a danger that this advice may be used in court and jeopardize a mom’s case, and her custody/visitation.

How did Claudine Dombrowski get away with cyber stalking, harassment and online bullying for so long?

As tempting as it is to put all the blame on Claudine, she was enabled by sympathizers the Mother’s Movement (including many of those pictured below).

Many organizations in the Mother’s Movement not only looked the other way, and made excuses for Claudine as she continued to bully, harass and terrorize, but in some cases they promoted Claudine and her “Attack Mothers” ( AMPP). Anyone who tried to stand up to Claudine and her abusive ways were swiftly and viciously attacked, or forced into silence.

California Protective Parents Association (CPPA), Center for Judicial Excellence (CJE), Mothers of Lost Children (MOLC) and Safe Child Coalition work very closely together and might be run by the same small group of advocates-( see below; the same advocate who is a Chapter Leader for MOLC is also a Chapter Leader for Safe Child Coalition)

-all who have supported and actively promoted Claudine Dombrowski and AMPP. Their support and promotion continues even when all were aware of Claudine and AMPP’s abuse and cyber bullying towards Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) and Lawless, and others. Also, it is very easy to go online and within seconds, see evidence in the search results that strongly suggest that Claudine has bullied, tormented, and made obscene postings about a number of people, and organizations. How could the Mother’s Movement continue to promote Claudine under these circumstances?

Claudine was a featured speaker at the Battered Mother’s Custody Conference (BMCC), speaking against abuse even as she was a perpetrator of abuse and other criminal acts.

Having her moment under the lights at the BMCC, was so important to Claudine that she canceled a scheduled visit with her daughter. Are these the actions of a mother who would do anything to see her child after a long estrangement?

Kyle Wigglesworth, an AMPP Attack Mother, struggles to defend AMPP on Barry Goldstein’s wall. Kyle has posted many false, misleading and defamatory comments on Barry’s wall against PMA, Bill Windsor and Lawless, and even attacking other protective moms.

These are just a few examples on how many professionals and organizations within the Mother’s Movement promoted Claudine and AMPP (the only exception ATW could find is Protective Mothers Alliance-PMA- International, and they became one of the primary targets of Claudine’s attacks).

That the Mother’s Movement would give refuge to an abuser like Claudine, and look the other way while she has caused real harm to countless victims should make you ask is any mother really safe? These are organizations that promote themselves to be domestic violence experts, advocates for women, and being such domestic violence experts they should know how to discern an abuser from a victim, an abuser from a traumatized woman, and then be able take action to protect and defend the victim. But if these organizations can’t do that within their own movement, how can they be expected and trusted to do that for protective moms in family court???

Claudine Attacks Her Supporter; Whose Side is She On!???

ATW has been threatened on the hate blog created by Claudine Dombrowski and American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) that if we do not shut down this blog, and stop offering readers this valuable information and unbiased reporting that they will continue to attack. The writers of ATW did not create this blog so that innocent people would be attacked by bullies. The bullies are responsible for their own behavior and actions–the trademark of a bully is that they blame the victim, and others, for their abusive behavior.

ATW will continue to publish facts backed up with proof. Claudine and AMPP are so obsessed with Janice Levinson that 1) she attacks her own supporter thinking it is Janice and 2) she continues to believe that ATW is Janice. ATW will work hard to expose these, and other lies…as you will see…

This advocate author of the above post ( Not Janice Levinson) is also well known in the Mother’s Movement. The “you wish” implies jealousy ( remember Claudine believes this is Janice Levinson) Claudine once said the author advocate of the above post’s mother is like a sister to her.

Attack #2: “advocate (for abusers) in the Mother’s Movement (name withheld to protect her privacy)..”

This advocate is an abuse survivor. Ironically she has also been the target online attacks unrelated to AMPP.

Claudine’s Obsession with Janice Levinson Results in her Mistakenly Attacking her own Supporter

Attack #3:”Anon Advocate (JANICE LEVINSON) was upset(BECAUSE YOU SLAUGHTER MOTHERS AND YOU ARE UPSET THAT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE..”?)

We have withheld the advocate’s name to protect her privacy, she is NOT Janice Levinson and NOT associated with PMA. Claudine’s attacks against this advocate are totally unprovoked and unwarranted--once again Claudine is proving she is an abuser and is out of control in her obsession with Janice Levinson

Attack #4: “(As your doggy blog just cant seem to stop posting daily the battered mothers names)..”

Once again, ATW is NOT Janice, Lundy or PMA–we are a group of concerned citizens working to expose abusers hiding in victim advocacy groups.

Claudine Dombrowski started her blogs and online postings many years ago, it was her choice and her decision to use her real name, to use the real name of her child and post sensitive details about her case all over the internet. Public court records show that Claudine was asked to stop posting her daughter’s personal information all over the internet–and she refused to the point that the Court refused to allow Claudine to have access to the information because it was endangering her own child.

All Claudine’s actions, (her blogs revealing her real name and internet postings about her court case and child’s private information) took place long before the creation of ATW. For Claudine to accuse ATW, other advocates and groups created AFTER Claudine blogs and online postings, of revealing her and her child’s identity online is simply a blatant lie.

Attack #5:” Even when the proof (the proof that moms are fight back at Windsor- and the proof that YOU JANICE LEVINSON are ASSITING BILL WINDSOR STALK humiliate and degrade COUNTLESS battered mothers) is pointed out to them, many advocates, professionals and organizations in the Mother’s Movement have chosen to defend/support/make excuses for the abuser and blame the victim for somehow deserving this brutality. (No, they just know the truth about you. Actually hurting, placing their very lives in danger, the battered mothers you purport to help)…”

This is yet another excuse for these bullies to abuse and torment, and instead of being held accountable for their criminal actions, they falsely pretend to be “victims”. Bill Windsor has only Legally defended himself against the criminal lies and vicious attacks on him, by certain mothers who just happen to also be in family court . This small group of mothers already revealed their court cases and personal info on the internet. AMPP has encouraged them to do so. Their family court issues are totally separate from the fact that they are cyber bullying, slandering and threatening Janice and Bill’s lives.

Claudine continues to mislead Protective Mothers with her lies and manipulations. She provides no proof for her numerous hateful allegations.

Attack #6: “(Claudine nor AMPP are connected BUT as MOTHERS – BATTERED MOTHERS we know we can and are safe behind the name AMPP- something that you are clueless to. Safety for Mothers)…”

This bizarre statement begins with a link to Claudine’s own blog, and an article she wrote called “Dreams Every Mother Has Them”. As you can clearly see from this screen shot, Claudine hides behind AMPP like a coward rather than taking responsibility for her criminal behavior.

This is another way Claudine abuses Protective Mothers–she gains their sympathy, wins their trust and then throws them under the bus by making her supporters take the fall for her abusive and criminal behavior.

But in a past post -you can see- Claudine says the exact opposite;

Clearly Claudine manipulates the truth depending on her agenda at that moment.

Let’s not get distracted by the offensive language and threatening tone of this AMPP hate blog…what you should really be asking is…

*** Why does AMPP and Claudine Dombrowski want to stop the progress of a few sincere advocates who are working to tear down, and expose the corruption within our government?

*** Why would Claudine Dombrowski and AMPP want to stop the progress of certain advocates who are working toward exposing and tearing down corruption in the court?

Is calling somebody a “c–” or a “b–” and scaring people away from the advocates and professionals asking these questions really making progress?

Claudine’s message to Lundy Bancroft: “F- You!!” Is this an advocate you would want to work with? Is this an advocate you would invite to speak at the BMCC? Is this an advocate you would promote, and proudly proclaim she is part of the Mother’s Movement?

****Whose side is Claudine on? Is she on the advocates side or is she on the side of corruption?

Viewing Claudine’s actions logically, methodically and calmly-peel away the layers of negativity, false accusations, hate and lies..what does Claudine and AMPP stand for?

They are spending all their time creating hate blogs, attacking advocates who expose corruption and tear it down.

***If Claudine were against corruption and wanted it exposed, why wouldn’t she join forces with these advocates? Instead she is creating distraction, halting progress and attacking the advocates trying to stop the corruption.

Bill Windsor has filed criminal charges against Claudine with the Topeka police department and also applied for a protective order against her due to the horrendous threats, intimidation, stalking, defamation and harassment he has endured from Claudine, AMPP, and supporters.

Some of the allegations include:

–Extensive cyberstalking (direct quote), ” The PLAINTIFF (Bill) believes as many as 1,000 people could be involved, and he has identified the names of over 500 who he knows or strongly believes to be involved in cyber-stalking him in some manner..As the president of the American Mothers Political Party, an organization with over 1,300 followers, DOMBROWSKI has mobilized and leads a perhaps unprecedented cyber-stalking campaign against the PLAINTIFF”

–Threats of harm so severe that Bill fears for his safety, as do his family members

–Violating the privacy of Bill, stealing his photos to use in disgusting personal attacks against Bill and family members

–Libel and slander of the worst kind, and making sure those lies reach the top of the Google search engine to cause the most damage

Is this how an advocate speaks? Claudine attacks Bill with character defamation that he has “erectile dysfunction” and “gets his rocks off as the sexual deviant”, and accuses him of being a cult leader. Hmm wonder if the BMCC will invite Claudine to speak next year??

ATW encourages those in the Mother’s Movement to carefully read Bill’s complaint, and the complaints of the brave Moms now speaking out.

So long as abuse is tolerated in the Mother’s Movement, and its leaders blame the victims or look the other way rather than hold the abusers accountable, justice will be obstructed. Real justice begins when the abusers are removed from the Movement so it can focus on the needs of Moms & Kids, and lead by example.

For starters, I have to question the intelligence, or lack thereof, of anyone who would defend or support the criminals with the so-called American Mothers Political Party.

Goldstein claims I don’t understand the gendered nature of “the problems we are dealing with.” How utterly ridiculous. I fully understand the two primary genders. I know that men lie and lie and lie and use handbooks in divorce to ensure they take advantage of the mother of their children. It makes me sick. But I also know that women lie and lie and lie, pretend to be abused when they weren’t, pretend their children were abused when they weren’t, and will say and do anything to hurt their ex. Meanwhile, in both cases, the children are terribly abused by the process, and those with true stories get obscured by all the serial liars and abusers.

Should we consider Barry Goldstein to be similar to Richard Gardner?

When I became a part of the Lawless America project, I spent years learning from the women and men who claim they are victims, and I am closing in on 365 days on the road, face-to-face with thousands. I believe I have interviewed far more people than Goldstein will ever hope to interview. I was devastated to hear stories from women all across America….and then to learn that a number of these women lied. If they will lie about me (as some have), then I can’t possibly believe that they are telling the truth about anything else.

I do everything humanly possible to assist and support genuine protective mothers. But I will also do everything in my power to expose the liars and the lies.

I am about to decide that nothing meaningful will ever be done to correct the problems with family courts, abuse, and domestic violence because virtually all of the groups are haters. There are the father haters and the mother haters. Many who pretend to be for honesty and the children are often little more than actors. People with what they claim are “non-profit associations” are often in it just for the money.

I will not work with anyone who supports Barry Goldstein, the so-called American Mothers Political Party, Clodine Dumbrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Kathleen Russell, the so-called Center for Judicial Excellence, Connie Valentine, the so-called California Protective Parents Association, or the so-called Battered Mothers Custody Conference. No one who has anything to do with these people or groups will be in our movies of videos because these people and groups support the twisted criminal activities of the AMPP folks. A.T.W. does not represent any special interests or advocacy organizations or individuals. We are not attached to any groups or professionals in the victims advocacy movement or elsewhere.

A.T.W. is neutral, we leave it up to the reader to further investigate, and make an informed decision.

Where does A.T.W. get its information?
A.T.W. posts proof in the form of official public court documents,public police records or screen shots that show a statement made in our subject’s own words. We also note sequence of events to further stay true to the truth. We present the truth with proof to back it up and let the reader decide.

What about privacy?
Some of research we have stumbled upon includes information from our subjects’ own words, which they have decided publicly post. When a subject decides to publicly post personal information about themselves or their families, they are assuming all responsibility and risk for what they reveal. When the subject puts their information in the public domain, or online, they are consciously making the decision to draw attention to their lives, and thereby giving up their privacy.

Why did you create A.T.W.?
We have noticed an alarming trend in advocacy groups that some advocates and professionals offering to help victims share the same controlling and abusive behavior as what the victims fought to escape. Even worse, many of these groups and individuals hide among legitimate victims. They truly are “wolves in sheep’s clothing” who exploit, intimidate and control the victims they claim to defend. These groups get away with their abusive behavior because people are too afraid to speak out, because those who do are often bullied, harassed, stalked & threatened.

A.T.W. was created to expose these abusive groups and individuals by showing evidence of their actions, and voicing complaints. We hope that with evidence, and public outcry, these acts of abuse will be investigated, and those behind these attacks will be held accountable. There is no room for abusers in victim’s advocacy groups.

ATW exposes these individuals catching them in their lies and revealing the abusers that they are. Although our blog has become wildly popular and has many hits in a short amount of time, we are puzzled by the reaction of some other advocates and professionals within the victim advocacy movement.

Twice ATW posted a link to our blog on a well known professional’s Facebook wall and twice our link was removed.( we have the screen shots to prove it). ATW also posted a link on the BMCC facebook event wall and this was also removed. We ask why is this???

Let us be clear; A.T.W respects these professionals and the work that they do, but we are perplexed with their reluctance to stand up for the truth in this matter. Yet they call others to action and motivate them to stand up for the truth and expose family court corruption. Isn’t their mission to advocate for the truth, and give it a voice? Isn’t their mission to advocate against abuse and abusers?

One of the organizations and professionals being bashed is PMA and Lundy Bancroft. The advocates, leaders and professionals within the victim advocacy movement all have stated many times that they respect and admire Lundy Bancroft. Why won’t any of these professionals and advocates defend Lundy Bancroft and help reveal the truth? Why was our link removed?

Lorraine Tipton aka Mama Liberty is co-founder of American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), a supposed victim advocacy group for domestic violence survivors (mothers) struggling with custody battles. AMPP has recently been labelled as a hate group for its vulgarity, bullying and online stalking. Under the name Rainy68 (she was born in 1968), Lorraine has created several YouTube videos for AMPP including hate videos directed at Bill Windsor (Lawless America). Lorraine refers to AMPP as “a bunch of talking vaginas”.

In 2011, AMPP was invited to speak at the BMCC. Its presenters include: “AMERICAN MOTHERS POLITICAL PARTY, Nancy Carroll, Claudine Dombrowski. Randi James, Melanie Smith, and

Lorraine attended the BMCC representing herself as a domestic violence and family court survivor. She claims to be an advocate for abused women. She was invited to speak, and represented herself as a part of the Mother’s Rights Movement. Lorraine said the right words, smiled at the right times..maybe she even shed a tear or two. Did those at the BMCC realize there was a wolf in sheep’s clothing roaming among their ranks?

You will see here, Lorraine Tipton’s own account of the BMCC…the gossip, lies, backstabbing and abusive behavior of a so-called victim advocate. You will see Lorraine maliciously attacking a protective mother, who at the time, was in a wheelchair. You will see Lorraine attempting to discredit Lundy Bancroft, and smear his good reputation with her lies. And if that were not enough, Lorraine goes on the Joeys blog to mock, laugh and further humiliate the BMCC and innocent attendees, who have no idea that they are confiding in and trusting someone who clearly does not have their best interest at heart. Lorraine is laughing at a time when everyone else is focused on the crisis in family courts, and the egregious injustice done to survivors of domestic violence and their children.

Keep these words in mind when see Lorraine Tipton at this year’s BMCC..you could be the next character in her “Once Upon a Time”.

Well ya gotta give credit where credit is due. AMPP IS the battered rights movement. All the other groups look to Claudine as the (forgive me Claudine) stereotypical battered mother. Members of all the other groups are also associated or have been associated with AMPP at one time or other. Lorraine Tipton and Janice Levinson were the best of friends for a long time too. Janice is in charge of a mom’s group and Lorraine is co founder of AMPP. MOLC has strong ties to AMPP too, Shannon Wilson was the main blogger for AMPP and may still be, she was also heavily involved with MOLC at the same time because the moms groups don’t demand loyalty…PMA tries to but it doesn’t work very well. These moms go get what they need where ever they can get it from and often that means the resources of several groups. Course now Joey’s blog can be added to the mix…however…they are also tainted by the AMPP kiss of death.

In the year of 2009, from May-Nov, I was “admin asst/slave” to levinson. Then I got wise to her ways, which are eerily the same as Adolph Windsor’s. On Nov. 13, 2009 I went to jail for "custodial interference" but not because I was keeping the child from her sexual abusive father (substantiated by CPS and you can ask her she's 14 and really has a mouth now) but that HE wasn't picking her up. When I got out of jail, four days later, after it took four police and two hours for daddy to TAKE his child as he whined so badly to the judge about, but he wanted me in jail instead. (yeah GREAT dad). The judge was informed by the sheriff's dept. what this jackass did and was finally on to his little game. He was told NOT to use his child as a "pawn" to get back at his ex. (DUH). I was released from jail and found that janice levinson had changed the facebook page that PMA (protective mothers alliance) had made for my daughter and I to: "National Wiccan Organization" (I have the screen shots still, and I'm not a "wiccan" as was suggested but I am fond of witches, but the "mean girl" in her just HAD to get her revenge because her slave quit. I also would add that I was her second slave she since the first one ran off. My replacement?? Maria Bauer-Melinn.( ATW note; Janice Levinson stated Lorraine hi-jacked a FB page shutting her out. CHAPTER TWO

January, 2010, Battered Mothers Custody Conference in Albany NY. All ORIGINAL “BADASSES” aka AMPP’s were in attendance. From Claudine to Shannon Wilson.

Poor little Shannon had broken her leg in August of 2009 and was STILL in a wheelchair and severely dependent on pain killers. (probably still is) We all got “adjoining” roooms with Randi, Claudine, our Aussie mom, Shannon, myself, one other mother with a gag order whom I won’t mention but we’ll call her “Spitfire” and Jay Sutter (Kathy Lee Schlopp’s boy toy).

Jay offered to help defer the costs because like this ensuing trip to DC for the lemmings it’s quite costly, but we all KNEW each other. Jay slept on a cot that the hotel was nice enough to bring in. Brokedown Shannon was in a fret because the year before she was screwed out of money from another, Sandra Kie, for not giving her money for the room. So we wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to poor little Shannon again.

We questioned Jay’s relationship w/Killa Lee and he told us she was batshit crazy and had served him in Nov. with her own “handmade” restraining order (I’d say that is batshit crazy). So the show went on and it was actually JAY pushing Shannon’s ass all around up and down to eat or to see one of her “idols” speak at certain BMCC events. The only meals I ate were the ones that the Aussie mom bought for me as I had $10 to my name. But man, those pain killers must make ya hungry cuz Shannon got her four squares a day.

I wasn’t interested in listening to the speakers, the only one I cared to see and did was Barry Goldstein. I regret the night we had to participate with Renee Beeker’s stupid meeting as we had Bancroft sitting directly across from us and staring a hole (why DOES he do that?!)

I will give the BMCC credit about it’s “organization” unlike the disorganization pie boy has going on. They have authors and speakers hawking their wares for a low low price of $99 for a book by Bancroft that basically tells you what you know and what women want to hear. The rumor per levinson is that we alledgely called him a “fraud” or something, but we never have. Levinson didn’t even SHOW up! She got scared when she heard AMPP was coming to town.

Chapter Three

After all the hoopla and the BMCC ended Sunday night (thank god) most of the peeps left. We all decided to leave on Monday to give us time to relax etc.

I wound up going with the Aussie mom and Jay to Applebee’s (I think, can’t remember but you know). Jay let the Aussie drive his truck. I recommend that NO ONE ever get into a vehicle with a person from a country that drives on the opposite side of the road, ever! Had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and met some nice Albany folks who loved our Aussie lassie’s “accent”. WE all did, she is a beautiful woman inside and out.

We got back to hotel and decided to go to the pool and hot tub and have a few drinks. (<–ATW Note; AMPP, the Joeys & supporters were making totally false and vulgar comments about Bill Windsor and an alleged hot tub incident that never happened, and yet here is Lorraine admitting to being in the hot tub with the "boy toy" and the "Aussie"..why isn't anyone finding humor in this?)
By this time boy toy was gaga over Aussie. So of course she asks him what his relationship status really is with Killa, since all we could see that he was her errand boy. I mean the woman WAS in the same hotel but in a different room…whY???

Boy toy finally reveals that there wasn’t much to their relationship, etc. etc. Later that evening as we all had to get much needed sleep to get the hell up for our flights, lust was in the air. Whoever was left over we all slept in one room and left the Aussie and Boy Toy to themselves. Now, I wasn’t listening at the door to two CONSENTING adults but I guess we can presume what happened and I really could give two shits about it.

The following day we all left, boy toy gave aussie ride to New York City and we all headed home. Sigh of relief. You would think, right?

NOPE. Shannon goes and tattle tales on the sleeping arrangements to Killa and all hell breaks loose. Calls, emails from Killa threatening if I or others didn’t TELL her what happened. How would I know?? How would anyone?? Not like we were all sitting around watching the alleged “action”!!

Come to find out months afterwards that Killa and Jay were secretly married, go figure a guy lies to get laid! So then we are hated, all the AMPP’s EXCEPT one, the tattler. She stood by her “sister” Killa like any good tattler would.

Conveniently, on March 15 (Ides of March) Shannon starts whining and complaining behind my back that I was “hijacking” the MOLC even in DC for Mother’s Day. Et tu Brute? Doesn’t that sound familiar “hijack” an event?? roflmao! All because I made some videos and other stuff to get mothers involved. Then the kicker. Some of the others who gave this wheelchair bound drugged up dinkus MONEY for the room, were told that the Aussie PAID FOR THE WHOLE F***ING weekend and Scammin Shannon pocketed their money!! hahahahahhaha! She left AMPP and we didn’t let the door hit her wheels on the way out.

So THAT is why MOLC, PMA and every other effin acronym HATE us. And for what?? Not putting our noses in others business?? Not putting up with “grifters”? Oh yes, Bancroft, the VERY expensive “expert” that you can hire to come to your court and tell them all what they DON’T want to hear. Last I heard he was writing a screenplay and starting his own RELIGION! Hopefully it isn’t one where everyone has to share his “seed” but I doubt it. With all his books, plays, screen plays and “retreats” this guy is making BIG bucks off of unsuspecting mothers. So if that’s calling him a FRAUD so fucking be it.

So they all start rumors about us and say how mean we are or how we “bashed”them. (ATW note: We have presented much proof of AMPP’s “bashing” and cyber-bullying) Give me a break! I know a few, including Spitfire who can verify that EVERYTHING in this little bedtime story is VERITAS.

So little scaredy cat ANON @12:55, show your face like any truth teller would. I have a feeling who you are but you have NO idea who I AM and I don’t take shit from liars.

Oh and footnote to another of levinson’s “vistions”. She told me that God came to her and advised her that: “Thou shall not have any “Maria’s” in her group” (disclaimer: I’m not sure if he really said “thou” but the rest is true).

But lo and behold who comes to replace my position?? MARIA!!!! How DO you solve a problem like her? lol! She went against God’s will and was punished for then Maria and levinson parted ways. Gee, how many headcount of “admin asst” do we have for PMA in less than a year to janus, THREE.

I have a hard time with anyone who seeks out $$$ from desperate moms needing help. Lundy absolutely takes advantage of so many and he’s very good at it. Dr. Saturley from Florida attempted the same with some stupid ass book ‘How to lose a custody battle’ E-book but he bombed from what I heard.

Who the hell needs a retreat when they need to clothe and feed their babies? All of Lundy’s info is out there, they just have to spend a day digging.

Lorraine, do you recall a couple of years back when Connie claimed on your radio-blog that the producer of Breaking the Silence was going to film her during the Christmas season? Of course Connie was the ONLY one they were filming this time around, so she said. Hmmm odd isn’t it.

I wrote a blog about it and wasn’t too nice to y’all about not calling her on her BS at the time BUT you and Claudine both tried to question her the best you could. I knew her story was baloney and there were people who sat out near her house all weekend with a cam to record her fictional producers arrival. Weekend came and went and zippo! She even sent her roommate Amber to San Francisco for the weekend so there was no ‘proof’ of this producer at Ambers home.

I wrote to Dominique Lasseur to verify Connie’s story was just hot air out of her ass and they were furious to say the least. I never uploaded the reply because it would just infuriate everyone and I wasn’t about to begin to rip apart the PBS documentary.

Anyway I’m sorry if I was hard on your AMPP group. It was merely my incredulous frustration how Connie was getting away with manipulating so many people and blatantly lying about it all.

So this woman had visions from God too? What’s with these type of people. Conster has birds and dreams and visions and every spring that comes along is THEE spring her lighting will strike literally in all the courtrooms and all her worlds problems will end.

Thanks for the post and info Lorraine, its very fascinating to read about so many players and the games they play. I am absolutely fascinated by human behavior. and like you I HATE liars… especially the likes of Billy and the hell he’s putting everyone through simply to feed his sociopathic meltdowns.

I cannot comprehend all the drama. Are these people REALLY for real?? I expect you’re about to receive some real nasty emails and threats… of course as usual, they’re always all empty threats because you spoke out.

You know yappy, I never wanted this. Scammin actually “squatted” off of C for a loooooooooong ass time. I think she was pissed off that me and C decided to go balls to the wall w/AMPP and she was left out in the cold. AMPP was an idea that was thought up and put into action in about a weeks time.

I could actually write my own book about all these fools. I understand if you thought we were wrong in listening to her but that’s just what we did and still do. Because I don’t need an “expert” on family court or dv issues, the “experts” are the ones that actually LIVED it. We’ve never taken a dime from any mother or father for that matter (we do have a few of those, they don’t like the FR and their ways of bullying) We’re not in this for the glory, it’s all GUTS here. We’ve put ourselves out there and have been ridiculed but for what reason? You got julia fletcher screaming unity but yet she turns a blind eye to her master bill. They call us bullies when we stand up for ourselves and dont bend over and ask for another one.
Truly, they can all go to hell.

We get called names, “Feminatzis” or other colorful names but I’m immune to it, I really am. After being verbally abused on the daily names begin to have no meaning.

I hate to say it but it all stems from jealousies, these groups think they are going to be the “one” to bring down the family courts. HA! I’m not delustional and I know it won’t happen in my lifetime. We never declared AMPP of being the “one”. We’re a well rounded group of humans from all walks of life. I lean left and C leans right. Do we fight over politics? NO. We have ADULT conversations about it and healthy debates but we never ONCE have gotten angry at each other. Our goal, brass bell is to educate, empower and listen to the moms, that’s it. No illusions of grandeur, no egos, nada. So yeah, whatever, they can call me a bitch just because I won’t allow anyone to use me as a doormat. This drama is just the tip of the iceberg. The steely cold side of “mother’s rights” unmasked and unedited.
