Jennifer Dotson Threatens ATW: Leave AMPP Alone

We have an eager contestant for our new category, “Outrageous Lies”… <<drumroll>>

Jennifer (Herbert) Dotson, of Florida, has contacted Among the Wolves to show her support to American Mother’s Political Party (AMPP) by sending us letters bashing Janice Levinson and Protective Mother’s Alliance with allegations so outrageous, they can only be lies. Dotson has also threatened retaliation if we do not publicy post her letter. <wolf snarl>

 

ATW initially responded with a comment to Dotson’s letter, using only her initials. Dotson persisted to write again using her name. ATW urged Dotson to consider the privacy of her minor child before posting any letter with sensitive details about her case, and we will not be posting the entirety of that letter to protect the child involved. People need to realize how tech savy kids are, one day they will find their parents online, or find their own name in a search engine…if that child were to hear painful details about a parents’ divorce and abuse allegations, it could be traumatic..if not damaging to their relationship.  

Lyin Eyes**Jennifer Dotson has waged other allegations against Lawless America, including that her story was taped without a release; this was later proven to be false as Lawless video taped Dotson giving verbal consent: “Jennifer Dotson aka Jennifer Herbert acknowledging signed release contract to Bill Windsor. This woman claims she signed no such contract. Here is the text of the contract..”

Florida Statutes > Title XLVI > Chapter 836 > § 836.05 – Threats; extortion

Whoever, either verbally or by a written or printed communication, maliciously threatens to accuse another of any crime or offense, or by such communication maliciously threatens an injury to the person, property or reputation of another, or maliciously threatens to expose another to disgrace, or to expose any secret affecting another, or to impute any deformity or lack of chastity to another, with intent thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatsoever, or with intent to compel the person so threatened, or any other person, to do any act or refrain from doing any act against his or her will, shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
