At this time, ATW will reserve comment on Lorraine’s two custody cases, other than to include these comments that are from her own words, and give insight to the concerns of the Court in Lorraine’s family situation, and parenting ability. Child custody litigation is complex, especially when abuse allegations are involved, and when the case extends over a number of years. ATW would like to express our support to the children involved, we sincerely hope that despite past difficulties, that all of you go on to enjoy happy and successful lives.
Lorraine has 3 daughters from a first marriage, she lost custody of the children to their father during a divorce and custody ruling in 1997. According to Lorraine, “…Frank Calvert, of Oconto County, (was) the GAL on my divorce/custody proceedings in 1997 who recommended custody to my ex abusive husband-.. It was also Mr. Calvert who made sure that in his recommendations that in order for me to have primary placement with my older three daughters I was to have a “stable living environment away from Craig Hensberger”. http://thesharedparentingdisaster.blogspot.com/2009/10/hero-mother-her-story.html
Though the ex husband retained custody of the 3 children, Lorraine did have regular visitation.
Despite the concerns of the Court, Lorraine continued her relationship with Craig Hensberger (they never married) and in 1998, she gave birth to a daughter. Lorraine became involved in an intense custody dispute with Craig . The abuse allegations and reports are ongoing, Lorraine alleges that Craig abuses her daughter and is an alcoholic. Craig has a criminal record, and denies all allegations made by Lorraine.

Lorraine has posted details about the custody case involving her fourth child online, including the legal name of her child, and the graphic details of the abuse allegations. ATW strongly believes that children deserve privacy, and that posting their real name and sensitive details about abuse online for all to see is traumatic, and creates a public history that follows the child, even into adulthood. Anyone going online—potential employers, college recruiters, a potential boy/girlfriend etc—will be able to look up that child’s name, and read details of the parent’s custody battle, and abuse allegations. The child then loses their ability to form their own identity, and becomes defined by the past—as a victim. This is extremely unfair, and takes away the privacy a child deserves. There is a proper place to report abuse, and a proper way to advocate for your child, posting your child’s name/identifying information and revealing graphic details of abuse all over the internet is reckless and dangerous, and only causes more harm to the child.
Lorraine also went on the “Glenns Cult/Petunia Pig” website to make fun of and “expose” her alleged abuser, Craig Hensberger. At one point, it appears Craig considered filing a libel case against Lorraine because of what was posted on “Glenns Cult”. ATW has to wonder if you are truly afraid of your abuser, who now has custody of your vulnerable child, why would you go online and aggressively post material that would likely provoke his anger and place your child in jeopardy?

“In my opinion, Barry Goldstein is incompetent and should be ignored by anyone with intelligence in the world of family courts, abuse, and domestic violence.
For starters, I have to question the intelligence, or lack thereof, of anyone who would defend or support the criminals with the so-called American Mothers Political Party.
Goldstein has made scurrilous comments about me, but he doesn’t know me, doesn’t know a thing about me, has never spoken with me (and never will), and should have been smart enough to keep his mouth shut.
Goldstein claims I don’t understand the gendered nature of “the problems we are dealing with.” How utterly ridiculous. I fully understand the two primary genders. I know that men lie and lie and lie and use handbooks in divorce to ensure they take advantage of the mother of their children. It makes me sick. But I also know that women lie and lie and lie, pretend to be abused when they weren’t, pretend their children were abused when they weren’t, and will say and do anything to hurt their ex. Meanwhile, in both cases, the children are terribly abused by the process, and those with true stories get obscured by all the serial liars and abusers.
Should we consider Barry Goldstein to be similar to Richard Gardner?
When I became a part of the Lawless America project, I spent years learning from the women and men who claim they are victims, and I am closing in on 365 days on the road, face-to-face with thousands. I believe I have interviewed far more people than Goldstein will ever hope to interview. I was devastated to hear stories from women all across America….and then to learn that a number of these women lied. If they will lie about me (as some have), then I can’t possibly believe that they are telling the truth about anything else.
I do everything humanly possible to assist and support genuine protective mothers. But I will also do everything in my power to expose the liars and the lies.
I am about to decide that nothing meaningful will ever be done to correct the problems with family courts, abuse, and domestic violence because virtually all of the groups are haters. There are the father haters and the mother haters. Many who pretend to be for honesty and the children are often little more than actors. People with what they claim are “non-profit associations” are often in it just for the money.
I will not work with anyone who supports Barry Goldstein, the so-called American Mothers Political Party, Clodine Dumbrowski, Lorraine Tipton, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Kathleen Russell, the so-called Center for Judicial Excellence, Connie Valentine, the so-called California Protective Parents Association, or the so-called Battered Mothers Custody Conference. No one who has anything to do with these people or groups will be in our movies of videos because these people and groups support the twisted criminal activities of the AMPP folks. Many of these people and groups hate fathers and love liars.”
We have recently received a comment by a reader, questioning A.T.W’s intention and motive for this blog. It was implied that we were “trashing” moms. In the interest of truth, transparency and clarity, we have decided to post our response to reinforce for all our readers A.T.W’s intention and purpose. We at A.T.W are very well aware of the problems faced by moms along with the dynamics of family court and D.V victims. We are also aware of abuse-by-proxy and the damage caused by this type of abuse. We understand many changes need to be made in family court in order to protect the children and their mothers. We take great pains to thoroughly research documented proof before we post information. We post proof in the form of official public court documents, public police records or screen shots that show a statement made in our subject’s own words.We also note sequence of events to further stay true to the truth as we do not want to take an event out of context,which might be confusing and deceiving. We present the truth with proof to back it up and let the reader decide. We are not gender bias. Just because a advocate/ mom says something, does not make it so. Occasionally, a self-proclaimed victim’s advocate and DV “expert” is really an abuser and bully in disguise. We are not blind to the truth, backed up with documented proof because of a person’s gender. We research and provide the proof. We are simply seeking the truth ,regardless of gender, and presenting the documented proof to the readers. This is not cyber- bullying,or “trashing”- this is factual reporting. In fact some moms exposed on our site have been cyber- bullying innocent victims ( including other moms) in the most vicious ways, on various internet sites for many years.

CLAUDINE DOMBROWSKI interviews herself on the hate blog she created (the blog also links to AMPP). Claudine acts as both reporter & subject, talking to herself. In this deeply disturbing interview with herself, Claudine says A.T.W. is “boring” and “a waste of time, intellect, and air” but keeps visiting the A.T.W, and commenting about us!
Just as Claudine is confused about whether she is the reporter or subject, Claudine confuses “Janice” with the “dog blog”. And confuses dogs with wolves.. what?!? Claudine is also confused about whether she is an advocate or not…(quote)” I am not an advocate, Janice. I am a mother. I have nothing to prove and nothing to defend.”
On the contrary, Claudine you DO have something to prove. You alone took on the responsibility of being an “advocate”. Vulnerable women have trusted you and sought out your advice.. Not to mention co-founder of AMPP, Lorraine Tipton, also claims she is an advocate ::dramatic sting:: So how do you explain this? Claudine: “Advocates are the same slough of people who have personal agendas – usually none care at all about the victims.”
Does this apply to you, Claudine? Does it apply to the advocates who work alongside you in the Mother’s Movement? And what makes you the judge of these hardworking advocates who have given so much, often volunteers working at their own expense, to help others?
Let us not forget, Claudine views herself far above those who (quote) “do not hold a candle to my presence”.

Making fun of people suffering from a horrendous disease that cause suffering not only to the patient but the family members is hitting an all-time low…but then again that is why we refer to them as “Attack Mothers”

–Lorraine Tipton, co-founder of AMPP, visits the Joeys blog admits that she lives in hell and bashes the BMCC and gossips about those who attended in a three rambling chapters and various comments. Including a disabled mom who she says,” Poor little Shannon had broken her leg in August of 2009 and was STILL in a wheelchair and severely dependent on pain killers. (probably still is)” AND her Lorraine not only makes fun of this mom but mocks the BMCC speakers ,” So the show went on and it was actually JAY pushing Shannon’s ass all around up and down to eat or to see one of her “idols” speak at certain BMCC events. The only meals I ate were the ones that the Aussie mom bought for me as I had $10 to my name. But man, those pain killers must make ya hungry cuz Shannon got her four squares a day.”
And,” I wasn’t interested in listening to the speakers, the only one I cared to see and did was Barry Goldstein. I regret the night we had to participate with Renee Beeker’s stupid meeting as we had Bancroft sitting directly across from us and staring a hole (why DOES he do that?!)”
Lorraine sums it up that (quote), “The steely cold side of “mother’s rights” unmasked and unedited.” JOEYS The Flying Monkeys at the Joeysisalittlekid Blog want to be called the “gangsters” but instead having been nicknamed the “Joeys” after a convicted pedophile.
-The Joeys were totally wrong on the outcome of the Allie Overstreet protective order hearing. While they were cheering “Allie!” and fantasizing about Windsor being raped in jail, true justice was handed down in a Lexington, Missouri courtroom when a Judge dismissed the order.
–The Joeys were totally wrong about the Lawless America “Meet Me in DC” event as well, claiming there would be (quote) “cancellations coming in fast and furious” and the event would be a (quote) “catastrophic failure”. AMPP did their best to sabotage the event by calling in false FBI reports and making false claims about Windsor to several Congressmen.
The crystal ball must have been cloudy that day because the Lawless “Meet Me in DC” event by all accounts was peaceful, and made a strong showing of everyday citizens working together to seek justice and address government corruption in DC.
These bullies have been great at fantasizing and making assumptions, without having any facts or proof…and believe these lies to be true while attacking those who defend the truth, and speak up for the victims of their vicious attacks. Because of this, who could believe a word out of their mouth? They have NO credibility! We’re thinking they need to get a new crystal ball, one that works.

Bill Windsor, creator of Lawless America, had his day in court on April 8, 2013; appearing in a hearing for a protective order filed by Ms. Allie Overstreet. Overstreet claimed Windsor bought a gun to terrorize a group of people, among other outlandish allegations. Previous posts on A.T.W. have cast suspicion on the gun allegation, and exposed the abusers filing this claim do not seem afraid of Windsor, as evidenced by their online posting they seem to enjoy taunting & harassing Windsor.

Some of these bullies even joked that they can make money by filing a civil action against Windsor (for damages).
Windsor had previously filed criminal charges against Overstreet, as well as a civil action for libel, slander, and defamation. Windsor had amassed a great deal of evidence to support he was being stalked and harassed by Overstreet, in addition many supporters came forward with affidavits in Windsor’s defense, or appeared in court to offer support.
Allie must have been gazing into a bowling ball, not a crystal ball..Her prediction proved to be just as plausible as the lies she presented to the judge!

Overstreet generated support on the “Joeys” blog, a “clubhouse” for Flying Monkeys (bullies). The Joeys prefer to be called the “gangsters”, they live the “thug life” spending enormous amounts of time bullying and harassing other people online (aka chillin in the clubhouse-word!).

I won! Alley Overstreet had absolutely no evidence that she had sworn under penalty of perjury that she had. The judge, who was very good, granted my motion to dismiss after he gave her every opportunity to find some evidence.
At the end of the trial, the judge told me that I should see the Sheriff’s Deputy in the courtroom with the details of my criminal charges against Alley Overstreet. I did just that, and I spoke the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as well.

Missouri – Lexington – Bill Windsor stands trial (28 photos) Bill Windsor went to trial in Lexington, Missouri on charges that he was a would-be serial killer or mass murderer. The charges were a complete total, outrageous lie by ALL-LIES Overstreet. ALL-LIES swore under penalty of perjury that “William M. Windsor repeatedly published that he had bought a gun to use on a group of people. I am one of the people.” I asked again and again for her to produce proof of this, and she came up with nothing. Judge John Frerking finally gave her 5 minutes to find some proof from somewhere — anywhere. She had nothing after eight minutes. I moved to have the charges dismissed, and my motion was granted. I never had to call a witness, testify myself, or present any evidence. Mark Supanich was there to lie his a$$ off for ALL-LIES Overstreet. He’s a real scumbag. The people in the family court area and Washington state and Missouri need to distance themselves from these two. At the end of the hearing, the judge referred me to the Sheriff about my criminal charges against ALL-LIES Overstreet. I also have a civil action for libel, slander, defamation, and more against ALL-LIES Overstreet, Mark Supanich, and I may add Brenda Williamson. HUGE thanks to David, Trish, Laura, and Cynthia for driving many hours from Michigan and Arkansas to support me and testify. And special thanks to attorney Kelly Rose, the attorney for the biological father of ALL-LIES Overstreet’s daughter who sat right behind me in the courtroom. ALL-LIES asked the judge to exclude her from the courtroom, but he said no. She apparently didn’t like the idea of her adversary observing her lie repeatedly again under oath. It seemed like Kelly’s presence unnerved ALL-LIES and could have changed her game plan. If she falsified some documents to use, Kelly may have given her a change of “heart.” ALL-LIES looked to me like she was going to puke the whole time she was in the courtroom. I didn’t get a look at her face when the judge directed me to present my criminal charges to the Sheriff, but she sure vanished from the courtroom quickly. I assured the judge that ALL-LIES Overstreet will be the star of one of my films. If I said it once to the judge today, I bet I said ten times that “Ms. Overstreet is a pathological liar.” I fully expect the claims she made to me on camera about the father of her daughter were all false. HE has custody. HE passed a polygraph. SHE has proven herself to be a pathological liar. — in Lexington, MO.
In our commitment to the truth, A.T.W. researched the web pages and FB pages of some of the leaders in the Mother’s Movement to determine if a “war”really exists within the Mother’s Movement, hindering the progress to fight for meaningful family court reform.
To answer this question, we researched several organizations and professionals FB pages, and websites. Below you will see a sample of the posts that are representative of these groups and professionals’ work. You will notice a level of professionalism that is clearly missing from AMPP, and can compare for yourself the differences. You will see that AMPP stands alone. No other organization is waging war on other groups. No other organization is resorting to crude online videos and harassment to mock other organizations or their members. No other organization is attempting to discredit and humiliate other organizations/individuals. No other organization is actively bullying–period. Clearly this is a one sided war, and not reciprocal.
A war is a mutual event, where both sides attack each other. We see no evidence of counter attacks. WE see bullying and abusers attacking chosen targets to push their agendas forward.

The Flying Monkeys created a video called “Lawless America Abuses Abuse Survivors“
This YouTube profile was created on Jan 27, 2013, the same day this video was posted. That means this profile and video was created with the intent to harass and discredit Windsor. The title is eerily similar to an article written to Claudine Dombrowski on Jan 5, 2013: “Bill Windsor-Endangering Domestic Violence Victims and Survivors.”
It includes immature jokes about poop including:
* Quote “Danger Bill Winsore is angry with AMPP, women not even associated with AMPP are getting hit with” A picture of a large pile of feces comes up next (<– ATW NOTE Duck! The Flying Monkeys are angry!!!)
* Quote "They call you delusional and I have to agree" , another pile of feces.. wonder who this belongs to? Claudine? Lorraine? Petunia? Maybe one of the Joeys..
* Quote "There is a shit head under that cowboy hat" which shows a man whose head is shaved to create the image of a man defecating on the back of his head
And that just lays the sewer line of credibility to consider when AMPP begins its next round of outrageous allegations.
The next shots are calling Windsor names like "delusional" and "paranoid" and "mad". Note: Claudine claims to be a psych nurse and often labels her victims as being a "narcissist" . This kind of name calling falls in line with Claudine's power and control fantasy, as a Nurse Ratchet lording over a needy–and desperate-patient. Or, as a witch lording over the BMCC and Oz.
There is nothing funny about the pictures posted of women and children who have been beaten up, depicted with black eyes and bruised faces also depicted on this video. These graphic images are being used to further the abusive acts of AMPP–victims of domestic violence are shamelessly being exploited by those who are supposed to advocate for them. Instead, AMPP advocates hate.
Another quote that says "Lawless America has given our stalker our new address." Another connection, Claudine claims that Windsor publicized her address. And then posts her "Safe at Home" (a program which keeps the street address of victims of stalking and domestic violence private) card online, which makes no sense at all if you entered the program to keep your personal information protected, and hidden from public view.
Hey Ladies – where is the proof of any of this? Where are the police reports for the victims whose address was revealed? The hospital or medical reports if they were injured? Why are all the so-called victims members or supporters of AMPP? Are we to believe you, or are you just throwing crap?
Bill Windsor was an ordinary citizen who encountered abuses in the legal system, and when he began to tell others his story, many came forward with their own stories of government abuse and corruption. This inspired Windsor to create a documentary featuring stories from people of all walks of life, from every state, who also experienced government abuse and injustice. Windsor titled the documentary “Lawless America” and has worked tirelessly to give voice to those who have been abused, victimized and trampled on by the laws and government agencies meant to protect.
For his noble cause, Windsor has become the target of online stalking, harassment, defamation of character, similar treatment of his family, threats on his life, and worse.. Who are the people behind these attacks? A rogue government agency–no. A group of powerful elites–no. Powerful politicians–no. Angry officials who have been exposed–no. The majority of people attacking Windsor are from American Mothers Political Party (AMPP), a group that is supposed to advocate and defend victims of abuse, and a group who aspires to be a leader in the mother’s movement. And the Joeys, a group of bullies who has been posting hateful and nasty comments on their blog for years. AMPP has teamed up with the Joeys to attack Windsor and enlist others to join in. For example; AMPP has ruthlessly attacked Protective Mothers Alliance International. PMA is a fellow professional organization in the Mother’s Movement. To our knowledge and through our research PMA is the only organization within the mothers’ movement standing up to Joe-PPers’ abuse. PMA has a no abuse zone policy as stated on their website. . In filming “Lawless”, Windsor has begin to expose the “wolves among the sheep” in the Mother’s Movement..AMPP has become his strongest opposition.

Miller aka Elizabeth Hope Hernandez, Jennifer Herbert aka Jennifer Dotson, Kimberly Wigglesworth, Brannon T. Bridge, Connie Bedwell, Justin Thompson, Loryn Ryder, Cheryl Sosby, Gail Lakritz, L. Wilson, Lisa Jones, Trinity Baker, Diane Gochin aka Diane Rose aka Diane Rostesky, Curtis Butler, Edward Hernandez, Jay Roland, and others. <– ATW NOTE Many of the individuals involved had multiple aliases, facebook pages and e-maill addresses, they are skilled in hiding their identity. With these fake profiles were able to create the appearance that they are a bigger group than their true numbers show.
Windsor filed the complaint according to the “GEORGIA CODE SECTION 13A-11-8: HARASSMENT OR HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS”. Harassment is a Class C Misdemeanor in Georgia, where Windsor resides. The statute includes (sections highlighted by Windsor):
(a)(1) HARASSMENT. A person commits the crime of harassment if, with intent to harass, annoy, or alarm another person, he or she either:
(b)(1) HARASSING COMMUNICATIONS. A person commits the crime of harassing communications if, with intent to harass or alarm another person, he or she does any of the following:
a. Communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, telegraph, mail, or any other form of written or electronic communication, in a manner likely to harass or cause alarm.
And, “the term “harassing and intimidating” means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person which causes emotional distress by placing such person in reasonable fear for such person’s safety or the safety of a member of his or her immediate family, by establishing a pattern of harassing and intimidating behavior, and which serves no legitimate purpose.”
ATW NOTE in 2011, Claudine Dombrowski spoke at the Battered Mothers Custody Conference (BMCC) on ways for women to organize and connect with AMPP online.. including “Unity through the world wide web”. AND “a) How internet groups allow us to form tribes of mothers over long distances and sparsely populated areas through the use of technology” AND “b)How “To’s” to Safely set up blogs, link and linking, news features to AMPP network -via the BADASS Success.” I sincerely hope Dombrowski is not using the BMCC to promote her hateful agenda, and enlist others in her gang of attack mothers!)
Windsor writes the following statement, which is publicly released:
“Stalking is a form of mental assault, in which the perpetrator repeatedly, unwantedly, and disruptively breaks into the life-world of the victim, with whom he has no relationship (or no longer has). The separated acts that make up the intrusion may not always by themselves cause the mental abuse, but do taken together (cumulative effect).
Internet technology has enabled online groups of anonymous people like this to self-organize to target individuals with online defamation, threats of violence, and technology-based attacks.In this case, there seem to be some “professional” stalkers at work. According to online posts, the American Mothers Political Party (a hate group) teamed up several years ago with a group of “Joeys” who operate a hate website at http://joeyisalittlekid.blogspot.com. They have published lies, doctored photographs, threatened violence, posted sensitive personal information, e-mailed damaging statements to many people, and are manipulating search engines to make damaging material about me more prominent.
I fear for my safety and the safety of my family. I am in fear of bodily harm to myself and my family, violent injury to my property, and more.
On February 25, 2013, I filed my second criminal complaint. This named at least 37 people and entities. Included were online aliases such as Ginger Snap, Petunia Pigg, and others. My complaint is for stalking, harassment, harassing communications, threats (including death threats or veiled threats of bodily harm by four people).
There is absolutely no question that these people have followed me online and contacted me online for the purpose of harassing and intimidating me. They have attempted to terrify, threaten, harass, annoy, and offend me with lewd and profane language, lewd and lascivious acts, threats to inflict physical harm, and more.
Virtually all of the stalking and harassment has been cyberstalking, the use of the Internet and email to stalk and harass me and those acquainted with me.
The stalking includes the making of false accusations and false statements. These include that I am a pedophile, a pedophile lover, anti-gay, bigoted, a tax evader, a criminal operating a scam, and much more.
The stalking includes monitoring, as the stalkers claim to be tracking my Internet activity. Some stalkers participate in my online radio talk shows to monitor and/or to disrupt the calls and the online chat. The monitoring includes repeated online posts of libelous, threatening, harassing statements.
I fear identity theft as they say they have my social security number.
Many of these perpetrators spend a lot of time gathering information that may be used to harass.
The stalking is apparently motivated by a desire to control me and interfere with my activities. Their sole goal is to damage me and my charitable efforts.
The initial cyberstalker was a person who I do not believe I know. He was joined by people I do know and many more who I wouldn’t know from Adam. These stalkers have solicited involvement of other people online who do not even know me.
The libel and slander is truly unbelievable. These stalkers invent one false claim after another. People who I don’t know make statements in writing that have no truth whatsoever and can be easily proven to be false. It’s like they feel they can say anything and get away with it.
The stalkers have repeatedly violated my privacy rights and copyright by using photos and videos of me that they have no legal right to use. Photographs of me have been doctored. Absolutely sickening videos have been produced about me. The worst is one that has one scene after another of feces – big piles of shit in various settings – and it’s all attacking me. (<– ATW NOTE the pictures and videos have gotten MUCH WORSE since then!)
They have created fake blogs about me containing defamatory content.

It would take a team of people full-time to capture all the stalking and slander. I have 882 megabytes of evidence, but it is a fraction of what is out there.
Any reasonable person in possession of this information would regard it as sufficient to cause another reasonable person distress.
I have massive civil charges that I intend to bring against these folks.
I say to all of the people cybertsalking me, slandering me, libeling me, defaming me, etc., CEASE AND DESIST. I consider your actions to be both criminal and civil violations, and I intend to file criminal charges against each of you.

Robert Hare, PhD. offers an in-depth look into the mind, and motivations of a bully. Hare is a world-leading authority on psychopathic behaviour. Hare comments, “I estimate that around 1 person in 30 (approximately 2 million) in the UK exhibits the profile of the serial bully whose behaviour is congruent with many of the diagnostic criteria for Antisocial Personality Disorder. Some serial bullies meet sufficient clinical criteria to merit the label psychopath….
However, most of the research on Antisocial Personality Disorder has been undertaken with people who are physically violent, as these people have come to the attention of the authorities (police, welfare agencies, doctors, psychiatrists, etc) through their recognised (physically) antisocial behaviour. They have committed criminal, arrestable offences. I believe relatively little research has been undertaken with people who are psychologically violent but rarely physically violent; these people tend to commit non-criminal, non-arrestable offences.“
WHY DO THEY BULLY?
According to Hare, the bully is fueled by jealousy and envy to target a competent and popular individual. The bully projects their own feelings of inadequacy and self doubt onto the victim, the harassment becomes a way for the bully to confront their own inner demons. By controlling the victim, the bully feels more in control, secure of their own underlying problems.
When the victim fights back, and points out the wrongful behavior of the bully, the bully is gripped by a paranoid fear of being exposed. The bully then views the victim as a threat that needs to be neutralized or eliminated; by any means possible. The bullying escalates, with the intent to silence the victim, control the victim or get them to retract. After that happens, the bully again feels secure. Then there is a period of 2 days to 2 weeks of rest then the bully begins the vicious cycle all over again.
Bullying is a temporary fix to an underlying problem, it is much like a high chased by a drug user than initially seems to satisfy then leads to disappointment, and a destructive downward spiral that affects all areas of the bully’s life.

–Anecdotal evidence suggests that people who bully as adults were once bullies in school; not only did they learn to bully in school but learned they could get away with it.
–Alternately, the bully may have been a victim to other abuse. Abusive and controlling behavior modeled to the bully at a young age was adopted as a way of asserting their needs, and became a way of dealing with relationships.
–The serial bully is unable and unwilling to act by the rules of society, yet insists that everyone else does…The bully will often point out the mistakes or short comings of others.
-The serial bully is a convincing liar with a Jekyll and Hyde personality who gains gratification from bullying others. The serial bully will target and bully any person whom he believes is a threat (may expose the bully’s shortcomings, criminal behavior or abusive behavior). The bully will also target anyone who would threaten the bully’s job, promotion prospects and social status/position.
– The serial bully acts randomly and impulsively, and has selective memory, and will purposefully forget their own actions, words, choices etc (for their own benefit).
-The serial bully regularly shows impatience and irritability, especially when questioned or called to account, and then becomes aggressive; a psychological assault usually follows.
-When people begin to notice the bullying, and begin ask questions or speak up for the victim, the bully acts like they are the victim, or suddenly develops a health condition which excuses their actions, in an attempt to deny responsibility for their behavior.
-The serial bully rarely stays in one position long and there is no loyalty to anyone except their own self.
-The serial bully shows no remorse, he may appearance to have no conscience. In truth, the conscience is selectively switched off. The serial bully always blames others as a means of avoiding accepting responsibility for their behavior and the effect it has on others.
