This is just a sample of documented acts of online bullying and cyberstalking committed by Lorraine Tipton; her criminal actions well exceed this list, and ATW will continue to reveal the truth about abusers in the Mother’s Movement.

As you read, ask yourself: “Are these the actions of a concerned abuse advocate or a dangerous abuser?” The Mother’s Movement and its leaders have been presented with the same question, as evidence of AMPP’s criminal stalking and harassment has been made public, and victims are voicing complaints…their response has so far been silence and denial, which has enabled the abuse to continue, and failed to protect the victims and vulnerable moms seeking help.

—2009 to the Present: Protective Mothers Alliance International, co-founded by author and domestic violence expert, Lundy Bancroft, and protective mom and advocate, Janice Levinson, say the American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) initiated a campaign of bullying, defamation and harassment against their organization and its members. Lorraine has participated in or instigated many of these vicious attacks.

Some of the outrageous allegations made by AMPP include: Janice Levinson is “very evil” and “very deadly” and “will mercilessly slaughter you and your children”. Lundy Bancroft has been called “the a—hole of the Mother’s Movement” and called a cult leader. Many of the attacks include vulgar and degrading sexual images and language, threats and various false allegations. ONLY an abuser would enjoy destroying and tearing down a woman, and attack those who come to her defense—how can you represent a “mother’s movement” and be an “abuse advocate” when you adopt the tactics of an abuser, and use language, videos and behavior that is clearly cruel and degrading towards women?

**It should be noted that Claudine has created blogs using the names of these court officers, and has posted their personal information and made various false and derogatory remarks against them all over the internet These blogs point back to Claudine because they mention details about Claudine’s case that only she would know, include information about AMPP and some of them are even written using the name “William M. Windsor” (why is Claudine impersonating Bill Windsor?!?).

–(2010 -Present) Lorraine wrongly believes that defamation, bullying and hate speech is protected by the First Amendment. The cover of the MamaLiberty blog says, “I am protected by the First Amendment that gives me freedom of speech, so get the f—over yourselves”. Is this the professionalism of an abuse advocate and “leader” in the Mother’s Movement or the gutter mouth of an abuser who does not care how her words and actions affect others???

–(10/22/2010) Lorraine again admits to cyberstalking and terrorizing court officers involved in Claudine’s case, “So they claim that Claudine Dombrowski is everywhere…posting this….posting that….posting on her facebook page…CYBERSTALKING HER or was it HER???”

And “I assure all of the idiots from Shawnee County right now that WE are everywhere…Claudine is our HERO…we love and cherish everyday that she has been in our lives…because we have had our own DIS-honarable Judge Debenhams in our life too….we have had our own court whore like Jill M. Dykes….WE ARE CLAUDINE! WE ARE EVERYWHERE!!”

There is more.. “We are not going to give up, shut up or go away….sorry. Gag the internet…..but the internet is here to stay and so are we. Ten years ago you would never find the social networking we have today. Thank you facebook….thank you MySpace…thank you Al Gore! What has been posted? ATW has reviewed these hateful blogs that contain disturbing sexual material (accusing one victim of having “the dry vagina hots” for her clients), outrageous false allegations that the supervised visitation facility is involved in child trafficking, identity theft of the victims, swearing and name calling, posting personal contact information about the victims, and worse…these blogs still remain on the internet.

Lorraine later follows up on this beautiful picture by gossiping and making negative comments of an embarrassing nature against this poor protective mom. ATW has screenshots to prove this, and the only reasons they are not posted is to protect this protective mom from further embarrassment.

—Using the name “Rainy68”, under the AMPP account, created and posted hateful videos about Bill Windsor and his government corruption documentary, “Lawless America” online. Including “The Pie Man Floateth”

You have to be an evil person to laugh about the Holocaust, and twist this tragedy to use to your own benefit.

 At this time, ATW will reserve comment on Lorraine’s two custody cases, other than to include these comments that are from her own words, and give insight to the concerns of the Court in Lorraine’s family situation, and parenting ability. Child custody litigation is complex, especially when abuse allegations are involved, and when the case extends over a number of years. ATW would like to express our support to the children involved, we sincerely hope that despite past difficulties, that all of you go on to enjoy happy and successful lives.

 Lorraine has 3 daughters from a first marriage, she lost custody of the children to their father during a divorce and custody ruling in 1997. According to Lorraine, “…Frank Calvert, of Oconto County, (was) the GAL on my divorce/custody proceedings in 1997 who recommended custody to my ex abusive husband-.. It was also Mr. Calvert who made sure that in his recommendations that in order for me to have primary placement with my older three daughters I was to have a “stable living environment away from Craig Hensberger”. http://thesharedparentingdisaster.blogspot.com/2009/10/hero-mother-her-story.html

 Though the ex husband retained custody of the 3 children, Lorraine did have regular visitation. 

Despite the concerns of the Court, Lorraine continued her relationship with Craig Hensberger (they never married) and in 1998, she gave birth to a daughter. Lorraine became involved in an intense custody dispute with Craig . The abuse allegations and reports are ongoing, Lorraine alleges that Craig abuses her daughter and is an alcoholic. Craig has a criminal record, and denies all allegations made by Lorraine.

Lorraine has posted details about the custody case involving her fourth child online, including the legal name of her child, and the graphic details of the abuse allegations. ATW strongly believes that children deserve privacy, and that posting their real name and sensitive details about abuse online for all to see is traumatic, and creates a public history that follows the child, even into adulthood. Anyone going online—potential employers, college recruiters, a potential boy/girlfriend etc—will be able to look up that child’s name, and read details of the parent’s custody battle, and abuse allegations. The child then loses their ability to form their own identity, and becomes defined by the past—as a victim. This is extremely unfair, and takes away the privacy a child deserves. There is a proper place to report abuse, and a proper way to advocate for your child, posting your child’s name/identifying information and revealing graphic details of abuse all over the internet is reckless and dangerous, and only causes more harm to the child.

 Lorraine also went on the “Glenns Cult/Petunia Pig” website to make fun of and “expose” her alleged abuser, Craig Hensberger. At one point, it appears Craig considered filing a libel case against Lorraine because of what was posted on “Glenns Cult”. ATW has to wonder if you are truly afraid of your abuser, who now has custody of your vulnerable child, why would you go online and aggressively post material that would likely provoke his anger and place your child in jeopardy?

Maria Bauer Melinn reveals her strategy for abused women dealing with traumatic family court procedures: Benadryl! Is Maria qualified to give medical or legal advise? Nope!

How Sick and Disabled is Maria Bauer Melinn??
Maria wants us to believe that she is so disabled, and debilitated with life-threatening heart problems that it is impossible for her to serve any time in jail–and this punishment for contempt may endanger her life. Maria has even posted pictures of herself online, showing that she is in a hospital with heart monitors taped to her chest, her face devoid of its usual flirtations. With the last of her failing strength, Maria lifts the cell phone and pushes a button.., snap! snap! A selfie reveals one last valiant stand against “injustice”.

And in a snap, everything can change– but look at this  screen shot, Maria is commenting to another mother who is pro se in a family court matter, offering help. Maria says that she is able to “call a DV shelter on Monday” before she goes to jail. Maria is acting as an advocate and willing to “talk about strategy”.

If Maria is strong enough and of sound mind so that she is able to advocate for other moms, and is able work with other domestic violence organizations in order to “help” another mom with a very difficult and time consuming family court situation… then her claims of being so sick to the point of death are highly suspect.

Maria’s Advice to Moms in Family Court: Take Benadryl!
This mom is pouring her heart out online, giving very sensitive and personal details about her family court situation, which are now made public due to her disclosures. Maria is encouraging this mom to keep talking, and to go public–with little regard for this mom’s safety or privacy, and the possible implications for revealing so much.

Maria’s advice to help this mom cope in family court: “Many Moms find Benadryl helps on court days..”

Possible side effects of Benadryl include: Drowsiness, Dizziness, Mood Swings, Blurred Vision, Confusion and Irregular or Fast Heartbeat. Allergic reactions to Benadryl can cause seizures, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/tongue and severe dizziness.

What would happen if a mom actually took Maria’s advice and popped some Benadryl right before going into family court, especially a mom who is pro se or acting as her own attorney? Would it look good before the judge if the mom was falling asleep…if she had a sudden change in mood that affected her ability to represent herself…if her tongue swelled and she could not speak for herself in court or even breathe…..if she got dizzy or confused? Or what if the Mom had a drug interaction related to Benadryl and a medication she was already taking? How would the abuser to react to that? How would the Judge respond, the Guardian ad Litem or other court professionals?

ATW finds it alarming, and frankly irresponsible for Maria–who has NO MEDICAL TRAINING and is not a licensed medical provider– to suggest Benadryl to anyone, even worse a vulnerable mom desperate for help. Maria’s advice could potentially 1) endanger the health of a mom taking her advise and 2) have a severe and negative impact on her court case–and the relationship she has with her children if she appears to be impaired or drugged, or is unable to represent herself due to the effects of Benadryl.

Did Benadryl Contribute to Maria’s Heart Problems?
ATW can only speculate, until we have proof, but Maria’s suggestion to take Benadryl, makes you wonder if Maria is also taking Benadryl to cope with her clegal issues. One of the side effects of Benadryl is fast or irregular heartbeat, and once ingested Benadryl is almost impossible to trace.

From a report on Maria:”Domestic violence victim Maria Melinn, an ethnic Hebrew-American (genealogically verified), was subjected to these abuses, in violation of her ADA orders, right here in Allegan County, Michigan this month. She has been denied most of her heart and cholesterol medications by the Jail’s medical staff during the first 6 days of her 60-day unlawful detainment, as well as her physician-mandated mattress, wheelchair, heart monitor (via denial of the charging cord for the unit’s receiver), and physical therapy sessions for her back..As a direct result, Ms. Melinn has had 2 cardiac incidents after only 6 days under these conditions. She had a severe episode of chest pain, angina, and tachycardia on the 3rd day of her unlawful detainment, and another cardiac event on day 6. She was admitted into the progressive intensive care unit of the hospital that evening with severe chest pain and other cardiac symptoms. Her condition was able to be stabilized after nearly 24 hours of in-patient care.”

Benadryl could pose a risk to Maria’s health.. so why would she advise it to someone else?

Maria Implicates Barry Goldstein
Maria goes on to offer her unprofessional and uneducated legal assistance to this mom. Keep in mind that Maria has no legal training, no law degree and a majority of her “advocacy” training was given by the disgraced American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), where Maria once was president. AMPP has been recently exposed for their criminal acts of stalking, harassment and defammation. Their leader, Claudine Dombrowski, is facing criminal charges and has a protective order filed against her (other evidence suggests that Claudine is a serial stalker with a long history of harassment towards others).

Maria implicates Barry Goldstein as being a partner in offering advocacy services for abused women in court, whether this is true or not cannot be validated–but that Maria would use his name so publicly, and so freely could only mean they share a close relationship–or that Maria wishes they had one.

Maria states, “I will talk with you about strategy etc. in the courtroom”
Maria then goes on to offer up the services of Barry Goldstein: “we will work on how to handle cross examination… I am sure Barry will also talk to you about strategy too.”
Barry Goldstein is a former attorney now working as a domestic violence advocate, speaker and author. He does not have a current law license and cannot legally give any legal advise.
Common sense says there is only two ways to look at Maria’s implication of Barry:
1) Maria is dropping Barry’s name to give herself credibility, and to bolster her image as an advocate. And Barry may not be involved or is not aware of her remarks.
2) Barry is actively working with Maria–and the organizations she represents.
Either way this kind of advice presents a real danger for any protective mom who may be fooled into believing that Maria is a qualified advocate, and especially a danger that this advice may be used in court and jeopardize a mom’s case, and her custody/visitation.

 

What will Battered Mothers Custody Conference Do When Confronted with Truth?????

ATW exposes these individuals catching them in their lies and revealing the abusers that they are. Although our blog has become wildly popular and has many hits in a short amount of time, we are puzzled by the reaction of some other advocates and professionals within the victim advocacy movement.

ATW has posted the link to our blog around Facebook and on other internet blogs in order to unveil the truth- backed up with proof-about these “wolves in sheep’s clothing”.

Twice ATW posted a link to our blog on a well known professional’s Facebook wall and twice our link was removed.( we have the screen shots to prove it). ATW also posted a link on the BMCC facebook event wall and this was also removed. We ask why is this???

Let us be clear; A.T.W respects these professionals and the work that they do, but we are perplexed with their reluctance to stand up for the truth in this matter. Yet they call others to action and motivate them to stand up for the truth and expose family court corruption. Isn’t their mission to advocate for the truth, and give it a voice? Isn’t their mission to advocate against abuse and abusers?

One of the organizations and professionals being bashed is PMA and Lundy Bancroft. The advocates, leaders and professionals within the victim advocacy movement all have stated many times that they respect and admire Lundy Bancroft. Why won’t any of these professionals and advocates defend Lundy Bancroft and help reveal the truth? Why was our link removed?

Lawless America and Bill Windsor is another organization and advocate under attack. Lorraine Tipton on the BMCC (The steely cold side of “mother’s rights” unmasked and unedited)

Lorraine Tipton aka Mama Liberty is co-founder of American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), a supposed victim advocacy group for domestic violence survivors (mothers) struggling with custody battles. AMPP has recently been labelled as a hate group for its vulgarity, bullying and online stalking. Under the name Rainy68 (she was born in 1968), Lorraine has created several YouTube videos for AMPP including hate videos directed at Bill Windsor (Lawless America). Lorraine refers to AMPP as “a bunch of talking vaginas”.

In 2011, AMPP was invited to speak at the BMCC. Its presenters include: “AMERICAN MOTHERS POLITICAL PARTY, Nancy Carroll, Claudine Dombrowski. Randi James, Melanie Smith, and

Lorraine attended the BMCC representing herself as a domestic violence and family court survivor. She claims to be an advocate for abused women. She was invited to speak, and represented herself as a part of the Mother’s Rights Movement. Lorraine said the right words, smiled at the right times..maybe she even shed a tear or two. Did those at the BMCC realize there was a wolf in sheep’s clothing roaming among their ranks?

You will see here, Lorraine Tipton’s own account of the BMCC…the gossip, lies, backstabbing and abusive behavior of a so-called victim advocate. You will see Lorraine maliciously attacking a protective mother, who at the time, was in a wheelchair. You will see Lorraine attempting to discredit Lundy Bancroft, and smear his good reputation with her lies. Well ya gotta give credit where credit is due. AMPP IS the battered rights movement. All the other groups look to Claudine as the (forgive me Claudine) stereotypical battered mother. Members of all the other groups are also associated or have been associated with AMPP at one time or other. Lorraine Tipton and Janice Levinson were the best of friends for a long time too. Janice is in charge of a mom’s group and Lorraine is co founder of AMPP. MOLC has strong ties to AMPP too, Shannon Wilson was the main blogger for AMPP and may still be, she was also heavily involved with MOLC at the same time because the moms groups don’t demand loyalty…PMA tries to but it doesn’t work very well. These moms go get what they need where ever they can get it from and often that means the resources of several groups. Course now Joey’s blog can be added to the mix…however…they are also tainted by the AMPP kiss of death.

In the year of 2009, from May-Nov, I was “admin asst/slave” to levinson. Then I got wise to her ways, which are eerily the same as Adolph Windsor’s. On Nov. 13, 2009 I went to jail for "custodial interference" but not because I was keeping the child from her sexual abusive father (substantiated by CPS and you can ask her she's 14 and really has a mouth now) but that HE wasn't picking her up. When I got out of jail, four days later, after it took four police and two hours for daddy to TAKE his child as he whined so badly to the judge about, but he wanted me in jail instead. (yeah GREAT dad). The judge was informed by the sheriff's dept. what this jackass did and was finally on to his little game. He was told NOT to use his child as a "pawn" to get back at his ex. (DUH). I was released from jail and found that janice levinson had changed the facebook page that PMA (protective mothers alliance) had made for my daughter and I to: "National Wiccan Organization" (I have the screen shots still, and I'm not a "wiccan" as was suggested but I am fond of witches, but the "mean girl" in her just HAD to get her revenge because her slave quit. I also would add that I was her second slave she since the first one ran off. My replacement?? Maria Bauer-Melinn.( ATW note; Janice Levinson stated Lorraine hi-jacked a FB page shutting her out. CHAPTER TWO

January, 2010, Battered Mothers Custody Conference in Albany NY. All ORIGINAL “BADASSES” aka AMPP’s were in attendance. From Claudine to Shannon Wilson.

Poor little Shannon had broken her leg in August of 2009 and was STILL in a wheelchair and severely dependent on pain killers. (probably still is) We all got “adjoining” roooms with Randi, Claudine, our Aussie mom, Shannon, myself, one other mother with a gag order whom I won’t mention but we’ll call her “Spitfire” and Jay Sutter (Kathy Lee Schlopp’s boy toy).

Jay offered to help defer the costs because like this ensuing trip to DC for the lemmings it’s quite costly, but we all KNEW each other. Jay slept on a cot that the hotel was nice enough to bring in. Brokedown Shannon was in a fret because the year before she was screwed out of money from another, Sandra Kie, for not giving her money for the room. So we wanted to make sure that didn’t happen to poor little Shannon again.

We questioned Jay’s relationship w/Killa Lee and he told us she was batshit crazy and had served him in Nov. with her own “handmade” restraining order (I’d say that is batshit crazy). So the show went on and it was actually JAY pushing Shannon’s ass all around up and down to eat or to see one of her “idols” speak at certain BMCC events. The only meals I ate were the ones that the Aussie mom bought for me as I had $10 to my name. But man, those pain killers must make ya hungry cuz Shannon got her four squares a day.

I wasn’t interested in listening to the speakers, the only one I cared to see and did was Barry Goldstein. I regret the night we had to participate with Renee Beeker’s stupid meeting as we had Bancroft sitting directly across from us and staring a hole (why DOES he do that?!)

I will give the BMCC credit about it’s “organization” unlike the disorganization pie boy has going on. They have authors and speakers hawking their wares for a low low price of $99 for a book by Bancroft that basically tells you what you know and what women want to hear. The rumor per levinson is that we alledgely called him a “fraud” or something, but we never have. Levinson didn’t even SHOW up! She got scared when she heard AMPP was coming to town.

Chapter Three

After all the hoopla and the BMCC ended Sunday night (thank god) most of the peeps left. We all decided to leave on Monday to give us time to relax etc.

I wound up going with the Aussie mom and Jay to Applebee’s (I think, can’t remember but you know). Jay let the Aussie drive his truck. I recommend that NO ONE ever get into a vehicle with a person from a country that drives on the opposite side of the road, ever! Had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and met some nice Albany folks who loved our Aussie lassie’s “accent”. WE all did, she is a beautiful woman inside and out.

We got back to hotel and decided to go to the pool and hot tub and have a few drinks. (<–ATW Note; AMPP, the Joeys & supporters were making totally false and vulgar comments about Bill Windsor and an alleged hot tub incident that never happened, and yet here is Lorraine admitting to being in the hot tub with the "boy toy" and the "Aussie"..why isn't anyone finding humor in this?)
By this time boy toy was gaga over Aussie. So of course she asks him what his relationship status really is with Killa, since all we could see that he was her errand boy. I mean the woman WAS in the same hotel but in a different room…whY???

Boy toy finally reveals that there wasn’t much to their relationship, etc. etc. Later that evening as we all had to get much needed sleep to get the hell up for our flights, lust was in the air. Whoever was left over we all slept in one room and left the Aussie and Boy Toy to themselves. Now, I wasn’t listening at the door to two CONSENTING adults but I guess we can presume what happened and I really could give two shits about it.

The following day we all left, boy toy gave aussie ride to New York City and we all headed home. Sigh of relief. You would think, right?

NOPE. Shannon goes and tattle tales on the sleeping arrangements to Killa and all hell breaks loose. Calls, emails from Killa threatening if I or others didn’t TELL her what happened. How would I know?? How would anyone?? Not like we were all sitting around watching the alleged “action”!!

Come to find out months afterwards that Killa and Jay were secretly married, go figure a guy lies to get laid! So then we are hated, all the AMPP’s EXCEPT one, the tattler. She stood by her “sister” Killa like any good tattler would.

Conveniently, on March 15 (Ides of March) Shannon starts whining and complaining behind my back that I was “hijacking” the MOLC even in DC for Mother’s Day. Et tu Brute? Doesn’t that sound familiar “hijack” an event?? roflmao! All because I made some videos and other stuff to get mothers involved. Then the kicker. Some of the others who gave this wheelchair bound drugged up dinkus MONEY for the room, were told that the Aussie PAID FOR THE WHOLE F***ING weekend and Scammin Shannon pocketed their money!! hahahahahhaha! She left AMPP and we didn’t let the door hit her wheels on the way out.

So THAT is why MOLC, PMA and every other effin acronym HATE us. And for what?? Not putting our noses in others business?? Not putting up with “grifters”? (<–ATW Note, We can't verify the comments regarding Mothers of Lost Children. Our research has shown that PMA is a "no abuse zone" and does not work with abusers, regardless of gender. ATW has provided our readers with proof that AMPP, Claudine Dombrowski, Lorraine Tipton, etc are clearly abusers.)

So there, the truth is OUT. Now what?? Screen shots? How about some emails/voicmails from Killa or levinson?? I save EVERYTHING, I’m a hoarder of collection of idiocy.

Oh yes, Bancroft, the VERY expensive “expert” that you can hire to come to your court and tell them all what they DON’T want to hear. Last I heard he was writing a screenplay and starting his own RELIGION! Hopefully it isn’t one where everyone has to share his “seed” but I doubt it. With all his books, plays, screen plays and “retreats” this guy is making BIG bucks off of unsuspecting mothers. So if that’s calling him a FRAUD so fucking be it.

So they all start rumors about us and say how mean we are or how we “bashed”them. (ATW note: We have presented much proof of AMPP’s “bashing” and cyber-bullying) Give me a break! I know a few, including Spitfire who can verify that EVERYTHING in this little bedtime story is VERITAS.

I have a hard time with anyone who seeks out $$$ from desperate moms needing help. Lundy absolutely takes advantage of so many and he’s very good at it. Dr. Saturley from Florida attempted the same with some stupid ass book ‘How to lose a custody battle’ E-book but he bombed from what I heard.

Who the hell needs a retreat when they need to clothe and feed their babies? All of Lundy’s info is out there, they just have to spend a day digging.

Lorraine, do you recall a couple of years back when Connie claimed on your radio-blog that the producer of Breaking the Silence was going to film her during the Christmas season? Of course Connie was the ONLY one they were filming this time around, so she said. Hmmm odd isn’t it.

I wrote a blog about it and wasn’t too nice to y’all about not calling her on her BS at the time BUT you and Claudine both tried to question her the best you could. I knew her story was baloney and there were people who sat out near her house all weekend with a cam to record her fictional producers arrival. Weekend came and went and zippo! She even sent her roommate Amber to San Francisco for the weekend so there was no ‘proof’ of this producer at Ambers home.

I wrote to Dominique Lasseur to verify Connie’s story was just hot air out of her ass and they were furious to say the least. I never uploaded the reply because it would just infuriate everyone and I wasn’t about to begin to rip apart the PBS documentary.

Anyway I’m sorry if I was hard on your AMPP group. It was merely my incredulous frustration how Connie was getting away with manipulating so many people and blatantly lying about it all.

You know yappy, I never wanted this. Scammin actually “squatted” off of C for a loooooooooong ass time. I think she was pissed off that me and C decided to go balls to the wall w/AMPP and she was left out in the cold. AMPP was an idea that was thought up and put into action in about a weeks time.

I could actually write my own book about all these fools. I understand if you thought we were wrong in listening to her but that’s just what we did and still do. Because I don’t need an “expert” on family court or dv issues, the “experts” are the ones that actually LIVED it. We’ve never taken a dime from any mother or father for that matter (we do have a few of those, they don’t like the FR and their ways of bullying) We’re not in this for the glory, it’s all GUTS here. We’ve put ourselves out there and have been ridiculed but for what reason? You got julia fletcher screaming unity but yet she turns a blind eye to her master bill. They call us bullies when we stand up for ourselves and dont bend over and ask for another one.
Truly, they can all go to hell.

We get called names, “Feminatzis” or other colorful names but I’m immune to it, I really am. After being verbally abused on the daily names begin to have no meaning.

We have recently received a comment by a reader, questioning A.T.W’s intention and motive for this blog. It was implied that we were “trashing” moms. In the interest of truth, transparency and clarity, we have decided to post our response to reinforce for all our readers A.T.W’s intention and purpose. The readers’ comment may be found on our home page.

We at A.T.W are very well aware of the problems faced by moms along with the dynamics of family court and D.V victims. We are also aware of abuse-by-proxy and the damage caused by this type of abuse. We understand many changes need to be made in family court in order to protect the children and their mothers. We take great pains to thoroughly research documented proof before we post information. We post proof in the form of official public court documents, public police records or screen shots that show a statement made in our subject’s own words.We also note sequence of events to further stay true to the truth as we do not want to take an event out of context,which might be confusing and deceiving. We present the truth with proof to back it up and let the reader decide. We are not gender bias. Just because a advocate/ mom says something, does not make it so. Occasionally, a self-proclaimed victim’s advocate and DV “expert” is really an abuser and bully in disguise. We are not blind to the truth, backed up with documented proof because of a person’s gender. We research and provide the proof. We are simply seeking the truth ,regardless of gender, and presenting the documented proof to the readers.
This is not cyber- bullying,or “trashing”- this is factual reporting. In fact some moms exposed on our site have been cyber- bullying innocent victims ( including other moms) in the most vicious ways, on various internet sites for many years.

Bill Windsor, creator of Lawless America, had his day in court on April 8, 2013; appearing in a hearing for a protective order filed by Ms. Allie Overstreet. Overstreet claimed Windsor bought a gun to terrorize a group of people, among other outlandish allegations. Previous posts on A.T.W. have cast suspicion on the gun allegation, and exposed the abusers filing this claim do not seem afraid of Windsor, as evidenced by their online posting they seem to enjoy taunting & harassing Windsor.

Petunia Fantasizes that Bill Windsor is Jailed.. Admits AMPP is part of the Joeys “Clubhouse”

Some of these bullies even joked that they can make money by filing a civil action against Windsor (for damages).

Windsor had previously filed criminal charges against Overstreet, as well as a civil action for libel, slander, and defamation. Windsor had amassed a great deal of evidence to support he was being stalked and harassed by Overstreet, in addition many supporters came forward with affidavits in Windsor’s defense, or appeared in court to offer support.

Allie must have been gazing into a bowling ball, not a crystal ball..Her prediction proved to be just as plausible as the lies she presented to the judge!

Overstreet generated support on the “Joeys” blog, a “clubhouse” for Flying Monkeys (bullies). The Joeys prefer to be called the “gangsters”, they live the “thug life” spending enormous amounts of time bullying and harassing other people online (aka chillin in the clubhouse-word!).

Tiny and Ninja continue their disgusting attacks against Windsor on the Joeys blog, their comments suggest they hope Windsor goes to jail after Allie’s hearing, and is raped:

LAWLESS AMERICA UPDATE — APRIL 8, 2013 — 5:30 pm Central Time:

I won! Alley Overstreet had absolutely no evidence that she had sworn under penalty of perjury that she had. The judge, who was very good, granted my motion to dismiss after he gave her every opportunity to find some evidence.

At the end of the trial, the judge told me that I should see the Sheriff’s Deputy in the courtroom with the details of my criminal charges against Alley Overstreet. I did just that, and I spoke the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as well.

Bill Windsor went to trial in Lexington, Missouri on charges that he was a would-be serial killer or mass murderer. The charges were a complete total, outrageous lie by ALL-LIES Overstreet. ALL-LIES swore under penalty of perjury that “William M. Windsor repeatedly published that he had bought a gun to use on a group of people. I am one of the people.” I asked again and again for her to produce proof of this, and she came up with nothing. Judge John Frerking finally gave her 5 minutes to find some proof from somewhere — anywhere. She had nothing after eight minutes. I moved to have the charges dismissed, and my motion was granted. I never had to call a witness, testify myself, or present any evidence. Mark Supanich was there to lie his a$$ off for ALL-LIES Overstreet. He’s a real scumbag. The people in the family court area and Washington state and Missouri need to distance themselves from these two. At the end of the hearing, the judge referred me to the Sheriff about my criminal charges against ALL-LIES Overstreet. I also have a civil action for libel, slander, defamation, and more against ALL-LIES Overstreet, Mark Supanich, and I may add Brenda Williamson. HUGE thanks to David, Trish, Laura, and Cynthia for driving many hours from Michigan and Arkansas to support me and testify. And special thanks to attorney Kelly Rose, the attorney for the biological father of ALL-LIES Overstreet’s daughter who sat right behind me in the courtroom. ALL-LIES asked the judge to exclude her from the courtroom, but he said no. She apparently didn’t like the idea of her adversary observing her lie repeatedly again under oath. It seemed like Kelly’s presence unnerved ALL-LIES and could have changed her game plan. If she falsified some documents to use, Kelly may have given her a change of “heart.” ALL-LIES looked to me like she was going to puke the whole time she was in the courtroom. I didn’t get a look at her face when the judge directed me to present my criminal charges to the Sheriff, but she sure vanished from the courtroom quickly. I assured the judge that ALL-LIES Overstreet will be the star of one of my films. If I said it once to the judge today, I bet I said ten times that “Ms. Overstreet is a pathological liar.” I fully expect the claims she made to me on camera about the father of her daughter were all false. HE has custody. HE passed a polygraph. SHE has proven herself to be a pathological liar. — in Lexington, MO.

Is there really a “war” in the Mother’s Movement?

In our commitment to the truth, A.T.W. researched the web pages and FB pages of some of the leaders in the Mother’s Movement to determine if a “war”really exists within the Mother’s Movement, hindering the progress to fight for meaningful family court reform.

To answer this question, we researched several organizations and professionals FB pages, and websites. Below you will see a sample of the posts that are representative of these groups and professionals’ work. You will notice a level of professionalism that is clearly missing from AMPP, and can compare for yourself the differences. You will see that AMPP stands alone. No other organization is waging war on other groups. No other organization is resorting to crude online videos and harassment to mock other organizations or their members. No other organization is attempting to discredit and humiliate other organizations/individuals. No other organization is actively bullying–period. Clearly this is a one sided war, and not reciprocal.

A war is a mutual event, where both sides attack each other. We see no evidence of counter attacks. WE see bullying and abusers attacking chosen targets to push their agendas forward.

AMPP Attack Mothers Wage War – Blitzkrieg PMA, Lundy & Janice

You will see evidence that American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) has strategically, and systematically, organized their Flying Monkeys (aka supporters) to viciously attack Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA), Janice Levinson and astoundingly — Lundy Bancroft.

Keep in mind, AMPP is supposed to be part of the Mother’s Movement, and therefore, should be allies with PMA in the fight for family court reform. Lundy Bancroft is a respected leader in the fight for family court reform. Lundy is co-founder (along with Janice Levinson) of Protective Mothers’ Alliance International and has been a leader in the Mother’s Movement for decades. According to his online bio, Bancroft is an author, workshop leader, and consultant on domestic abuse and child maltreatment. He has worked with over a thousand abusers directly as an intervention counselor, and has served as clinical supervisor on another thousand cases. He has also served extensively as a custody evaluator, child abuse investigator, and expert witness in domestic violence and child abuse cases. Bancroft’s books ” Why Does He Do That? Inside The Minds Of Angry And Controlling Men” and “The Batterer as Parent” are considered as “bibles” in the Mother’s Movement. As you can see from this screenshot taken from the PMA page, it vows to be a “No Abuse Zone” (compare that to what AMPP is doing!)

A.T.W. has observed, and researched, that PMA is the ONLY organization in the Mother’s Movement that has stood up to, and took a stand against AMPP’s criminal activity and abuse. As a result, AMPP has escalated their attacks in retaliation. Below you will find a timeline supporting this.

Feb, 18, 2013 (Communication): After enduring vicious online attacks, cyber stalking and other forms of harassment and defamation, Bill Windsor of Lawless America, declares that American Mothers Political Party (AMPP) and their sister group Australian AMPP, are a hate group. He then blocks these groups (as best as he can, the members still make fake online profiles infiltrate, and stalk Windsor online).

Janice Levinson of Protective Mothers Alliance (PMA) responds that they have encountered similar problems with a member of Australian AMPP, who is using a fake name.
Direct Quote, “She is vicious and gave PMA, Lundy, and myself lots of problems too. Bill please call me. Need to speak with you.”

The Attack Mothers at AMPP respond by waging an online blitzkrieg against PMA–making false allegations about PMA, Levinson and Bancroft. AMPP has attempted to discredit PMA and spread lies to confuse and frighten people from working with or joining PMA. AMPP has lied about its role in these attacks, and would like you to believe they actually support Bancroft, (a weak attempt at the old “divide and conquer” routine). You will see the truth here.

The Joey Blog is frequent by AMPP leaders and supporters, and prominently featured on Claudine Dombrowski’s many blogs. We strongly suspect this comment was left by Lorraine Tipton.

Feb 20, 2013: A petition is created called “Remove Janice Levinson from Protective Mothers Alliances” that includes more unsubstantiated allegations and attempts to spread rumors to discredit PMA.

It also says, “Since then, Janice Levinson, co-founder/executive director of PMA has aligned with “Lawless America” and has continued on re-victimizing battered mothers while Lundy Bancroft looks the other way or perhaps is not aware of the person in charge of his reputation and credibility is doing to ruin it.
WE DEMAND that Lundy Bancroft take action against the disgusting actions of Levinson and correct the hurts that have caused battered mothers to question WHY HE DOES THAT?“

It is important to note that this harassing “petition” intended to remove Levinson from her position within PMA was derailed as PMA supporters,members,and leaders consumed this “petition” with a large show of respect and support for their leader. They were successful in shutting down the flying monkeys small collective voice of evil lies.

The silence from the other organizations, advocates, and professionals in the “Mothers’ Movement” along with the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) is deafening. How could anyone involved in a victim rights movement stand by in silence while fellow protective moms, advocates and respected professionals are being abused in this criminal fashion!??
What exactly IS the purpose of the Mothers’ Movement and BMCC??? Do they advocate against abuse…..or not?? Are they the voice of support, and justice for victim’s of abuse….or not?? These abusive attacks by AMPP and the flying monkeys towards PMA, Lundy, Janice, and others are ongoing, blatant and atrocious.
