Also, the words of Claudine Dombrowski, American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) also imply that Barry is representing himself as an attorney…

Claudine says about Barry Goldstein offering legal assistance to mothers seeking help, “There is no legal resources or venue through Lundy or PMA, anytime a mother asks for his expert assistance or resources for legal the mothers are quickly shut out ignored. .. Has he or PMA helped any mother? No… Who has? ..Barry Goldstein is one such person. He has tried he continues to assist he knows that we–Mothers need strategy, legal representation, he steadfastly goes with the flow..”

What do Claudine’s comments about Barry mean? According to Claudine a change is needed in the Mother’s Movement, it should be torn down completely, and she will lead these efforts, along with her hand selected allies, which includes Barry Goldstein. Let’s be very clear…Barry Goldstein is NOT a licensed attorney. When Barry did attempt to get his law license reinstated, it was denied. According to the terms of the disciplinary action taken against him, Barry Goldstein cannot give legal advice, cannot offer legal strategy and cannot take on legal cases in the capacity of an attorney pro bono or not.

Disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District:(December 30, 2008, MATTER OF GOLDSTEIN, BARRY L.)

ORDERED that the respondent Barry L. Goldstein, is suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years, commencing January 30, 2009, and continuing until further order of this Court, with leave to the respondent to apply for reinstatement no sooner than six months prior to the expiration of the said period of five years upon furnishing

The Ninth Judicial District included in the findings that, “We find the respondent’s utter failure to appreciate the fact that his conduct exceeded the bounds of propriety as a courtroom advocate, his complete lack of remorse, and the pervasive nature of his deceptive conduct to be aggravating factors…”

If Barry is not being honest about the status of his revoked law license, and in the past decisions of the Ninth Judicial District found Barry to be “dishonest” …how are to trust The Quincy Solution?

Claudine Dombrowski, AMPP, has accused Bill Windsor of Lawless America of being connected to “Father’s Rights” and made accusations that he is creating a database to collect the information of abuse victims. THE TRUTH:

Bill Windsor has previously issued a statement that he does not charge money to anyone appearing on Lawless America and he has created the documentary for a sincere purpose to help victims of government abuse and corruption, “Lawless America does not charge a plug nickel for anything on our site or any help that we may be able to offer anyone.  I do all of this for no compensation of any type.  I do it out of the goodness of my heart — trying to battle corruption and help victims…”

Bill also explains that those appearing in “Lawless” are asked to provide basic contact information, and are voluntarily asked to provide that information as part of being in the film, this is a standard professional practice and is legally required,“No one will be in the movie unless they provide their name, address phone number, email, and employment status. Anyone who takes the utterly ridiculous position that such information is identity theft needs mental help, in my opinion. These are people out to undermine this movie because the movie has the greatest chance of exposing the corruption and getting something done about it that any of us have yet seen... EVERYONE who appears in the movie will have to sign a release that allows us unlimited use of your likeness in promotion of the movie. Don’t sign the release, and you won’t be in the movie. This is a legal requirement that every movie must follow.”

Claudine aka Petunia Pigg claims she has to protect the mothers from “father’s rights” groups…See here that this facebook page “Best Interest” is connected to We the People Family Preservation (WTP FP); J Guy F Babineau is one of the founders. We the People supports Father’s Rights, if you visit their website, there is a link to Glenn Sacks; THE Glenn Sacks of Claudine/Petunia’s attack blog–“Glenn’s Cult”.

 In December 2012, We the People Family Preservation was accused of misappropriating the confidential database of “Lawless America”–which means they have gained access to sensitive information about abused women and protective mothers. Claudine/Petunia was made aware of this in the Best Interest group. This is the exact database Claudine herself had been trying to gain access to. Is it a coincidence that Claudine has NEVER raised concern about We The People and never confronted WTP to protect the Mothers who may have been affected? Why isn’t Claudine doing anything to hold We the People accountable for stealing the information of the mothers?

We the People Family Preservation is connected to Roxanne Grinage, who was a keynote speaker at one of their events. Roxanne has attacked Bill Windsor and “Lawless America”  with various lies and allegations, which are hard to make sense of due to her delusional ramblings, as described in the above link.

Roxanne is connected to American Mothers Political Party, and Lorraine Tipton, and has subscribed to the vulgar videos AMPP posted about Bill on YouTube.

Roxanne was also promoted on the Joey’s blog (who are supporters of AMPP and they have joined forces in cyber bullying), where readers were encouraged to contact her,”NinjaMarch 7, 2103 at 10:01 pm   Whoever has the screen shots of Pie man asking for help finding personal information on people and their SS#s should send it to Roxanne.”

What does this mean? There is collusion between the various groups attacking Bill Windsor and “Lawless America” indicating these attacks are well planned, well coordinated and meant to attack Bill on various fronts with the intent to defame, intimidate, stalk, harass and ultimately shut down “Lawless” and with it, silence victims of government and family court abuse.

Sociopaths seek to “win” at any cost, defending themselves to the point of logical absurdity

A Summary of Facts…

1) Claudine is creating a database of the names and confidential information of abused women and protective moms, since at least 2009. Well before Bill Windsor, and “Lawless America” were in the picture.

2) Claudine says she needs this database to protect the mothers

3) Claudine won’t reveal her sources of who is working with her on this database

4) Claudine has openly denounced Father’s Rights groups and activists but at the same time is active, and posting on a page that connects to, and promotes Father’s Rights. And is working with a group that promotes Glenn Sacks, and links to his site from their own page.

5) Claudine is connected to a group that has “misappropriated” the confidential database of Bill Windsor. Instead of confronting those responsible, she attacks the victim–Bill. Instead of protecting those whose information is at risk, she supports the perpetrator.

6) If Claudine were truly protecting abused women and protective mothers, then why do her actions support those who are harming these same women?

In review of our past posts, ATW has noticed because of the facts we have gathered, Claudine Dombrowski, of AMPP, has largely been presented in a negative light. According to a comment on a page supporting Fathers and parental rights…“(Claudine) has caused a backlash from women in paternal families who are flocking to father’s rights groups in numbers I have never seen before. In essence, her (Claudine Dombrowski) and the likes of Barry Goldstein are responsible for the massive father’s rights movement.”

As such, we are giving Claudine the Mother Goose Award because she has led the Mothers on a “Wild Goose Chase” pretending to be an anti-abuse advocate who then has viciously attacked other Protective Mothers and Advocates like an abuser. Claudine has disgraced the Mother’s Movement and harmed the cause of family court reform  with her outrageous and criminal behavior.

California Safe Child Coalition: Children Should Maintain a Relationship with Abusers

The California Safe Child Coalition Believes Children Should “Maintain a Relationship” with an Abusive Parent… Is this What the Mother’s Movement Stands For?

The point of this article is not debate the merits of supervised visitation but to point out the conflicting messages of some of the leaders in the Mother’s Movement; that, on one hand, say children should be protected from an abuser, even to remove all contact with that parent  and, on the other hand, say an abusing parent deserves a relationship with the child they have harmed—and this relationship should be fostered, and encouraged to grow in supervised visitation (which will lead to unsupervised visits, and likely the alleged abuser will gain custody). SO what does the Mother’s Movement really believe?

 Quote: “The California Safe Child Coalition works with national, state and local government agencies, private organizations and individuals to keep children safe.”

“We seek a massive culture shift in the California court system. We strive to endure that children remain safe in the custody of protective parents, while maintaining relationships with their abusing parents through court-ordered supervised visitation”. THE CONTRADICTION: QUOTES FROM THOSE IN THE MOTHER’S MOVEMENT AGAINST SUPERVISED VISITATION BETWEEN A CHILD & AN ALLEGED ABUSER

These statements from advocates and mothers in the Mother’s Movement directly challenge California Safe Child Coalition’s statement that abusive parents deserve a relationship with the children they have abused, and that relationship should be fostered in supervised visitation.  Keep in mind, the purpose of supervised visitation is temporary, and almost always results in unsupervised visitation, and increased custody.

Many of these leaders/advocates/mothers believe that a child who has been abused will be at risk for further abuse if they continue to have a relationship with a parent who has harmed them in the past, and that placing a child in supervised visitation with an abuser is traumatic. Many of these voices come from mothers who have been through the family court system, have dealt with supervised visitation, and witnessed its failures.

So who is the California Safe Child Coalition fighting for, and why??

From Barry Goldstein: “We have seen repeatedly that courts create an urgency to restore normal visitation to fathers even in the face of serious safety risks…The(re is) disparity in how supervised visitation is handled between mothers and fathers…the courts that couldn’t wait to resume visitation with a dangerous father are willing to delay years before resuming normal visitation with a safe mother…”

And, “Instead of pressuring mothers to cooperate with their abusers they can be using their power and authority to require him to stop his abuse if he wants to have a relationship with the children. It is important for legislators and court professionals to understand that children do not need both parents equally. From “Family Court Matters” : FCM posted an article on corruption and greed within the supervised visitation provider network, many of their comments also seem applicable to California Safe Child Coalition.. “Why, becomes the question, would an anti-domestic violence (“End Domestic Violence” indicates they want it to stop) be collaborating with the infamous Supervised Visitation Field, which is known to spring out of the father’s rights and welfare reform fountain?”

National Safe Child Coalition: Posted an article on August 12, 2103 about a man who killed his child during supervised visitation to spite his ex. NSCC followed with these thoughts, “They have dangerous people ordered into supervised visitation at the YMCA while protective parents who pose no threat are ordered into prison like rooms for supervised visitation with their children.”

Family Law Courts is investigating “DV advocates who don’t want to see women empowered” and they claim most advocates are corrupt, and in the business to make a profit, not help victims of abuse. 

Family Law Courts has investigated a number of individuals and non-profits including Kathleen Russell of The Center for Judicial Excellence (CJE) aka “The Center”. Kathleen Russell is an unmarried woman with no children who is the co-founder and staff consultant at CJE. Why? Family Law Courts has pulled Russell’s tax records and raised allegations that CJE is just another money making organization within the family court system, similar to what protective mothers are fighting against.

Quote: (2008) “Tax records reveal in one year the Center for Judicial Excellence accepted grants and donations in the amount of $215,052.00 (Line “L”). Of that amount (Line 13) $187,000 went to outside sources. The source?

That’s means 86% of grants and donations to CJE went directly to Kathleen Russell Consulting.

From 2006-2010, CJE took in $922,323 dollars in grants and contributions, if 86% were paid to Kathleen Russell Consulting that would earn her  $793,198 in 4 years. OR $198,299 dollars a year. With that large amount of money, you would hope to see a more substantial change in family court–not a solution that fosters a relationship between a child and an abuser, and throws the family back into the troubled family court system.

Is it so far-fetched that the domestic violence advocates and leaders would compromise their stated goals to protect women and children to make a profit?

This was taken from Barry Goldstein’s wall, keep in mind Barry is a former attorney who was disbarred after mishandling money belonging to a non-profit organization. Here Barry is begging his supporters “to contact local dv groups, colleges, and other other organizations that could sponsor (PAY) a program for me to speak at.”

Like Kathleen, Barry works as a speaker and consultant. What is a consultant? Someone who can give advice or share ideas about family court, domestic violence and related issues without a law license; and make a profit from speaking, public engagements, writing books, etc.

Claudine Dombrowski responds with this interesting comment,”Yo gf I’m awake. Eyes wide open 20 yrs. I also know that in the communities the heart people not all enjoy this you use what you can get it in any way you can. Through anyone you can.

Melanie could not handle caring for the children and dumped them in foster care one day after winning custody. The Court reversed its decision, apologized, and gave the father custody. Melanie’s children say that she is “the most evil woman in Britain”.

I have been provided with information this evening to indicate this is Melanie Smith also known as Mel, the head of the Australian Mothers Political Party and one of the ringleaders of the American Mothers Political Party, working with Claudine Dumbrowski, Loraine Tipton, and Jennifer Herbert.

I believe Melanie lives in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. I need a full street address for the police and a phone number and email, if possible. She may be in a relationship with Mal Hamilton, a tour guide with Tropicana Guided Adventure Company and a member of a band named “The Wee Johnny’s.”

Method of Murder: Set fire to a stroller outside a flat. She had the ground floor apartment; the upstairs was occupied by the victims. Before his death, victim Liam Timbrell heard Smith laughing and talking outside his door, he positively identified her as the one who set the fire.

After the fire, Smith ran back into her flat, then jumped into the bed to make it appear as if she had been there all along. Smith and her boyfriend escaped by climbing out a window.

The children of Melanie Smith call her “the most evil woman in Britain”, for how she viciously abused and then abandoned them, and express grief for the victims she burned to death. Ex-husband Paul Smith also recalls Melanie’s abuse and neglect of the children.

 

Paul met Melanie at Pontins near Prestatyn where she was working as a chambermaid. They married in 1987. Melanie gave birth to three children within the next 4 years—Lisa, Charlotte and Jonathon. Paul said Melanie “lacked maternal instinct” and resented being tied down by motherhood, she preferred to drink and party. After the birth of their first child, Paul says he “was excited to be a dad” but Melanie did not want Lisa around her. Melanie also resented her second daughter, according to Paul, “because she was not a boy”. Melanie was excited when her son was born then fell back into drinking, leaving Paul with most of the responsibility to care for the three young children. Paul eventually had to quit his job to care for the children full-time because of Melanie’s instability, and inability to provide for the children. 

 

Lisa, Charlotte and Jonathon have come forward to publicly speak about their mother, revealing how she burned them with cigarettes, poured boiling water over them and locked them in a tiny cupboard. She also chopped off their hair if they “made too much noise”. Ex-husband Paul Smith says that Melanie abused and neglected the children, and showed no maternal instinct, and instead preferred to party and drink. Paul says he saw bruises on the children, that they were not fed and their diapers were not changed while the children were in Melanie’s care.

Paul noticed that Melanie’s heavy drinking resulted in more abuse of the children; when he noticed marks or bruises, Melanie always had an excuse. Paul said sometimes he came home to find the children alone, wet, hungry and crying—Melanie was asleep or passed out. Then Paul discovered Melanie in bed with another man, the children locked in another room so she could have sex, and decided to file for divorce.

Despite the abuse and neglect, after their divorce, Melanie won custody of the children. After being awarded custody, Melanie could not handle caring for the children, and a day later, abandoned the children ages 3, 2, and 9 months into voluntary foster care. The court later reversed its decision, apologized, and awarded Paul sole custody, the children have thrived in his care and fought to forget their mother, though scars still linger.

 

Paul Smith told the UK Mirror, “I picked them up from emergency foster parents. They looked so scared my heart broke. If I hadn’t lived through it, I wouldn’t believe a mother was capable of such cruelty towards her own kids. It’s the same cruelty that has now taken the lives of those poor victims in the fire. She should rot in jail until the day she dies.”

 

Her daughter Charlotte, now 23, told the Sunday Mirror: “We all wish she was dead. Knowing that the evil woman who killed that poor family is our mother is almost impossible to bear. Dad rescued us from hell. He’s brought us all up without her but now she’s back in our lives in the most horrific way imaginable. She’s been dead to us since we were tiny. Now I just want her to rot in hell.”

Melanie never tried to see or contact her children. The next time they would see their mother would be on TV, arrested after killing 5 people in a fire she set.

MELANIE SMITH SETS FIRE, KILLS FAMILY IN A JEALOUS RAGE

At the time of the fire, Melanie Smith was unemployed and a heavy drinker. She had been kicked out of several pubs due to her outrageous behavior. Melanie was also reported to be an obsessively neat, so bad that she had to seek therapy. Melanie closely guarded her boyfriend Steven Clarkson with intense jealously that had caused her, in August, to vandalize his car, and attempt to set it on fire. Melanie had made several threats to start fires before the killing.

On October 19, 2012, Melanie was upset that a baby stroller was left in the communal hallway of the flat she shared with upstairs neighbors, Lee-Anna Shiers and her boyfriend,20, Liam Timbrell, 23. Melanie had been drinking heavily that day, and had take out dinner with Steven Clarkson. Melanie’s rage was lit when she heard noise in the apartment above, that suggested Lee-Anna and Liam were making love. It has been suggested that Melanie was jealous of the couple’s happiness because Steven was cheating on her, and their relationship was so troubled. Smith also made false allegations that Lee-Anna was having an affair with Steven, to which there is no substantiation. Melanie then went into the communal hallway and set fire to the stroller, setting off an intense fire that would leave the building looking like a bomb had hit it.

While the flat burned, Melanie crawled back into bed with Steven to make it look like she had been asleep all along. She then escaped out a window with Steven, and stood across the street to watch the family die. Witness said they could screams and cries for help but the fire was too hot and too intense to rescue the family.

Lee-Anna and Liam were trapped in the flat, desperately calling 999 for help as the fire consumed the everything around them, then took their lives.

As the fire took hold, Mr Timbrell was heard in the background of a 999 call screaming, “Oh my God, oh my God, we’re going to die.”

Justice Griffith-Williams said at sentencing: “For those who had to hear the evidence of the 999 calls, the horror of those moments in the flat upstairs as Lee-Anna and Liam faced the awful inevitability of their imminent deaths will be forever etched on their memories. Understandably the knowledge of the manner of their deaths has added to the overwhelming grief of their families, all the more to those who rushed to the house in the hope they could help…”

Liam and his 15 months old son, Charlie, were pulled from the fire. Charlie was pronounced dead at the scene. Lee-Anna, her nephew Bailey, 4, and niece, Skye, 2, were found deceased inside a bedroom in the flat, crouching together in the last moments of life. Despite being badly burned, Liam managed to tell police that, before the fire, he had heard Melanie shouting through the mail slot, “I’m going to burn your house down.” Liam later succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital.

Melanie was arrested on the scene, and has shown no remorse for her actions but tries to portray herself as the victim. During the trial, Melanie refuted the 21 witnesses who spoke against her by saying they were in a conspiracy with a woman who was having a fling with her boyfriend Steven. The jury found Melanie guilty of threatening to start a fire and murder.

The court heard victim impact statement from Jonty Lewis, 29, the mother of Skye and Bailey, who said her heart was ‘torn apart’ by their deaths, “When I wake up in the morning, that first minute is beautiful…In those 60 seconds I feel no pain and I’m just listening for the laughter and footsteps running across the landing in the hope that my bedroom door will fly open and they will come bouncing in, jump onto the bed so that I can smother them in kisses. It is then that reality sets in. My heart is wrenched and the heavy empty feeling engulfs me.”

On May 7, 2013 she was convicted then sentenced to life in prison, to serve a minimum of 30 years.

BARRY GOLDSTEIN : Goats, Abusers & Family Court

The “formal Battered Mothers Custody Conference” will NOT be held this year…

 

Why the BMCC has declined to host a “formal BMCC” has not been disclosed.  As ATW has reported, the Mother’s Movement has encountered numerous problems throughout the year…many “advocates” in the Mother’s Movement who have promised help, and to reform  family court, have proven to be abusers, shameless self promoters, cyberstalkers and otherwise incompetent. And other leading organizations in the Mother’s Movement have supported, promoted and/or enabled these abusive advocates. The unprofessional behavior of many in the Mother’s Movement has hindered progress toward meaningful family court reform and caused fear and intimidation among those they are supposed to help.

Instead of a “formal conference”, the Battered Mothers and Kids Custody Conference (BMCC) will hold a “mini BMCC” at the George Washington University Law School.

 

The Mother’s Movement is rolling out the Astroturf grass to announce Barry “Goatstein, offering a lecture on “domestic violence advocate training”.

 

Remember, in 2009, the State of New York said about Barry, “his conduct exceeded the bounds of propriety as a courtroom advocate,” and then revoked his license to practice law for 5 years. With Barry’s revocation of his law license, and affiliation with a known abuser,  you have to wonder if he has the judgment and experience to be the domestic violence expert he claims to be? And knowing Barry’s questionable past, should he be lecturing at various domestic violence and family law conferences? Should Barry be offering training to advocates? Should Barry be training and educating family court judges about domestic violence and its harmful effects on children? And should Barry be offering advice to desperate protective mothers?

1) Barry says Goats Are the Best Abuse Advocates because “Of course goats always protect their kids so we can learn from them”.

 

It is insulting that Barry really thinks a goat is more knowledgeable about protecting a child than their own mother, when he claims to be an advocate for mothers and sympathetic to their cause.

 

 

2) According to Barry, Goats Are Now the Symbol “For Our Cause”.

 

3) ARE goats an appropriate symbol for Barry’s cause?? And should abuse advocates, judges and other domestic violence professionals be learning from goats?

4) According to Barry, he is celebrated by the rest of the animal kingdom for his “work to protect goats and kids”…

 

Here Barry receives a fishy breath kiss from Cailey the Dolphin, who can’t keep her fins off him, “Cailley the dolphin found out about my work to protect goats and kids and this was her immediate response.”

 

Barry compares Cailly to the family court judges, and said her kiss is quote “somewhat different from the reactions I have received from the various judges.”   

 

 

5) Barry says criminal cyberstalkers Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton and the attack mothers at American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) “made enormous sacrifices for our movement”…while ignoring the abuse they have inflicted on other protective moms, their harassment towards other organizations working for changes in family court and their long history of cyberbullying and harassment (which continues to this day).

 

And then Barry says Bill Windsor, of Lawless America, is wrong for standing up to Claudine, and filing for a protective order to protect himself from the dangerous behavior and threats posed by Claudine and AMPP. Both Claudine and Lorraine made death threats against Bill Windsor, and also posted an online rant saying they want to “get rid of” domestic violence and family court advocate Janice Levinson (Protective Mothers Alliance International).

4) Barry says Claudine Dombrowski of AMPP, a Serial Stalker and Cyber Bully, is a “Legitimate Protective Mother” (seen screen shot below). What is that supposed to mean?  Is Barry so blindly in support of an abuser that he cannot empathize with the very REAL suffering and trauma of a mother struggling in family court against an abuser, and a system that has failed to uphold her rights and failed to protect her child?

5) Does Barry have any Credibility after his License was Revoked?  In 2009, The Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District, State of New York, reviewed 29 charges of professional misconduct against Barry. Of which, 17 charges were upheld, 4 separate charges partly dismissed and 8 charges completely dismissed. The charges involve two separate issues:  A- The main part of Barry’s legal practice, at the time, was representing tenants for a non-profit housing resource center that offers a variety of help to assist families with housing issues, and to restabilize families facing crisis or homelessness. Barry’s actions hurt an organization working hard to help struggling families, and to build stronger neighborhoods–offering help free of charge to needy families.   13 of these charges have to do with Barry mishandling client funds; and specifically that Barry failed to properly manage an escrow account and was inappropriately transferring funds. Barry also failed to keep a separate checkbook for the attorney escrow account, and failed to obtain escrow checks bearing the title “Attorney Escrow Account” or “Attorney Special Account” or “Attorney Trust Account” which would clearly identify where the money was coming from, and who was managing the account.  When asked to respond to the complaint, Barry refused to answer. 

 

B-The second part of the complaint involves how Barry handled a family law case, it should be noted the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) was also involved with this client, and their suggestion that the mother go public with her story, including revealing sensitive details about child abuse, may have had negative impact on her custody outcome. The judge  issued a gag order that the last name of the children should not be revealed in order to protect their privacy, and Barry released the last name in an online article about the case. Barry was found to have made dishonest, false and misleading statements to the Court, and to the public when speaking about this case.

Barry claims he is being attacked by the legal system for coming to the rescue of a protective mom…but where is the proof his statements are true? Where are the affidavits or witness statements in support of Barry? And looking at Barry’s delusional comments, and record of defending abusers—how is anyone supposed to “BELIEVE” anything he has to say?

 

6) Dreams, Barry Goldstein has them… Barry has Psychic Dreams about the Deceased President John F. Kennedy; they walked along the beach, and reminisced about their lives. President Kennedy sympathizes with Barry after reading the story about his court woes, “He said he could tell from the details that this was an injustice and it could not stand.” President Kennedy makes a few phone calls, and voila the Court is apologizing to Barry and reversing its decision!

 

Note the concern Barry shows towards those hurt by his actions–the non-profit and its clients, and the mother in family court are not given even one comment as the whole post is focused on Barry alone. The Grievance Committee noted that Barry showed a “complete lack of remorse” in their findings.

CHAPTER 4: March 2012, Maria becomes president of the American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), an organization created by fellow narcissists who strive to be the center of attention, attempting to alter reality if necessary.

Look at the pattern of Maria’s actions; that proves she has a strong need to seek attention without any remorse for using people or hurting people in the process. She even goes so far to steal historical names and the identity of historical figures to feed her own ego. And yet so many people come to Maria, and the others like her for help—Claudine, Lorraine, AMPP, Abused Swan and Mothers of Lost Children (MOLC) etc.

 

What can be learned from this?

*If you have a history of abuse or trauma, you could be vulnerable to attracting other abusers into your life while missing the red flags. This does NOT mean that you are a bad person but that abuse has left its mark on you, and you must be more diligent in educating yourself or seeking support to protect yourself.

*Just because someone portrays themselves as an “advocate” does not make them one. And just because an advocate is a female does not mean she is a trustworthy person. Abusers can be male or female, come from all backgrounds and cultures, and are skilled at manipulation to hide who they really are. You have to look at actions and patterns of behavior to determine if a person can be trusted.

This is just a sample of documented acts of online bullying and cyberstalking committed by Lorraine Tipton; her criminal actions well exceed this list, and ATW will continue to reveal the truth about abusers in the Mother’s Movement.

As you read, ask yourself: “Are these the actions of a concerned abuse advocate or a dangerous abuser?” The Mother’s Movement and its leaders have been presented with the same question, as evidence of AMPP’s criminal stalking and harassment has been made public, and victims are voicing complaints…their response has so far been silence and denial, which has enabled the abuse to continue, and failed to protect the victims and vulnerable moms seeking help.

—2009 to the Present: Protective Mothers Alliance International, co-founded by author and domestic violence expert, Lundy Bancroft, and protective mom and advocate, Janice Levinson, say the American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) initiated a campaign of bullying, defamation and harassment against their organization and its members. Lorraine has participated in or instigated many of these vicious attacks.

Some of the outrageous allegations made by AMPP include: Janice Levinson is “very evil” and “very deadly” and “will mercilessly slaughter you and your children”. Lundy Bancroft has been called “the a—hole of the Mother’s Movement” and called a cult leader. Many of the attacks include vulgar and degrading sexual images and language, threats and various false allegations. ONLY an abuser would enjoy destroying and tearing down a woman, and attack those who come to her defense—how can you represent a “mother’s movement” and be an “abuse advocate” when you adopt the tactics of an abuser, and use language, videos and behavior that is clearly cruel and degrading towards women?

— (10/29/2010) Lorraine implicates herself as participating in online stalking, harassment and defamation with Claudine Dombrowski and “All of Us” against court officers working on Claudine Dombrowski’s custody case. **It should be noted that Claudine has created blogs using the names of these court officers, and has posted their personal information and made various false and derogatory remarks against them all over the internet These blogs point back to Claudine because they mention details about Claudine’s case that only she would know, include information about AMPP and some of them are even written using the name “William M. Windsor” (why is Claudine impersonating Bill Windsor?!?).

–(2010 -Present) Lorraine wrongly believes that defamation, bullying and hate speech is protected by the First Amendment. The cover of the MamaLiberty blog says, “I am protected by the First Amendment that gives me freedom of speech, so get the f—over yourselves”. Is this the professionalism of an abuse advocate and “leader” in the Mother’s Movement or the gutter mouth of an abuser who does not care how her words and actions affect others???

–(10/22/2010) Lorraine again admits to cyberstalking and terrorizing court officers involved in Claudine’s case, “So they claim that Claudine Dombrowski is everywhere…posting this….posting that….posting on her facebook page…CYBERSTALKING HER or was it HER???”

And “I assure all of the idiots from Shawnee County right now that WE are everywhere…Claudine is our HERO…we love and cherish everyday that she has been in our lives…because we have had our own DIS-honarable Judge Debenhams in our life too….we have had our own court whore like Jill M. Dykes….WE ARE CLAUDINE! WE ARE EVERYWHERE!!”

What has been posted? ATW has reviewed these hateful blogs that contain disturbing sexual material (accusing one victim of having “the dry vagina hots” for her clients), outrageous false allegations that the supervised visitation facility is involved in child trafficking, identity theft of the victims, swearing and name calling, posting personal contact information about the victims, and worse…these blogs still remain on the internet.

ATW has viewed a photograph of one protective mom featured on Lorraine’s blog with loving comments next to her name—you would think she is a friend. WRONG! Lorraine later follows up on this beautiful picture by gossiping and making negative comments of an embarrassing nature against this poor protective mom. ATW has screenshots to prove this, and the only reasons they are not posted is to protect this protective mom from further embarrassment.

—Using the name “Rainy68”, under the AMPP account, created and posted hateful videos about Bill Windsor and his government corruption documentary, “Lawless America” online. Including “The Pie Man Floateth”

You have to be an evil person to laugh about the Holocaust, and twist this tragedy to use to your own benefit.

–-Lorraine has joined in acts of cyberstalking, bullying, harassment and defamation on the Joeys blog. Targets include Bill Windsor (Lawless America), Lundy Bancroft (domestic violence author & speaker, co-founder of Protective Mothers Alliance International, PMA), Janice Levinson (protective mom, co-founder of PMA) and other protective moms, and anyone she feels is a threat.

 At this time, ATW will reserve comment on Lorraine’s two custody cases, other than to include these comments that are from her own words, and give insight to the concerns of the Court in Lorraine’s family situation, and parenting ability. Child custody litigation is complex, especially when abuse allegations are involved, and when the case extends over a number of years. ATW would like to express our support to the children involved, we sincerely hope that despite past difficulties, that all of you go on to enjoy happy and successful lives.

 Lorraine has 3 daughters from a first marriage, she lost custody of the children to their father during a divorce and custody ruling in 1997. According to Lorraine, “…Frank Calvert, of Oconto County, (was) the GAL on my divorce/custody proceedings in 1997 who recommended custody to my ex abusive husband-.. It was also Mr. Calvert who made sure that in his recommendations that in order for me to have primary placement with my older three daughters I was to have a “stable living environment away from Craig Hensberger”. http://thesharedparentingdisaster.blogspot.com/2009/10/hero-mother-her-story.html

 Though the ex husband retained custody of the 3 children, Lorraine did have regular visitation. 

Despite the concerns of the Court, Lorraine continued her relationship with Craig Hensberger (they never married) and in 1998, she gave birth to a daughter. Lorraine became involved in an intense custody dispute with Craig . The abuse allegations and reports are ongoing, Lorraine alleges that Craig abuses her daughter and is an alcoholic. Craig has a criminal record, and denies all allegations made by Lorraine.

Lorraine has posted details about the custody case involving her fourth child online, including the legal name of her child, and the graphic details of the abuse allegations. ATW strongly believes that children deserve privacy, and that posting their real name and sensitive details about abuse online for all to see is traumatic, and creates a public history that follows the child, even into adulthood. Anyone going online—potential employers, college recruiters, a potential boy/girlfriend etc—will be able to look up that child’s name, and read details of the parent’s custody battle, and abuse allegations. The child then loses their ability to form their own identity, and becomes defined by the past—as a victim. This is extremely unfair, and takes away the privacy a child deserves. There is a proper place to report abuse, and a proper way to advocate for your child, posting your child’s name/identifying information and revealing graphic details of abuse all over the internet is reckless and dangerous, and only causes more harm to the child.

 Lorraine also went on the “Glenns Cult/Petunia Pig” website to make fun of and “expose” her alleged abuser, Craig Hensberger. At one point, it appears Craig considered filing a libel case against Lorraine because of what was posted on “Glenns Cult”. ATW has to wonder if you are truly afraid of your abuser, who now has custody of your vulnerable child, why would you go online and aggressively post material that would likely provoke his anger and place your child in jeopardy?
