THE LIE:

Claudine Dombrowski, AMPP, has accused Bill Windsor of Lawless America of being connected to “Father’s Rights” and made accusations that he is creating a database to collect the information of abuse victims. Claudine has led her “Attack Mothers” aka supporters to harass, stalk, defame and threaten Bill Windsor.. as seen in this screenshot from Adrema Barbee Higgins.

THE TRUTH:

Bill Windsor has previously issued a statement that he does not charge money to anyone appearing on Lawless America and he has created the documentary for a sincere purpose to help victims of government abuse and corruption, “Lawless America does not charge a plug nickel for anything on our site or any help that we may be able to offer anyone.  I do all of this for no compensation of any type.  I do it out of the goodness of my heart — trying to battle corruption and help victims…”

Bill also explains that those appearing in “Lawless” are asked to provide basic contact information, and are voluntarily asked to provide that information as part of being in the film, this is a standard professional practice and is legally required,“No one will be in the movie unless they provide their name, address phone number, email, and employment status. Anyone who takes the utterly ridiculous position that such information is identity theft needs mental help, in my opinion. These are people out to undermine this movie because the movie has the greatest chance of exposing the corruption and getting something done about it that any of us have yet seen... EVERYONE who appears in the movie will have to sign a release that allows us unlimited use of your likeness in promotion of the movie. Don’t sign the release, and you won’t be in the movie. This is a legal requirement that every movie must follow.”

The Truth: Claudine offers no evidence, documentation or other proof to substantiate this ridiculous claim, one of many lies she has waged against her (quote) “hit list“...she just wants you to take her word. We know Claudine has joined forces with the cyberbullies at Joeyisalittlekid whose ranks include a man who allegedy talks to dragons, a man whose YouTube video suggests he has a drinking problem, a pedophile (or two), and people who have attacked other Protective Mothers and their Supporters. 

And other groups including..

Claudine aka Petunia Pigg is again collecting names for her database, claiming to protect the mothers from “father’s rights”. But who is protecting the mothers from Claudine and AMPP?

 

WHERE, OH WHERE ARE THE “FATHER’s RIGHTS” GROUPS???

Claudine aka Petunia Pigg claims she has to protect the mothers from “father’s rights” groups…See here that this facebook page “Best Interest” is connected to We the People Family Preservation (WTP FP); J Guy F Babineau is one of the founders. We the People supports Father’s Rights, if you visit their website, there is a link to Glenn Sacks; THE Glenn Sacks of Claudine/Petunia’s attack blog–“Glenn’s Cult”.

 In December 2012, We the People Family Preservation was accused of misappropriating the confidential database of “Lawless America”–which means they have gained access to sensitive information about abused women and protective mothers. Claudine/Petunia was made aware of this in the Best Interest group. This is the exact database Claudine herself had been trying to gain access to. Is it a coincidence that Claudine has NEVER raised concern about We The People and never confronted WTP to protect the Mothers who may have been affected? Why isn’t Claudine doing anything to hold We the People accountable for stealing the information of the mothers?

We the People Family Preservation is connected to Roxanne Grinage, who was a keynote speaker at one of their events. Roxanne has attacked Bill Windsor and “Lawless America”  with various lies and allegations, which are hard to make sense of due to her delusional ramblings, as described in the above link.

Roxanne is connected to American Mothers Political Party, and Lorraine Tipton, and has subscribed to the vulgar videos AMPP posted about Bill on YouTube.

Roxanne was also promoted on the Joey’s blog (who are supporters of AMPP and they have joined forces in cyber bullying), where readers were encouraged to contact her,”NinjaMarch 7, 2103 at 10:01 pm   Whoever has the screen shots of Pie man asking for help finding personal information on people and their SS#s should send it to Roxanne.”

What does this mean? There is collusion between the various groups attacking Bill Windsor and “Lawless America” indicating these attacks are well planned, well coordinated and meant to attack Bill on various fronts with the intent to defame, intimidate, stalk, harass and ultimately shut down “Lawless” and with it, silence victims of government and family court abuse.

Sociopaths seek to “win” at any cost, defending themselves to the point of logical absurdity

A Summary of Facts…

1) Claudine is creating a database of the names and confidential information of abused women and protective moms, since at least 2009. Well before Bill Windsor, and “Lawless America” were in the picture.

2) Claudine says she needs this database to protect the mothers

3) Claudine won’t reveal her sources of who is working with her on this database

4) Claudine has openly denounced Father’s Rights groups and activists but at the same time is active, and posting on a page that connects to, and promotes Father’s Rights. And is working with a group that promotes Glenn Sacks, and links to his site from their own page.

5) Claudine is connected to a group that has “misappropriated” the confidential database of Bill Windsor. Instead of confronting those responsible, she attacks the victim–Bill. Instead of protecting those whose information is at risk, she supports the perpetrator.

6) If Claudine were truly protecting abused women and protective mothers, then why do her actions support those who are harming these same women?

Maria Bauer Melinn: Advise for Moms in court: Benadryl!

Maria Bauer Melinn reveals her strategy for abused women dealing with traumatic family court procedures: Benadryl! Is Maria qualified to give medical or legal advise? Nope!

How Sick and Disabled is Maria Bauer Melinn??
Maria wants us to believe that she is so disabled, and debilitated with life-threatening heart problems that it is impossible for her to serve any time in jail–and this punishment for contempt may endanger her life. Maria has even posted pictures of herself online, showing that she is in a hospital with heart monitors taped to her chest, her face devoid of its usual flirtations. With the last of her failing strength, Maria lifts the cell phone and pushes a button.., snap! snap! A selfie reveals one last valiant stand against “injustice”.

And in a snap, everything can change– but look at this  screen shot, Maria is commenting to another mother who is pro se in a family court matter, offering help. Maria says that she is able to “call a DV shelter on Monday” before she goes to jail. Maria is acting as an advocate and willing to “talk about strategy”.

If Maria is strong enough and of sound mind so that she is able to advocate for other moms, and is able work with other domestic violence organizations in order to “help” another mom with a very difficult and time consuming family court situation… then her claims of being so sick to the point of death are highly suspect.

Maria’s Advice to Moms in Family Court: Take Benadryl!
This mom is pouring her heart out online, giving very sensitive and personal details about her family court situation, which are now made public due to her disclosures. Maria is encouraging this mom to keep talking, and to go public–with little regard for this mom’s safety or privacy, and the possible implications for revealing so much.

Maria’s advice to help this mom cope in family court: “Many Moms find Benadryl helps on court days..”

Possible side effects of Benadryl include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Blurred Vision, Confusion and Irregular or Fast Heartbeat. Allergic reactions to Benadryl can cause seizures, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue and severe dizziness.

What would happen if a mom actually took Maria’s advice and popped some Benadryl right before going into family court, especially a mom who is pro se or acting as her own attorney? Would it look good before the judge if the mom was falling asleep…if she had a sudden change in mood that affected her ability to represent herself…if her tongue swelled and she could not speak for herself in court or even breathe…..if she got dizzy or confused? Or what if the Mom had a drug interaction related to Benadryl and a medication she was already taking? How would the abuser to react to that? How would the Judge respond, the Guardian ad Litem or other court professionals?

ATW finds it alarming, and frankly irresponsible for Maria–who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING and is not a licensed medical provider– to suggest Benadryl to anyone, even worse a vulnerable mom desperate for help. Maria’s advice could potentially 1) endanger the health of a mom taking her advise and 2) have a severe and negative impact on her court case–and the relationship she has with her children if she appears to be impaired or drugged, or is unable to represent herself due to the effects of Benadryl.

Did Benadryl Contribute to Maria’s Heart Problems?
ATW can only speculate, until we have proof, but Maria’s suggestion to take Benadryl, makes you wonder if Maria is also taking Benadryl to cope with her clegal issues. One of the side effects of Benadryl is fast or irregular heartbeat, and once ingested Benadryl is almost impossible to trace.

From a report on Maria:”Domestic violence victim Maria Melinn, an ethnic Hebrew-American (genealogically verified), was subjected to these abuses, in violation of her ADA orders, right here in Allegan County, Michigan this month. She has been denied most of her heart and cholesterol medications by the Jail’s medical staff during the first 6 days of her 60-day unlawful detainment, as well as her physician-mandated mattress, wheelchair, heart monitor (via denial of the charging cord for the unit’s receiver), and physical therapy sessions for her back..As a direct result, Ms. Melinn has had 2 cardiac incidents after only 6 days under these conditions. She had a severe episode of chest pain, angina, and tachycardia on the 3rd day of her unlawful detainment, and another cardiac event on day 6. She was admitted into the progressive intensive care unit of the hospital that evening with severe chest pain and other cardiac symptoms. Her condition was able to be stabilized after nearly 24 hours of in-patient care.”

Benadryl could pose a risk to Maria’s health.. so why would she advise it to someone else?

Maria Implicates Barry Goldstein
Maria goes on to offer her unprofessional and uneducated legal assistance to this mom. Keep in mind that Maria has no legal training, no law degree and a majority of her “advocacy” training was given by the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), where Maria once was president. AMPP has been recently exposed for their criminal acts of stalking, harassment and defammation. Their leader, Claudine Dombrowski, is facing criminal charges and has a protective order filed against her (other evidence suggests that Claudine is a serial stalker with a long history of harassment towards others).

Maria implicates Barry Goldstein as being a partner in offering advocacy services for abused women in court, whether this is true or not cannot be validated–but that Maria would use his name so publicly, and so freely could only mean they share a close relationship–or that Maria wishes they had one.

Maria states, “I will talk with you about strategy etc. in the courtroom”
Maria then goes on to offer up the services of Barry Goldstein: “we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”
Barry Goldstein is a former attorney now working as a domestic violence advocate, speaker and author. He does not have a current law license and cannot legally give any legal advise.
Common sense says there is only two ways to look at Maria’s implication of Barry:
1) Maria is dropping Barry’s name to give herself credibility, and to bolster her image as an advocate. And Barry may not be involved or is not aware of her remarks.
2) Barry is actively working with Maria–and the organizations she represents.
Either way this kind of advice presents a real danger for any protective mom who may be fooled into believing that Maria is a qualified advocate, and especially a danger that this advice may be used in court and jeopardize a mom’s case, and her custody/visitation.

 

Breaking News from Mother’s Movement: When Abuse is Acceptable

(As Long As it is Done By “Survivors” and to Professionals)

A popular advocate in the Mother’s Movement (name withheld to protect her privacy) lashes out after Lundy Bancroft issued a statement denouncing Claudine Dombrowski and American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) for their abuse. Anon Advocate was upset that other Protective Moms were voicing concerns about Claudine and AMPP, and the lack of response from the Mother’s Movement–which has become a very public debate which has fueled more vicious attacks, right in front of the eyes of the Mother’s Movement. Even when the proof is pointed out to them, many advocates, professionals and organizations in the Mother’s Movement have chosen to defend/support/make excuses for the abuser and blame the victim for somehow deserving this brutality.

According to Anon Advocate…We should be more understanding when “wounded survivors” attack, threaten and libel others. Claudine & AMPP are connected to this hate blog, and receiving sympathy from the Mother’s Movement even as they call Protective Mom & Advocate, Janice Levinson, a “c–” and a “b—” and post disgusting pictures that say “wild animal sex”. Is this becoming the norm in the Mother’s Movement?

Anon Advocate’s response…support the abusers hiding in the Mother’s Movement, the victims must be more tolerant of these deranged women because, after all, they did survive abuse!

This blog connects directly to the AMPP main site..see how they yell “F– You!” to Lundy Bancroft, call him a “cult leader” who “profits off moms” and states that “Lundy Bancroft is no different than many of our abusers”. The bottom of this Verizon shot reads “Comment As American Mothers..”

According to this Anon Advocate (direct quote) “we are dealing with wounded survivors and everyone deals with trauma in his own way” so basically we need to be more tolerant and understanding of the abusive behavior of attack mothers in the Mother’s Movement, and look the other way as they stalk, terrorize and harass others (many who are Protective Moms or Helping Professionals). In her opinion, the Professionals should not be protected because they are not survivors, and should be able to handle the abuse on their own or get help.

This screenshot (below) gives the new rules on how to deal with abusers, according to this advocate from the Mother’s Movement:

New Rules of Mother’s Movement from Anon Advocate.. Taking a stand against abuse, denouncing the actions of abusive advocates and supporting victims will no longer be “tolerated” because “we are not going to chose sides here”. “Those ‘Professionals” can take care of themselves or get the help they need’. Anon Advocate claims several professionals have reviewed the complaints, and support her in this.

Isn’t it concerning that an advocate Mother’s Movement is “warning” or threatening others to be silent about the abuse, and stating that their concerns will not be “tolerated”?

Anon Advocate even goes so far to say the victim does not have a right to defend themself because “this is about needs of the survivor”. This is an excuse for abuse. The above post by Anon Advocate prompts ATW to ask some logical and hard hitting questions; When does it become okay to frighten, intimidate and harm another person to suit the selfish needs of the abuser? Is this what the Mother’s Movement stands for? Is this the type of mind set and decision making skills “leaders” in the mothers’ movement possess? Are those in the movement unable to “walk their talk”? This person is considered an advocate and leader, really? Is this the best you can offer protective mothers in terms of support and safety? How can you ignore the abuse around you while advocating against abuse in family court?

How can those in the Mother’s Movement justify Claudinine’s extreme behavior and a very obvious threat of harm against Bill Windsor and other protective mothers? And yet those who raise concerns, according to Anon Advocate, and expose the abusive advocate will not be “tolerated”! What will it take for the Mother’s Movement to take a stand against the abusive and threatening actions of some of their “leaders”..or are they changing the rules to excuse abuse, and blame the victims as they are being stalked and terrorized?

NOTE: In going through these screenshots and material of Claudine and AMPP’s abuse, some of our writers have reported nightmares and reacted in traumatic ways due to viewing this disturbing content. We cannot imagine how the victims are suffering, and especially the Protective Mother victims who have no support in the Mother’s Movement. Our heart goes out to them.

“In my opinion, Barry Goldstein is incompetent and should be ignored by anyone with intelligence in the world of family courts, abuse, and domestic violence.

For starters, I have to question the intelligence, or lack thereof, of anyone who would defend or support the criminals with the so-called American Mothers Political Party.

Goldstein has made scurrilous comments about me, but he doesn’t know me, doesn’t know a thing about me, has never spoken with me (and never will), and should have been smart enough to keep his mouth shut.

Goldstein claims I don’t understand the gendered nature of “the problems we are dealing with.” How utterly ridiculous. I fully understand the two primary genders. I know that men lie and lie and lie and use handbooks in divorce to ensure they take advantage of the mother of their children. It makes me sick. But I also know that women lie and lie and lie, pretend to be abused when they weren’t, pretend their children were abused when they weren’t, and will say and do anything to hurt their ex. Meanwhile, in both cases, the children are terribly abused by the process, and those with true stories get obscured by all the serial liars and abusers.

Should we consider Barry Goldstein to be similar to Richard Gardner?

When I became a part of the Lawless America project, I spent years learning from the women and men who claim they are victims, and I am closing in on 365 days on the road, face-to-face with thousands. I believe I have interviewed far more people than Goldstein will ever hope to interview. I was devastated to hear stories from women all across America….and then to learn that a number of these women lied. If they will lie about me (as some have), then I can’t possibly believe that they are telling the truth about anything else.

I do everything humanly possible to assist and support genuine protective mothers. But I will also do everything in my power to expose the liars and the lies.

I am about to decide that nothing meaningful will ever be done to correct the problems with family courts, abuse, and domestic violence because virtually all of the groups are haters. There are the father haters and the mother haters. Many who pretend to be for honesty and the children are often little more than actors. People with what they claim are “non-profit associations” are often in it just for the money.

I will not work with anyone who supports Barry Goldstein, the so-called American Mothers Political Party, Clodine Dumbrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Kathleen Russell, the so-called Center for Judicial Excellence, Connie Valentine, the so-called California Protective Parents Association, or the so-called Battered Mothers Custody Conference. No one who has anything to do with these people or groups will be in our movies of videos because these people and groups support the twisted criminal activities of the AMPP folks. Many of these people and groups hate fathers and love liars.”

Let us be clear; A.T.W respects these professionals and the work that they do, but we are perplexed with their reluctance to stand up for the truth in this matter. Yet they call others to action and motivate them to stand up for the truth and expose family court corruption. Isn’t their mission to advocate for the truth, and give it a voice? Isn’t their mission to advocate against abuse and abusers?

One of the organizations and professionals being bashed is PMA and Lundy Bancroft. The advocates, leaders and professionals within the victim advocacy movement all have stated many times that they respect and admire Lundy Bancroft. Why won’t any of these professionals and advocates defend Lundy Bancroft and help reveal the truth? Why was our link removed?

Lawless America and Bill Windsor is another organization and advocate under attack. We have recently received a comment by a reader, questioning A.T.W’s intention and motive for this blog. It was implied that we were “trashing” moms. In the interest of truth, transparency and clarity, we have decided to post our response to reinforce for all our readers A.T.W’s intention and purpose. The readers’ comment may be found on our home page.

We thank this reader for her comment.

We at A.T.W are very well aware of the problems faced by moms along with the dynamics of family court and D.V victims. We are also aware of abuse-by-proxy and the damage caused by this type of abuse. We understand many changes need to be made in family court in order to protect the children and their mothers. We take great pains to thoroughly research documented proof before we post information. We post proof in the form of official public court documents, public police records or screen shots that show a statement made in our subject’s own words.We also note sequence of events to further stay true to the truth as we do not want to take an event out of context,which might be confusing and deceiving. We present the truth with proof to back it up and let the reader decide. We are not gender bias. Just because a advocate/ mom says something, does not make it so. Occasionally, a self-proclaimed victim’s advocate and DV “expert” is really an abuser and bully in disguise. We are not blind to the truth, backed up with documented proof because of a person’s gender. We research and provide the proof. We are simply seeking the truth ,regardless of gender, and presenting the documented proof to the readers.
This is not cyber- bullying,or “trashing”- this is factual reporting. In fact some moms exposed on our site have been cyber- bullying innocent victims ( including other moms) in the most vicious ways, on various internet sites for many years.

We specifically stated we do not necessarily endorse other sites referenced, that post similar information on matters A.T.W has researched see below:

Our purpose is to expose liars and abusers within victim advocacy organizations. Sadly some mothers’ are abusers, some mothers’ misrepresent themselves, some mothers suffer from personality disorders. Again we are not gender bias. Hopefully our blog will protect the honest ,sincere mother from seeking counsel from a fake advocate/ abuser mother, who may potentially hurt her , her case, and therefore her children . Lawless America is a documentary that set out to expose government abuse, and systematic corruption in the court system, as told by everyday Americans…in it’s mission, Lawless, has encountered some challenges and surprisingly, also revealed a triumph of the truth in the Courts, today has justice has prevailed.

Bill Windsor, creator of Lawless America, had his day in court on April 8, 2013; appearing in a hearing for a protective order filed by Ms. Allie Overstreet. Overstreet claimed Windsor bought a gun to terrorize a group of people, among other outlandish allegations. Previous posts on A.T.W. have cast suspicion on the gun allegation, and exposed the abusers filing this claim do not seem afraid of Windsor, as evidenced by their online posting they seem to enjoy taunting & harassing Windsor.

Some of these bullies even joked that they can make money by filing a civil action against Windsor (for damages).

Windsor had previously filed criminal charges against Overstreet, as well as a civil action for libel, slander, and defamation. Windsor had amassed a great deal of evidence to support he was being stalked and harassed by Overstreet, in addition many supporters came forward with affidavits in Windsor’s defense, or appeared in court to offer support.

Allie must have been gazing into a bowling ball, not a crystal ball..Her prediction proved to be just as plausible as the lies she presented to the judge!

Overstreet generated support on the “Joeys” blog, a “clubhouse” for Flying Monkeys (bullies). The Joeys prefer to be called the “gangsters”, they live the “thug life” spending enormous amounts of time bullying and harassing other people online (aka chillin in the clubhouse-word!).

Tiny and Ninja continue their disgusting attacks against Windsor on the Joeys blog, their comments suggest they hope Windsor goes to jail after Allie’s hearing, and is raped:

American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), a so-called advocacy group that claims to support victims of family court corruption, is “ridin’ dirty” with the Joeys, and has lead many of the attacks against Windsor–booya!

The Joe-PP gang fantasized about what it would be like for Overstreet to win in Court–now they have pie thrown in their face. The lack of recent comments seems to suggest they are in that “gangsta lean” pourin’ drinks for their sad, broke homies who won’t be filing million dollar lawsuits against Windsor anytime soon.

LAWLESS AMERICA UPDATE — APRIL 8, 2013 — 5:30 pm Central Time:

I won! Alley Overstreet had absolutely no evidence that she had sworn under penalty of perjury that she had. The judge, who was very good, granted my motion to dismiss after he gave her every opportunity to find some evidence.

At the end of the trial, the judge told me that I should see the Sheriff’s Deputy in the courtroom with the details of my criminal charges against Alley Overstreet. I did just that, and I spoke the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as well.

Bill Windsor went to trial in Lexington, Missouri on charges that he was a would-be serial killer or mass murderer. The charges were a complete total, outrageous lie by ALL-LIES Overstreet. ALL-LIES swore under penalty of perjury that “William M. Windsor repeatedly published that he had bought a gun to use on a group of people. I am one of the people.” I asked again and again for her to produce proof of this, and she came up with nothing. Judge John Frerking finally gave her 5 minutes to find some proof from somewhere — anywhere. She had nothing after eight minutes. I moved to have the charges dismissed, and my motion was granted. I never had to call a witness, testify myself, or present any evidence. Mark Supanich was there to lie his a$$ off for ALL-LIES Overstreet. He’s a real scumbag. The people in the family court area and Washington state and Missouri need to distance themselves from these two. At the end of the hearing, the judge referred me to the Sheriff about my criminal charges against ALL-LIES Overstreet. I also have a civil action for libel, slander, defamation, and more against ALL-LIES Overstreet, Mark Supanich, and I may add Brenda Williamson. HUGE thanks to David, Trish, Laura, and Cynthia for driving many hours from Michigan and Arkansas to support me and testify. And special thanks to attorney Kelly Rose, the attorney for the biological father of ALL-LIES Overstreet’s daughter who sat right behind me in the courtroom. ALL-LIES asked the judge to exclude her from the courtroom, but he said no. She apparently didn’t like the idea of her adversary observing her lie repeatedly again under oath. It seemed like Kelly’s presence unnerved ALL-LIES and could have changed her game plan. If she falsified some documents to use, Kelly may have given her a change of “heart.” ALL-LIES looked to me like she was going to puke the whole time she was in the courtroom. I didn’t get a look at her face when the judge directed me to present my criminal charges to the Sheriff, but she sure vanished from the courtroom quickly. I assured the judge that ALL-LIES Overstreet will be the star of one of my films. If I said it once to the judge today, I bet I said ten times that “Ms. Overstreet is a pathological liar.” I fully expect the claims she made to me on camera about the father of her daughter were all false. HE has custody. HE passed a polygraph. SHE has proven herself to be a pathological liar. — in Lexington, MO.

Bill Windsor was an ordinary citizen who encountered abuses in the legal system, and when he began to tell others his story, many came forward with their own stories of government abuse and corruption. This inspired Windsor to create a documentary featuring stories from people of all walks of life, from every state, who also experienced government abuse and injustice. Windsor titled the documentary “Lawless America” and has worked tirelessly to give voice to those who have been abused, victimized and trampled on by the laws and government agencies meant to protect.

For his noble cause, Windsor has become the target of online stalking, harassment, defamation of character, similar treatment of his family, threats on his life, and worse.. Who are the people behind these attacks? A rogue government agency–no. A group of powerful elites–no. Powerful politicians–no. Angry officials who have been exposed–no. The majority of people attacking Windsor are from American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), a group that is supposed to advocate and defend victims of abuse, and a group who aspires to be a leader in the mother’s movement. For those asking WHY would Bill Windsor need self protection, and what threat did he feel was against him, here is a statement in his own words..

On February 25, 2013, Bill Windsor filed criminal complaints against 37 cyberstalkers. Many of those included support American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) or the Joey blog. The Joe-PPers have actively been trying to recruit people who are estranged from Lawless to their cause, and incited them to join in the attacks…

Included in the criminal complaint were Allie Overstreet, Mark Supanich, Sean Boushie, Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Shannon E. Miller aka Elizabeth Hope Hernandez, Jennifer Herbert aka Jennifer Dotson, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Brannon T. Bridge, Connie Bedwell, Justin Thompson, Loryn Ryder, Cheryl Sosby, Gail Lakritz, L. Wilson, Lisa Jones, Trinity Baker, Diane Gochin aka Diane Rose aka Diane Rostesky, Curtis Butler, Edward Hernandez, Jay Roland, and others. <– ATW NOTE Many of the individuals involved had multiple aliases, facebook pages and e-maill addresses, they are skilled in hiding their identity. With these fake profiles were able to create the appearance that they are a bigger group than their true numbers show.

Windsor filed the complaint according to the “GEORGIA CODE SECTION 13A-11-8: HARASSMENT OR HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS”. Harassment is a Class C Misdemeanor in Georgia, where Windsor resides. The statute includes (sections highlighted by Windsor):
(a)(1) HARASSMENT. A person commits the crime of harassment if, with intent to harass, annoy, or alarm another person, he or she either:
(b)(1) HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS. A person commits the crime of harassing communications if, with intent to harass or alarm another person, he or she does any of the following:
a. Communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, telegraph, mail, or any other form of written or electronic communication, in a manner likely to harass or cause alarm.
And, “the term “harassing and intimidating” means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes emotional distress by placing such person in reasonable fear for such person’s safety or the safety of a member of his or her immediate family, by establishing a pattern of harassing and intimidating behavior, and which serves no legitimate purpose.”

ATW NOTE in 2011, Claudine Dombrowski spoke at the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) on ways for women to organize and connect with AMPP online.. including “Unity through the world wide web”. AND “a) How internet groups allow us to form tribes of mothers over long distances and sparsely populated areas through the use of technology” AND “b)How “To’s” to Safely set up blogs, link and linking, news features to AMPP network -via the BADASS Success.” I sincerely hope Dombrowski is not using the BMCC to promote her hateful agenda, and enlist others in her gang of attack mothers!)

Windsor writes the following statement, which is publicly released:

“Stalking is a form of mental assault, in which the perpetrator repeatedly, unwantedly, and disruptively breaks into the life-world of the victim, with whom he has no relationship (or no longer has). The separated acts that make up the intrusion may not always by themselves cause the mental abuse, but do taken together (cumulative effect).

Internet technology has enabled online groups of anonymous people like this to self-organize to target individuals with online defamation, threats of violence, and technology-based attacks.In this case, there seem to be some “professional” stalkers at work. According to online posts, the American Mothers Political Party (a hate group) teamed up several years ago with a group of “Joeys” who operate a hate website at http://joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com.
They have published lies, doctored photographs, threatened violence, posted sensitive personal information, e-mailed damaging statements to many people, and are manipulating search engines to make damaging material about me more prominent.

I fear for my safety and the safety of my family. I am in fear of bodily harm to myself and my family, violent injury to my property, and more.

On February 25, 2013, I filed my second criminal complaint. This named at least 37 people and entities. Included were online aliases such as Ginger Snap, Petunia Pigg, and others.
My complaint is for stalking, harassment, harassing communications, threats (including death threats or veiled threats of bodily harm by four people).
There is absolutely no question that these people have followed me online and contacted me online for the purpose of harassing and intimidating me. They have attempted to terrify, threaten, harass, annoy, and offend me with lewd and profane language, lewd and lascivious acts, threats to inflict physical harm, and more.

Virtually all of the stalking and harassment has been cyberstalking, the use of the Internet and email to stalk and harass me and those acquainted with me.
The stalking includes the making of false accusations and false statements. These include that I am a pedophile, a pedophile lover, anti-gay, bigoted, a tax evader, a criminal operating a scam, and much more.

The stalking includes monitoring, as the stalkers claim to be tracking my Internet activity. Some stalkers participate in my online radio talk shows to monitor and/or to disrupt the calls and the online chat. The monitoring includes repeated online posts of libelous, threatening, harassing statements.
I fear identity theft as they say they have my social security number.

Many of these perpetrators spend a lot of time gathering information that may be used to harass.
The stalking is apparently motivated by a desire to control me and interfere with my activities. Their sole goal is to damage me and my charitable efforts.

The initial cyberstalker was a person who I do not believe I know. He was joined by people I do know and many more who I wouldn’t know from Adam. These stalkers have solicited involvement of other people online who do not even know me.

The libel and slander is truly unbelievable. These stalkers invent one false claim after another. People who I don’t know make statements in writing that have no truth whatsoever and can be easily proven to be false. It’s like they feel they can say anything and get away with it.

The stalkers have repeatedly violated my privacy rights and copyright by using photos and videos of me that they have no legal right to use. Photographs of me have been doctored. Absolutely sickening videos have been produced about me. The worst is one that has one scene after another of feces – big piles of shit in various settings – and it’s all attacking me. (<– ATW NOTE the pictures and videos have gotten MUCH WORSE since then!)

They have created fake blogs about me containing defamatory content.

Internet technology has enabled online groups of anonymous people like this to self-organize to target individuals with online defamation, threats of violence, and technology-based attacks. It would take a team of people full-time to capture all the stalking and slander. I have 882 megabytes of evidence, but it is a fraction of what is out there.
Any reasonable person in possession of this information would regard it as sufficient to cause another reasonable person distress.

I have massive civil charges that I intend to bring against these folks.

I say to all of the people cybertsalking me, slandering me, libeling me, defaming me, etc., CEASE AND DESIST. I consider your actions to be both criminal and civil violations, and I intend to file criminal charges against each of you.

If what is being posted is correct, then Claudine had prior knowledge that Allie was filing an order against Bill Windsor, and he would need to appear in court in Missouri. Within the gobleygook of Claudine’s Wizad of Oz Fantasty are some interesting “coincedences”… Claudine first posted at 3:30 am on March 20th. Bill was later served with papers by the sheriff at 10 pm on March 20th. Bill was clearly shocked but Claudine clearly knew what was going to happen, and who is behind the Adult Abuse/Stalking Ex Parte Order of Protection. Bill Windsor has not published any names related to this order. SO One has to wonder what Claudine’s role in this is… See below for more details

1) On March 20th at 3:30 am, Claudine Dombrowski posted on her blog a threatening statement to Bill Windsor,” March 20, 2013 at 3:30 am” and titled,”Claudine Dombrowski Congressional Testimony to the fake Movie Lawless America and CON MAN Bill Windsor.” This article was put in the category of “Domestic law”

 

Bill Windsor, of Lawless America,posted on Facebook the day after , “At 10 pm on March 20, 2013, a sheriff appeared at our front door. I was served with an Adult Abuse/Stalking Ex Parte Order of Protection.”

2) Windsor is obviously shocked to see the sheriff at his door, “This is the first time I have ever had the police come to see me or indicate that I might have ever done anything illegal (other than traffic tickets) in my entire life. I have never been arrested, charged with, or convicted of a crime. I have never been in a jail or prison except as a visitor. I haven’t even had a traffic ticket or parking ticket in over 12 years.”

 

Claudine begins her letter, “Dear Bill (fat boy) Windsor [and your fake Lawless America movie]” and throughout the letter swears at Windsor, calls him names, calls him an “American Terrorist” and calls upon the Joeys for back-up

 

3) Windsor says,“The complaint against me is that I have “bought a gun for use on a group of people” and “One lie after another under penalty of perjury.“

 

Claudine alludes to a weapon in her March 20th letter,”Sue me you fucking freek. I dare you, to bring that fat ass to to the land of OZ. You will need a lot more than target lessons to take me on. You will need an ENTIRE army.You will even have home advantage with the ppl here you are working with.

c’mon…. bring it on”

4) Windsor says his hearing is in Missouri,”If you are anywhere near Lexington, Missouri on Monday March 25, 2013 at 1 pm, please join me in Courtroom B of the Circuit Court of Lafayette County.”

Claudine also mentions Missouri, and specifically states Allie’s Hearing, “Bill, I will see you in Missouri. Allies Hearing… your idle lil threats do not hold a candle to my presence.”

 

5) Claudine also mentions motive.. She is angry over the filming of her testimony in Lawless America.

 

Claudine has publicly declared war on Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) and Janice Levinson, somehow in her twisted and paranoid brain, she believes Bill Windsor and Janice Levinson are the “enemies” and are plotting against her. Claudine justifies her actions, her harassment and various acts of cyber stalking as being part of that war..and her flying monkeys aka the Joeys are her willing henchmen. Claudine seems to invite a confrontation.

 

Claudine concludes with: “American Mothers Political Party. Mothers Supporting Mothers. Because We can.”

 

No Claudine you can not harass, cannot create hate blogs, cannot cyber bully and cannot call the FBI/file false criminal charges against innocent people…that is a crime.
